Conveniently located and free trolley service made it easy to walk or ride for free to shops and restaurants. Property grounds were very nice and well maintained. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. Office staff were very friendly and helpful.

Well it was a very nice condo super clean upon arrival, you have everything you need . The location is great short walk to the beach . Check in and out was so easy . The instructions the owner emailed me was so clear .No issue at all. Love it more what I expected. I can say this condo is for a family with older kids not toddlers so don’t expect beach toys .the communication with the owner was above expectations.

We enjoyed our stay. It was great being able to walk a short distance to the beach. It was well worth the money staying there. Would love to do it again! I’ve been going to Siesta Key for many years and this was the best!

Love Siesta Dunes. Been here 4 times. Property needs update. No pool bracelets. Had to get from security.

We had a great time during our stay. The location of this unit was perfect for us. I really appreciated that parking was really close to the door which made it easy to bring our stuff in and out. It was a close walk to the beach as well as close to catch the Trolley. The TV is a Roku TV which was awesome so it had all the apps for when we wanted to catch a show or movie in the afternoon. The ice maker made plenty of ice for our daily cooler. Communication with the owner was terrific. I would definitely stay here again. This was a really nice place for our family (2 parents and 2 kids age 20 and 17).

This is a great unit with lots of space and exceptionally clean. It's well equipped with books, towels and kitchen amenities. The covered parking was nice to keep the car from heating up in the hot sun. This second-floor unit is located on the beach side of the road but is not on the beach itself nor is there a beach or pool view. However, it's a nice garden view from the screened in patio. It's about a 3–5-minute walk from the door until your feet hit the pool or the sand. It was not a problem for us but if you have mobility issues (stairs or walking) you may want to look for a ground floor unit closer to the center of the complex. Another wonderful thing about the location is it's about a 10-minute walk from some great restaurants and bars (Spearfish, Claytons, Captain Kurts etc.) I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place that's a short walk to one of the nicest beaches on earth!

We loved everything about our stay! Condo was clean and well maintained! We had all the amenities we needed for our week long stay - laundry, coffee maker, ice maker - it all made for a wonderful experience. The location was phenomenal - located right on Siesta Key!! The grounds were immaculate and the short walk to the pool and the gulf was fabulous! We can't wait to come back next year and will tell everyone what a wonderful location this is!! Thank you for making our 35th wedding anniversary a one to remember!

I will start with the things that I had an issue with...
Check in took a minute because we rented through the owner and not through the facility, they couldn't find my paperwork but once they did everything else worked out fine.
This facility has a lot of rules, for their pool area, deck area and their beach area. The rules myself and numerous others were unhappy with was the closing of the pool at dusk and no drinks on the pool deck, not even water. While we were there one of the security actually came inside of the pool, walked around and threw out everyone's water bottles. Didn't even ask, didn't even tell you to put them away, just picked up water bottles and threw them in the garbage and left.
The condo was amazing and our parking spot was right across from it under the carport. Inside the condo we had one complaint, the comforter had a couple of small stains, to me looked like blood. We folded it and set it to the side. Also, for some weird reason, the sheets and pillowcases were extremely wrinkled.. I took them off of the bed and rewashed them, but it did seem like they had just sat in the dryer too long before the bed was made. Maybe a refresh cycle would have been a good idea. Other than me being picky, there were absolutely no issues. It was very clean. Our favorite was the Lanai, nice little patio, all screened in with a beautiful
yard. At night we played cards and games brought from home and in the morning it was a great spot for breakfast.
The facility is beachfront, the condo itself is located directly inside the gate, to the right. It is not a bad walk at all to the water, just through the parking lot, around the pool and over the deck. The deck is a great place to sit and watch the sunset, meet some of the other people in the facility. At the beach entrance, there are lounge chairs and chairs for you to take out. You can pay someone to set up umbrellas for you, or if you bring your own umbrellas you can set them up. If you bring a canopy it has to be behind the signs, it's further back so the canopies don't ruin other people's views, I assume, another of those rules people were complaining about. We paid to have them set up the umbrellas for 3 days, it was $15 a day. There is one beach chair in the closet, inside of the condo, nothing else.
We walked to the little shopping center and enjoyed walking the beach back to the condo. We always enjoy Siesta Key and it's so much better when we have a good place to stay!!

Short walk to the ocean
Place was clean and cozy. I loved how close it was to the beach and the pool. The screened in porch was perfect for enjoying the weather and eating or reading. Plenty of space for a family. Also within a 10 minute walk of restaurants and boat tours.

Most beautiful beach I’ve seen in the US..Will be returning to Siesta Key! Owner very prompt with responding.

It was a very nice place to stay. There were plenty of kitchen items and dishes. I loved having a washer/dryer since other condos didn’t have. Only one problem…. The toilet in the master wanted to continue running because the inside workings need to be replaced. The “flap” that holds the water for future flush is torn so it didn’t work properly.

The pool is in the center of the complex and the water was always at the perfect temperature. While I soaked up the sun reading in the lounger, my husband spent time making new acquaintances in the hot tub. Everyone staying there was very friendly and happy to be enjoying life. We would love to go again!

The pool is in the center of the complex and the water was always at the perfect temperature. While I soaked up the sun reading in the lounger, my husband spent time making new acquaintances in the hot tub. Everyone staying there was very friendly and happy to be enjoying life. We would love to go again!

The condo was clean, neat and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a fantastic time!! All of the people we met there were friendly and the property was well maintained. The beach was perfect!!! And the property staff was so friendly and helpful!!! We will definitely return in the future! One of the best vacations ever!!!
