We loved our stay here. Beautiful property in the perfect location. Within walking distance to Broadway but not too close. Truly an escape. Thank you!

Very cool vibe, with it's underground, speak easy feel! It was perfect considering we stepped out the front door and were a few hundred feet from Printer's Alley and two blocks from the incredible, 24-7 party, Broadway! Not to mention the great bar below us. However, as wild as the city can be, the room was quiet and super private. The rooftop was a great touch. A perfect kid free couple's stay! We will be booking again.

Awesome third floor condo just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but once you step inside you feel like you are miles away. Condo was spacious and well equipped for all your needs. Sadly the weather did not allow us to enjoy the roof top patio but that is a great feature! Great host! Great spot! Will be back if we are back in town again.

The other reviews have listed all the positives which I totally agree with. Condo is walking distance to all the attractions including two of my favorite Nashville restaurants Hattie B's and Jeff Ruby's. When you want to relax take the elevator to your own quiet oasis in the city. Well equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals and relax in your home in Nashville. Vijay was a great host. Can't wait for my next visit.

Property is a few blocks off of Broadway away from the foot traffic and the noise yet close to everything and down the street from the Ryman. Walgreens and Starbucks across the street, parking 1/2 block away, great restaurant (Puckett’s) a few doors down. Loft was really perfect. Love the vibe and decor, very clean and bed was so comfortable. Great place for a couple. Stop looking and just book it. You won’t regret it.

Everything was great, we Only wish there was a tv in the bedroom, but No complaints. The property was super cute and so convenient to everything. Even though it had no parking there were numerous lots basically across the street. Loved the outdoor area. The property manager was wonderful.

Great place to stay

From the first moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. This loft is absolutely beautiful! The furnishings are charming… we enjoyed exploring the space- my husband is a musician, so he immediately was drawn to the guitar and starting playing it right away! Such a nice touch to have a record player, as well! The bedroom was like a dream- so cozy and comfortable! Really nice to have 2 bathrooms. The rooftop space was such an added bonus! Super convenient location- walkable distance to everything! Honestly, I had tears leaving. I can’t wait to return! Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly. We appreciated the ease of this booking from start to finish. If you are planning to go to Nashville, don’t hesitate booking this space. It’s absolutely perfect!

Great downtown location. Walked to everything. Secure entries, always felt safe. Quiet! Cool decor, hubs appreciated the guitar and I loved the record player. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Tastefully furnished, comfortable bed, extra long couches, nicely stocked kitchen, and rooftop seating for morning coffee. We enjoyed a nightcap right downstairs at the Standard Proof Whiskey Company after a full day of exploring Nashville. Easy walking distance from everything downtown.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The rooftop deck was an added bonus. The extra touch of leaving the Cincy beer (Rhinegeist) in the fridge was topping on the trip.

Upon arrival everything went perfect. I loved the long hallways and the original brick. Entering the loft I was blown away. The music was playing. The ceiling fans were on. The loft is absolutely beautiful. The third level roof top was simply beautiful at night. Birds flying all around. The bed is very large and so comfortable. There’s a skylight over it. Not to worry about getting up early because of it. There’s a remote control to closes the light out. Washer and dryer. I’m already planning another trip back and bringing my husband. I will definitely stay here. Also, I was worried about safety since it was just my mom and I. No need to worry about that, safest place you could stay at. Theres a code to get in the building, another door, code for the elevator. And one for your room. I felt safer than I do at my own home. Thank you so much for an incredible weekend. Perfect!

This place is gorgeous. Big comfy bed. And the private rooftop picnic table was so relaxing to just sit in the breeze and sip on provided beverages. Only caution to pass on is that one of the really cool vintage couches has a middle leg that sticks out and I really wracked my foot on it…twice.
