Bienvenido a nuestro cálido y acogedor condominio Sea Breeze of Madeira que se encuentra directamente frente al Golfo de México y tiene una de las playas de arena blanca en polvo de azúcar más grandes. Sea Breeze es el único edificio en Madeira Beach donde tiene una vista completa y sin obstáculos de la playa y el Golfo desde la piscina, el jacuzzi o las cabañas tiki. Estamos ubicados en el medio del edificio en el tercer piso con fabulosas vistas sin obstáculos de la playa y el agua. Las fotos exteriores fueron tomadas desde nuestro balcón. Disfrute de espectaculares puestas de sol y sea testigo de las travesuras de los delfines, trate de identificar diferentes aves marinas en el agua o en la playa, o juegue o camine en la arena. Puede asar una comida, jugar bochas (puede pedir prestado un juego de nuestro condominio, pero le pedimos que lo devuelva después de su uso), nadar en la piscina climatizada reconstruida o en el Golfo o relajarse en el nuevo spa grande como bañera de hidromasaje adyacente a la playa. La playa es muy acogedora para dar largos paseos en cualquier momento. Este es un gran lugar para que niños, adultos o familias hagan tanto o tan poco como deseen. Genial para una escapada romántica. Hemos encontrado que todos son cálidos, acogedores y muy amables. Cámaras de seguridad en propiedad. Acceso codificado a piscina y playa.
Estamos constantemente actualizando nuestro condominio para ayudarlo con su disfrute.. # 304 es una unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con todas las comodidades del hogar y algo más. Tenemos una cocina recientemente renovada y baños nuevos con todas las comodidades y seguridad como barras de apoyo. Hay vistas directas al golfo desde el balcón LR y MBR para que pueda escuchar continuamente el agua que baña suavemente. Las puestas de sol cambian constantemente desde aquí. La cocina cuenta con nuevas encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y tiene todo lo necesario para comidas gourmet, refrigerios y bebidas. Hay televisores de pantalla plana de 40 "en las habitaciones y un televisor de pantalla plana de 60" en la sala de estar. Hemos actualizado el cable para disfrutar de todos los espectáculos y Wi-Fi gratis (traiga su computadora). Todas las camas son muy cómodas. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, tocador, mesas auxiliares, mucho espacio de almacenamiento, mientras que el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales, tocador, mesa auxiliar y amplio armario. También hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar, un gran centro de entretenimiento, dos sillones reclinables, libros y juegos. Hay muchos asientos en la elegante mesa de comedor de cristal. The location and the view of the condo are wonderful. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The communication with the manager was excellent. The only negative is the hallway bathroom is dated and not comfortable.. No place to keep things except under the cabinet of the sink way down to the floor. Not enough space to hang towels. Other than that it is excellent.

We were so thankful to spend the last leg of our Florida Vacation at the beach. The proximity to the beach was superb and had lovely views of the Gulf and sunset. The only negative was that there was little to no hot water in the condo. Showers were a little rough. Other than that, it was great!

I would give it a A+ is the beach chairs and umbrellas were not rusty and falling apart. Need to be relpaced.

Felt like home as soon as we arrived. The view from the balcony was perfect. Very clean, with lots of updates. Even better than the pictures.

This condo was simply amazing, with great views of the beach and sunset. We saw dolphins 3 mornings, while sipping our coffee from the balcony. It had all the amenities mentioned, and more! The only issue was that the elevator overheated frequently, but I saw that in previous reviews, so we chose 3rd floor and took the steps. There was a "community beach stuff" area, where we borrowed umbrellas, rafts and chairs, and returned each day. The beach was not overcrowded, and we were 5 min drive to Johns Pass. We did not have any issues with finding parking there, and plenty to do and see. So beautiful! Captain Chris with Charters Inc, by Cambria Hotel, was awesome! We loved Skullys, The Reef, and Ki'Tiki's. We will definitely stay there again!

The location of the condo is great. It’s far enough away from the main public access that the beach isn’t overly crowded, and is close to great restaurants. The condo complex is older, but fairly well maintained. The pool area has plenty of chairs & the pool was great to cool off during the hot summer days. The condo unit has plenty of room & comfortable beds. Some toiletries are provided. The balcony has a great view of the beach & good sunsets. I really liked that there was seating for 4 on the balcony, which was perfect for my group.
There were a few negatives about the complex and the unit. Ryan, the maintenance guy, starts the leaf blower between 7:30-8am every morning. There is only one elevator, which could be a problem if you are unable to take the stairs and the elevator is not working. The emailed check out instructions do not include all the instructions. Only the check out time & what to do with the key was included, but inside the unit are small picture frames with instructions about striping the bed, where to put towels, emptying the dishwasher & other things. It would be nice to have one comprehensive list. The kitchen appliances are older & some need to be replaced. During our stay, the microwave was not working & the blender mainly just mixes at this point.
Overall, it’s a great location & I would rent this unit again.

My daughter and I recently stayed at the Sea Breeze in Medeira Beach. From the moment we walked into the condo we felt like we were home. Very nice condo. Excellent mattresses. Slept like a baby. Anything you could possibly need, except ice, was there. The coffeemaker is a little slow and the ice maker doesn't work but neither one of those things bothered us. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the elevator. Super slow! The view of the beach was fabulous! Pool and hot tub area have a lockbox code to get in so just the residents are able to use those areas. Loved that feature. Close to John's Pass and many restaurants. This is an awesome area for relaxation. We will be back!! Thank you

Everything was as expected and as described in the listing for this condo. When we first arrived we had no issue getting the key out of the key box and unlocking the condo door. All codes worked for us. Great views from the deck…like the wood chairs. We were there through 4th of July…liked that they hired security to make sure only true guest were in the pool, parking lot, and not around our cars. Hear it can get crazy around the 4th, but honestly never felt crowded. Very comfortable beds. Beach was nice…great sand texture. Had no issues contacting the property manager and condo owners. The only negative would be noise from the condo above. I had to go up to the 4th floor around 1am to ask for their help regarding the noise. Noise during the day is fine, but not when it impacts my sleep. If some one is running, stomping, or jumping it’s very noisy. They checked out the next day so the remaining nights were fine…still hear it during the day, but again only care if it’s noisy while trying to sleep. If they didn’t answer or weren’t friendly then i was going to ask security for help…not sure though if they have security when it’s not around the 4th of July…maybe ask the property manager/owner so you know the proper steps to follow if noise from above is a problem during your stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect location to be able to have a quieter and relaxed time, with the ability to still be able to access some great restaurants and stores easily! The water was perfect, and we saw dolphins and manatees. The condo was the perfect size for 4 people and had everything we needed. Would definitely go there again!

We really enjoyed the condo, location, pool & everything that was available to use in the condo & nicely decorated.
Only issues were:
Water pressure in both showers were terrible, especially in the master bedroom, hardly felt you could get clean & don’t understand the 1/2 shower door.
Balcony was nice, but only had a high table big enough for the 2 captain chairs that ended up breaking & then we got very small fold out replacements chairs that actually were the right height for the other very small table . The other wood chairs were very nice but we’re not right height for either table.
Balcony door would not close all the way unless you set the nighttime safety bar.
Fridge/freezer had no water dispenser & the ice maker did not work, so constantly had to buy ice & water.
Overall we all very pleased with our stay & all the accommodations that were available & would consider visiting again.

The view and location on the beach and near John's Pass were great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely.
There was an issue with the WiFi information given but it was updated by the hosts in a day.
We wanted to use the pull out couch but the supplied sheets were too small. We sent a message but received no response.
The microwave occasionally stopped working, like it needed a minute to rest? The biggest issue was building related. The elevator was out of service at least three times during our week stay. Once was the evening we returned with our groceries so that was annoying.
We wished there would have been more than two garbage bags provided because at the store they are very expensive but we just used the shopping bags and the trash chute is very conveniently located.
In spite of these issues we enjoyed our stay. Great view, hot tub and pool were great too!

This condo is very nicely furnished and includes many, many extras: suntan lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, beach chairs umbrellas, and most everything else needed for a pleasant stay at the beach.
The owner & the management company answers emails and texts quickly. John’s Pass with its shopping and restaurants is a pleasant walk south down Gulf Blvd.

This place was amazing! The bed in the master suite was so comfortable! Lot of extras in the pantry which was helpful when cooking. Coffee and coffee filters were there. The hot tub was perfect with us visiting in January 2023. Great location and can catch the trolley to get to some great restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Wow what a beautiful beach and this condo looked right over it. At first I was concerned that there was no laundry in the condo itself but it was actually better being the next floor up. It had 4 washers and 4 dryers so it only took a short time to do all our laundry. To top it off, it took credit cards so you didn’t have to mess with quarters. Beds were super comfortable. On the negative side, I wish more paper towels, toilet paper, shower soap and shampoo were left. An inch of shampoo and hand soap is not enough for a 2 week stay

Condo well stocked & clean. Owners and manager communicated clearly and in a timely manner. The extras like providing beach towels and a few chairs were a nice touch. You can rent the cabanas on the beach for jus $35 for the day. Johns pass is walking distance from the condo with a lot of eating options

This is the best condo we have stayed in since visiting Madeira Beach . It felt like a home away from home. Right on the beach with walking distance to Johns Pass. Short driving distance to other activities as well. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home.

Nice Place with a Gorgeous View!
This condo was perfect for our stay! Clean, spacious, fully stocked and breathtaking views from the balcony and master bedroom window. We enjoyed several passings of dolphins! The beaches are exactly what you expect from the gulf -white, soft sand and beautiful, tame waters. The pool was fine and the kids enjoyed evening swims. Also, the condo was very accessible to the beach chairs we rented for the week so that they could go back and forth without our worry (age 15 and 11). Highly recommend booking this place if you are looking for a beautiful spot on the gulf.

Well stocked & very clean condo. The balcony was private and had an amazing view of the beach with 2 comfortable captains chairs. Perfect area to explore. John’s Pass & Boardwalk about 1/2 mile south, very walkable. My friend and I loved it here!

Well stocked & very clean condo. The balcony was private and had an amazing view of the beach with 2 comfortable captains chairs. Perfect area to explore. John’s Pass & Boardwalk about 1/2 mile south, very walkable. My friend and I loved it here!
