¿Busca su familia un lugar relajante para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas? Nuestra hermosa casa está ubicada en Oceanside Village, que es una comunidad privada con seguridad las 24 horas, lagos, piscinas y un parque. Nuestra casa se actualiza en todos los sentidos.
Tenemos una gran terraza y patio con vista al lago. Hay un relajante patio trasero donde puede disfrutar de una tarde tranquila o mojar su anzuelo y pescado.
Nuestro dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size y baño contiguo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen y futón. El baño adicional tiene una bañera completa. También hay una gran sala de estar con futón y comedor. Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, tostadora, licuadora, triturador de basura y cafetera. Todos los electrodomésticos, platos y utensilios de cocina son nuevos. Tenemos una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora. También tenemos internet inalámbrico.
Hay una cochera con estacionamiento para dos autos. Solo alquilamos a FAMILIAS mayores de 25 años y existe un LÍMITE ABSOLUTO de 8 personas y 2 COCHES. Hay estacionamiento desbordado en el centro de recreación. No se estacione en el camino de entrada de los vecinos o en el césped.
Tendrá que traer sus propias sábanas para las dos camas queen y dos futones, sillas de playa y toallas de playa. Solo proporcionamos ropa de cama para el dormitorio principal. La casa es para no fumadores, pero permitimos fumar en áreas exteriores. Sin mascotas. El alquiler incluye el uso del carrito de golf. The house is cute and has a pond in the back for fishing or watching the ducks/swans. Was a nice feature. The layout was nice as well. Home is located near many places to eat or go to. The downfall was the cleanliness. Upon arrival the trash cans were in the parking area. Plants knocked over with dirt everywhere in seating area outside under the carport. The back area needed straightening up as well. Inside, the bathroom had a towel still hanging on the back of the door and used soap in the shower. Makes you wonder if it was cleaned in between uses. Someones shoes were sitting out on the dresser. The coffee maker in the kitchen was put away without throwing out the used filter which had become moldy. A keurig machine was available but we preferred the coffee maker until we saw the mold.The communication was pretty good and we were allowed entry slightly earlier. I feel like this is a good place to rent but the cleaning could use some work.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. This home is beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the view of the lake as well. It was nice being to close to the pool and the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this home to anyone looking to book a vacation.

We arrived to a home that had not been cleaned. Called Sylvia and she got back to us and had someone there within an hour. They did their job but the place is in need of some updates and a good deep cleaning. The grill is in pretty rough shape but was usable with some foil.
It was nice to find a place in OSV that we didnt need to rent for a full week.

Very nice and spacious!! Much larger than other places that we have rented in Oceanside with similar price. Had a little issue on arrival but the host was very responsive to the issue and took care of it very quickly!! Short drive to many resturants. It's was a guys trip for the first weekend of bike week, so we didn't use the grill or kitchen, but there were plenty of things for you to cook with. Would definately stay again!!

This property was convenient to all activities our family wanted to do at the beach. The house was clean and we enjoyed the view of the lake.

Conveiently located. Have stayed in this development on three previous vacations and each time at a different residence. This unit was tidy but dated in some regards. Unfortunately the day of arrival there must have been a pollen shower as nearly everything ouy/tside the home was coated in green dust. In order to use the deck and pario areas it took a 3 hour cleaning. While cleaning, inspection of the outdoor grille found it "noy fit for use". Inside was tidy, as mentioned, but required dishes, utensils, small appliances and kitchen surfaces to be recleaned before use. All ceiling fans were coated with dust (pictures available). I cleaned the master bedroom fan but simply did not use the others. Evidently screens are optional as weather did not necessitate the use of Air Conditioning. Blankets provided seemed clean but pocessed a musty odor and quilts had visible staining.. Personal items, I suppose belonging to the owners, were displayed and stored. This, along with the golf cart rental as an added expense was not experienced in previous rentals..

We had an incredible time during our stay. The pictures just did not do the property justice. We absolutely loved the house and all the swans and turtles in the lake behind the house. It was hard to leave! It was a short driving distance to all Myrtle Beach attractions and had a very easy beach access. We had a lot of fun using the golf cart and loved the fact that the community had a pool and playground for the kids. This house would be our first choice when visiting Myrtle Beach again.
In addition, something very important to us is also communication and timeliness of responses from the property owners. I had to reach out 2 times for very simple questions and received immediate responses.

Amazing Stay
We had an incredible time during our stay. The pictures just did not do the property justice. We absolutely loved the house and all the swans and turtles in the lake behind the house. It was hard to leave! It was a short driving distance to all Myrtle Beach attractions and had a very easy beach access. We had a lot of fun using the golf cart and loved the fact that the community had a pool and playground for the kids. This house would be our first choice when visiting Myrtle Beach again.

The house was perfect. It was such a treat to have swans and ducks swimming by on the lake behind the house. The community is perfectly located for easy access to the beach. The golf carts make the trip to the beach both fun and convenient. There are many restaurants that are conveniently close. Highly recommend the community and the house we stayed in.

Great family beach trip
We had a first family beach trip after a Coyle of hard years - losing my dad in 2019 and remodeling my home to move my mom in with me during a pandemic..
The house was perfect. It was such a treat to have swans and ducks swimming by on the lake behind the house. The community is perfectly located for easy access to the beach. The golf carts make the trip to the beach both fun and convenient. There are many restaurants that are conveniently close. Highly recommend the community and the house we stayed in.

Parking is tight, description says 2 parking spots this is accurate but it is a tight 2 car spot. Outside sitting area was nice, great lake view from back porch. Neighbors were quite. Community pool/hot tub area nice.

My goodness, beautiful, clean (spotless), gorgeous view. We had to add a guest at the last minute and Sylvia was on it within minutes. Spectacular home would definitely rent again!

This is a beautiful home, it was clean, no issues, golf cart worked great. Everything was in order and exactly how it is described. This is a beautiful home, it was clean, no issues, golf cart worked great. Everything was in order and exactly how it is described. In a great community also everyone was so friendly, felt safe with the security guards and gated community. My kids enjoyed watching the swans and ducks in the pond right from the back porch. We will definitely be booking again later this year.

The worst stay
This place was the dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Walking to the front door it was filthy. The floors were sticky and dirty couldn’t walk around in your bare feet. Very out dated.Needs a deep cleaning. Advertised with a golf cart, that was a joke.The cart is so old, loud and backfired. Just stop running after about 10 min. had to push it back 4times. So we rented one for $176 told the owner no response.Hated to sit outside we are not smokers ashtrays full of cigarette butts. No broom to clean off carport.Killed many large bugs inside. Pictures are not true on the sight. Very very disappointing. Will never return to this rental. Oceanside Village itself was great. Very friendly and helpful people. Location to beach with a good golf cart is great.Owners response is not so great especially if you have anything that they don’t want to hear. Very unsatisfied ! !!! Ed & Anna

Wonderful stay
My friend and I enjoyed this much needed getaway! We loved the well stocked kitchen, large TVs, water views with swans and ducks greeting us each morning! Short walk to beach each morning for our wall to the pier and back. Golf cart fun to restaurant on the beach! Lovely house, very comfortable!

Due to COVID-19, we were not able to celebrate our 20th anniversary the way we had hoped to but we truly enjoyed our stay at your home.

Family Fun - Great Stay
Sylvia was super responsive and communicated promptly. We were notified we were able to check in about an hour earlier then the 4pm check in time. Very courteous of the owner. The home was clean and spacious.
The golf cart was a plus as some do not provide the cart in rental.
The beds were comfy, which also was a great bonus.
We will def request to stay at Palmetto Paradise again in the future.

Perfect vacation spot!
This is the second year that my family has stayed at this property and it fits us perfectly. The included golf cart is a great bonus. It’s a 2 minute golf cart ride to the ocean and only about a 20 minute car ride to the many attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. Sylvia and her husband were very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely be using this property again.
