Location is perfect if you are staying anywhere near Cocoa Beach. It's a 30 second walk to the water, sand and relaxation. The drive to Cape Canaveral (KPC) was not long, and there are many restaurants, grocery stores within a short commute. Unit has two bedrooms with 3 beds that are very comfortable. It is well stocked should you need anything, even boogie boards! There were 4 of us, with two teens, and though the kitchen area is small - it was perfect for us. I'd stay here again. There is a cat a few units down the hallway that you can greet every day. Laundry is in a separate unit and is coin operated.

We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely recommend this condo to others! It is well-kept, clean, and equipped with anything you may need for the beach such as kid toys, chairs, towels, boogie boards etc.

My family of 3 had a fantastic mini vacation! We loved that it was walking distance to the beach, clean and quite place. Perfect well equipped kitchen to prepare meals or well located near restaurants if no feeling like cooking. We loved it and hope to return again and of course we recommend it. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay!

This was the perfect location for our beach vacation! Lots of beach toys and items provided, nice kitchen and comfortable beds. While you could technically see the beach from each window, there was nowhere to sit and watch the ocean from the apartment. That said, the price could not be beat.

Location, location, location. Place was located about a 50 ft walk to the beach. It was clean and well stocked with beach chairs, toys and umbrellas and beach towels. From this location, it was an easy stroll to the pier although we opted not to walk since our location was perfect. Kitchen had all the amenities likes glasses, bowls silverware etc. Laundry access was easy and convenient. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Loved our stay! Every year it is always an incredible location for our family reunion! Saw 2 rocket launches and explored local cuisine and fishing charters, and even the Garra Fish Spa! Will definitely be back next year .

Steps from the beach! all the necessities you need for the beach were provided and kitchen was fully stocked with tools to cook all meals . very clean condo, view of the ocean from living room ,comfortable beds. will be coming back to stay at this condo.

Property is right on the beach, all of the beach toys and beach accessories that were available made our trip even easier than we planned, having a full kitchen was great. The property is very quiet and clean. The neighbors were great as well. Definitely will stay here again!

This property is very clean and has everything you need when traveling from out of state, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, beach supplies like chairs and boogie boards. Property owner is very responsive and returns messages in a timely manner. The beach is right out back of the complex and is beautiful!! It is also located in a clean, nice neighborhood. Close to many attractions too. Our family had the best time ever!! We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet beach neighborhood. So peaceful to join the locals at sunrise to watch the sun come up and walk along the beach. Great location to watch SpaceX launch from the beach. The place was so comfortable. We loved the beds, the TV options, and the few games. It was perfect to watch a movie and play games during the afternoon rainstorms, and then play on the beach after the storm and see dolphins & local surfers enjoying the waves. And there were many food options near by for our picky family members. Thanks for a perfect weekend.

This condo was exactly what we needed after a week at Disney World! It was so relaxing and the condo had everything we could possibly need! The beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing to have! We spent every day at the beach soaking up the sun and swimming in the ocean. Our kids really enjoyed the boogie boards too! With two teens, having twin beds in the second room was perfect and not something I saw a lot when looking at rentals! Also, the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! We would definitely stay here again and hope to make it a more frequent trip!

We had a wonderful vacation. This rental was in the perfect location with many things around to do but also a less crowded spot on the beach. The rental had many, many essentials provided (cleaning supplies, toiletries, etc) and beach supplies (beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, etc). Great place! We plan to return!

We had a fantastic time, and this was the perfect property for us and our 2 daughters. Being steps to the beach and being able to go back and forth as we pleased was incredible!

We had a terrific stay at the Beach Condo in Cocoa Beach! The condo was clean, cute, and came with every amenity imaginable (including beach chairs/towels/toys!). The beach is literally steps from the property and only a .7 mile walk to the pier. The hosts were easy to get a hold of in the check-in process and everything was ready to go when we arrived. It is the perfect location for a rocket launch, too (the ones that were scheduled during our stay got rescheduled unfortunately). Cocoa Kayaking was our favorite kayak tour - we did the 10:30pm Bioluminescent one on Merritt Island (8 minutes away) and the Manatee/Wildlife one in Titusville/Haul Over Canal one (45 minutes away). We also did Kennedy Space Center (35 minutes away). Don't forget to eat at the end of the pier - the peel n eat shrimps and green mussels were incredible! We had so much fun during our stay and owe so much to the location and quaintness of this condo! Thank you Kim and Scott for opening your beautiful property for so many of us to enjoy!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend! The property was exactly as portrayed online, and it was the best stocked place we'd ever stayed in. No issues whatsoever!
