Beautiful views from the living areas. Would stay again.

The house is so comfortable and well cared for. The beds are super comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, the place is so clean and the views are incredible! Gorgeous sunsets!!!

Thankfully the view was amazing. The house had not been cleaned properly in along time. Dirty cabinets, dining chairs that are worn out and have dirty cushions, dirty carpet in the bedrooms, dirty rugs, and blankets covering the couches.

Definitely will come again. Pictures portrayed exactly how the house is. The walk to the beach even with an incline is perfect. We had a great time and will definitely come back to this home.

We could have stayed and just looked at the ocean view for hours. (Just be aware there is not an access to the beach) it was the perfect cottage for us. Our group was 6 adults. We loved it so much that We will be back.

This home was IDEAL for active adult family visiting the coast. The view from the main living area and outside decks was amazing. We really liked how the bedrooms were on the other floors- allowing people to nap or go to bed early a quiet space. There are stairs to navigate but this was not an issue for us. The house was VERY clean with easy check out instructions. A calming relaxing environment and we were on the beach multiple times a day. Beach access was a walk down the road and expected with the amazing view. Steep driveway but again easy in the warm summer months. We would love to return to this great location and home again!

My family and I rent often, so I value frank and accurate reviews. I try hard to pass that courtesy down. The house is actually in a somewhat congested area, but there was no noise or interaction. Pros: The view of the ocean and the sunset is simply incredible, truly. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The check in/out process was seamless. Fresh cut flowers on arrival was a nice touch. An attached garage was helpful given the slope of the driveway. We saw multiple whale spouts while marveling at the water. All breathtaking. Cons: There were 14 steps up to the main floor from the front door, and 16 steps up to the upper level where 3 main bedrooms were located.....but, the view. The walk to the beach was up/down hill (one hill fairly intense), and once to the beach you do indeed have to walk/crawl over rocks to get down. Not an easy trek. The furniture inside and out was well-worn bordering on shabby....but, the view. No airconditioning, and the windows do not have screens and only open 6 inches or so - so stuffy in the house.....but......the view.

We love this house. Great views of the ocean and you can surf and fish right out in front of the house. We watched surfers all day and then spotted whales cruising north. The house is super clean and the kitchen is very nice. We own 23 acres in the middle of nowhere so we are really picky people. Thank you so much for sharing your property with our family.

We stayed here for a quick family beach trip. The location was perfect. Close to everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable with a great view. We would definitely stay here again.

The view is AMAZING!!! 10/10 recommend if you are looking to be right by the ocean, The kitchen and house was well stocked with everything we needed. For our group, the very steep driveway to the garage and steep walk to the water was okay for our age group. Would not reccomend for elderly folks. Thank you for another great stay in Lincoln City!!

Plenty of room for everyone. The microwave it did not work and beach access sucked. Having to climb down the rock and back up. Other than that it was great.

This was definitely a stay to show our friends and family and will always be a lifetime memorable event for us all. We loved the beautiful updates to this beach house. Every one loves the comfortable beds and how well we were able to sleep away from home. Nothing better to sleep by than the sounds of the ocean just outside. The best home away from home. Amazing views

This property was great for two small families. The views from the mid level and master were amazing! Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer.

Myself and seven other mom friends stayed at this beach house for the weekend. It was perfect! The view was unbeatable!! (And we saw whales!!) We enjoyed the hot tub while watching the ocean and having so many bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!! The owners/management were wonderful to work with and very helpful!

We loved our stay! The weather was really hot! Two improvements would be to have screens on windows. We had all windows open to try to cool down! Bugs and spiders joined us! Door to deck needs to be desperately replaced! So hard to get in and out of and latch. Was very musty smelling downstairs We would definitely stay again.

Such a stunning and commanding view from this home!! However, steep driveway, lots of stairs and difficult access to the beach makes it very hard for those with mobility problems. There really should be a more accurate description of this, within the "About this rental" section. Immediately, upon entering the home, there was a strong musty/moldy smell. We immediately opened doors and windows in an attempt to rid the smell. Main bathroom soap dispenser had more water in it than soap. This 4-bedroom home, with a hot tub, could use more bath towels and including kitchen towels and dish rags. Existing dish rags were terribly smelly, so we soaked them in laundry soap and rewashed them. There was not sufficient cookware to make full meals. Upstairs windows facing the ocean were pretty dirty. Main level windows were fine. Screen door leading to the deck was not in great shape. This home could use some freshening up and a deep clean. Dining room chairs could use a good clean to remove stains. We definitely left the home cleaner than what we came in to. Beds and pillows were super comfy and we slept so very well!! I was taken aback when I stripped the bed in the master bedroom to find that the mattress was covered in stains. Not sure we'll return but know that we'll likely not find a better view. Nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe.

Despite not knowing the size of the home as it wasn’t in the description and I got no response from the owner when I messaged them, it was a spacious and lovely home with a semi private area. Nice appointments throughout the home and comfortable furniture. In the photos was a set of binoculars but they were not in the property. Otherwise everything was exactly as described. We did have to contact the owners about the wifi and James came to check it and replace the router the next day. We had him also level the stove while there since it was much out of balance and horrible to cook on. He was pleasant and efficient.

Overall, we had a really lovely stay at the house. Beautiful views and easy access to both the beach and town. The house was clean; however, we found that several things did not work well or were not provided. The dishwasher was the primary concern. We had to hand wash most dishes after washing in the dishwasher. Also, the soap dispenser upstairs was filled with water, which we assumed was to lengthen the use of the soap, but was disappointing. It squirted all over most of the time. The view along with the fireplace were just lovely and the family had fun playing games around the large table. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The hot tub was broke down the entire stay so we were refunded $30. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes well and we came into the home with a load we had to empty and wash by hand. The rugs and potholders had not been cleaned for awhile so I cleaned those during our stay and did not receive an answer as to how often the comforters are cleaned. We had a couple of spiders - not too unexpected for the area. Beach access is not easy, but my husband and son visited the fairly quiet beach several times. The beds were comfortable and the view is outstanding. We didn’t use the outdoor decks or furniture due to the weather. We loved the ability to dim the lights in the main space and that we could park inside the garage. The oven was clean and it and the microwave worked well for cooking. The pots, pans, and cooking utensils are a mish mash of unlatching sets and there was no doubles of anything making it a little harder to cook several things when you have a family that cannot all eat the same foods. The furniture was comfy but very worn down and one of the swivel chairs was broken. Rooms are small but have good storage. Bring hangars because there are not enough for a several day stay with all rooms filled. The fireplace is a nice touch and we used it in the mornings with our coffee (which the brewer was also full when we arrived). I spoke to management about our experience and they refunded me 1/2 my cleaning fee. It needs more attention to cleaning the food and high touch surfaces, so if you like a clean place like me, bring your own supplies. With a good wipe down, touch up paint, better paper products and toiletries, this would’ve been a five star home for me. Oh and the breaker went out for the heat and it has a very sensitive septic system. Management was very nice and listened to our concerns, however I feel it is overpriced.
