A beautifully presented property, incredibly clean and with all home comforts you’d need on a family holiday. A quiet complex with a super little pool to cool off in, but close to bars, restaurants and beaches. A brilliant base to explore Lanzarote from. Check in / out was so easy and Fefi was such a helpful host. we would highly recommend Ave Paraiso!

Very clean on arrival and everything we needed was in the apartment. Very modern, secure and private. Sergio met us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. Centrally located with a Spar about 3 minutes walk away, pubs, restaurants and the beach further minute away. Pool was very clean. Sergio and Fefi were very helpful and available to help with any questions we had. We would highly rate this apartment as it was everything we needed.

Ave Paraiso is a self-contained house, with its own private outdoor space. Although you are just a few minutes walk from the main strip, you are away from the noise and bustle in a tranquil setting. It was lovely sitting in the courtyard which gave you a sense of privacy as you were not overlooked. The house has everything you need. There is a swimming pool shared with other residents in the complex. Fefi, the owner, was very welcoming and friendly, and would happily help in any way she could. We are going to recommend this accommodation to our friends.

Our host met us and regularly contacted to make sure everything was ok which is was. We unfortunately travelled here one day before lockdown so have not done what we hoped to do, but the accommodation is great

Very spacious property nice and clean and just a 5 minute walk to the beach and main strip.

Very homely. Plenty of towels, linen, toilet rolls and shampoo, soap, all provided. Location was great, plenty of shops near and 5 minute walk maximum to the strip. House is pretty private in a lovely and secure little complex. Would return anytime
