Not bad for a one night stay. Property managers were great at responding to us.

Great affordable rental, close to stores, restaurants, bars, and beaches.

We were in a pickle and needed to find something affordable and find it QUICKLY—this team of owners/managers made it super easy and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thoughtful little touches made us feel 100% welcome to the property, which reminded my mom very much of a home she grew up in in California. We are so appreciative!

My fiancé, his diabetes and my elderly dad stayed here over the Christmas holiday. The property has extra-large rooms, good wifi, great communication from host, quiet, pleasant neighborhood that is close to shopping and not far from beaches. They provided everything we needed including laundry soap and beach towels in the entry closet. The only thing missing was dish sponge which a trip to the local dollar store quickly remedied. Of note, there is no cable provider but the tv is equipped with Hulu and Netflix, just sign in to you own account to watch tv and movies. We were happy quite with the property and would stay here again.

We came here to relax and enjoy each other after a busy couple of weeks. This is just the place to enjoy quality time and feel recharged and rejuvenated without breaking the bank

Grateful for hosts who take their guests into consideration!! There were towels for every room. A coffee station set up and some snacks for us to munch on. Nicely decorated and clean. Can’t ask for more for a two night stay. Also there was an array of books to choose from to read, in case that’s your thing!

We stayed for a month and enjoyed a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The house is as described and pictured, decorated nicely. My only complaint is windows and floors could have been cleaner, and a screen door for patio would have been nice. Loved the area and close to beaches, would stay again.

What for us was the the most important aspect of choosing this home eas the acceptance of our little dogs, they enjoyed the nice fenced yard. House was comfortable, comfortable beds ( very important), clean house and very responsive owner.

My family and I stayed here for a 1-night layover to catch a cruise ship the next day and we thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this home. Lovely upgrades and decor....very welcoming and comfortable beds.....plus super clean! We couldn't have asked for more! Thanks Pedro!

The house was very clean ,nice to have washer and dryer, loved we were able to sit in back yard on patio furniture . We would highly recommend this house

The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had plenty of plates, etc. The location was close to Hwy 1 and easy to get to Melbourne or south to Vero Beach. The neighbor was older with many homes well maintained but some needed "tender loving care?; side walks provided easy walking. Would stay here again. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact.

We were there for our daughters softball tournament & had a great time. We enjoyed the house & how it felt like home. Our dogs loved the backyard! I loved the fact that all the floors are tiled because the sand from the beaches clings to you, so it was an easy cleanup. Would definitely love to stay here again if we're ever that way.

The beds were very comfortable. And as promised, coffee & tea were available. There were 2 grills at the house but we didn’t try them since we ate out while there. Also there are beach chairs & umbrellas to use that were in the storage room. They left a couple of nice towels in each bedroom. There is a big TV in the living room but only one of the 3 bedrooms had one. The house is centrally located to several activities & about a 25-30 minute drive to the beach we visited. There may be one closer though. Even though it’s located in the middle of a residential neighborhood, it was quite. It was clean & there is someone local if you have any issues or questions regarding the property. I do wish the large cedar bushes on either side of the drive would be transplanted to a different location. You have to be very careful when backing out since they block part of your view.

The house is nice, really set up cute inside and clean. The beds were really comfortable too.

House was nice, comfortable, and roomy. King size bed comfortable. It had plenty of linens, towels, (including beach), + sheets, although only one kitchen towel. Plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer as promised, also there were more than enough cleaning products and a good vacuum. The beach equipment chairs, umbrellas,(including the table one in backyard) and cooler were somewhat not cared for, it took me quit a while to remove rust off a beach chair before using it and had to clean off a few chairs for use in the back yard. There was promised a gas grill and there was only a charcoal grill present. Cable TV was only basic, very few channels. Neighborhood was quiet, and safe, not sure if hurricanes had affected some homes but some appeared abandoned. Great dog beach about 15 mins away, and people beaches great too also 15 mins away. Area had all that was needed for shopping and eating!

The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves extremely. We did run out of large trash bags for the kitchen but that's all. I would love to come back and stay again

This home was lovely. They had a nice clean home, responded quickly to any questions I had & had everything we needed for a nice vacation. I highly recommend staying at any of their homes if they are all like this one.

Our visit wasn't a long one but this house did they job. It was in good shape and met our needs.

House was clean and was a good value to rent, but the surrounding neighborhood was not the most desirable (run down houses, unkept lawns, trash, etc)

I stayed here for 8 weeks and found many inexpensive and free things to do. Joined a Wednesday hiking group, local beaches (best at Billies on beach and down in 2 I tried in Vero Beach), dolphin tour near Grills on track 1 in Melbourne and pontoon boat around pelican island preserve, Enchanted Woods preserve and environmental center off Wabasso Rd. If you are looking for fancy this is not for you, but the bed was comfortable and quiet to sleep, the kitchen well stocked for light meals. The owner was able to get hot water fixed in kitchen while I was out one day. I was very lucky on the weather, which can't be depended on. I would definitely come back again some day. I do suggest bringing beach towels.
