ALQUILAMOS POR SEMANA EN EL VERANO PERO SI ESTAMOS CERCA DE LA FECHA Y ESTAMOS ABIERTOS EN EL CALENDARIO, ALQUILAREMOS MENOS. CORREO ELECTRÓNICO PARA INFORMACIÓN Y PUEDO ENVIARLE UNA OFERTA
Carpinteria ... tal vez no es realmente la tierra que el tiempo olvidó, pero no lleva mucho tiempo sentir que has vuelto a las vacaciones desde tu infancia. Los días en la playa son largos y perezosos, y las noches templadas se animan con caminatas por la calle principal, deteniéndose para tomar un helado, ir a la ventana o simplemente ver pasar a los demás. Hay una gran variedad de restaurantes locales, pero no hay una cadena importante a la vista (aparte de la comida rápida, por supuesto), y si tienes ganas de quedarte hasta tarde, generalmente hay música en vivo en algún lugar cercano.
Tenemos una casa adosada cómoda y bien surtida con linda decoración playera. Es el lugar perfecto para unas excelentes vacaciones relajantes. Nuevo, este año --- un televisor de pantalla plana! Esperamos que disfrute del aire libre, pero si su evento deportivo favorito o algo más está encendido, la visualización ha mejorado mucho. Dorrance Depot R&R tiene el sabor del pasado con el alojamiento que desea para su familia hoy.
Ubicado a dos cuadras de casi todo, está a una corta distancia a pie de la playa y el santuario de vida silvestre en una dirección, y las tiendas y restaurantes de Linden Avenue en la otra. Aunque se rumorea que ha sido la antigua estación de ferrocarril, el Dorrance Depot R&R de hoy en día tiene que ver con el descanso y la relajación. La Unidad b, una espaciosa casa adosada en la playa de 2 pisos, tiene tres dormitorios y 1. 5 baños, con un área de comedor amplia y abierta. El gran patio privado conecta el interior con el exterior y aumenta las posibilidades de entretenimiento. La casa está totalmente equipada con suministros de cocina, baño y ropa de cama y tiene un garaje para 2 autos.

Fantastic & relaxing beach home
We just got back from spending a week at this great townhome. The location was perfect- just a few blocks from the beach and the cute shopping area. We didn’t use our cars all week because we could walk or bike everywhere. The home was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. It is definitely larger than it looks in the pictures with a big, open downstairs and 3 bright, comfortable rooms upstairs. The back patio is also large and a great place to hang out, with a charcoal grill and fire pit. We could store all of our bikes and beach things in the garage which was great! Any questions that I had were immediately answered by Kathy- she was always available and so easy to deal with. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful place to stay! Close to everything! We walked to beach, breweries, and restaurants.
The townhouse was very comfortable and cute. We loved the decor! It had everything we needed except sunscreen! I plan on returning next year with the family! It is a great place to make memories!

This is a great location in a sleepy coastal town that requires no vehicle to get around to the beach, stores and entertainment, including local breweries. We use it whenever we can and the size is perfect for those visiting family members and friends. We have been vacationing her enough that we feel like locals for our couple of weeks of decompression.

This continues to be our chosen location for an unwinding vacation that isn't too far from home and yet a world apart. This is a great location in a sleepy coastal town that requires no vehicle to get around to the beach, stores and entertainment, including local breweries. We use it whenever we can and the size is perfect for those visiting family members and friends. We have been vacationing her enough that we feel like locals for our couple of weeks of decompression.

Very lovely beach house (- or condo). Plenty of room for 6 adults. Cozy little back yard/patio area. Easy access to the beach and town – and Thursday’s Farmer’s Market. Convenient location - lots of nature in the area even shopping if that's on your to-do-list
The not so positive:
- the kitchen equipment was a bit lacking, there are plates, glasses and mugs for one meal - for dinner there is ONE big pot (- for pasta sauce, but we'd have to cook pasta for 2 and 2 and 2 - in a very small pot)
- the trundle bed, if you can call that a bed, was horrible. It was more like sleeping on a board, I like a firm mattress but after a week on this one you’ll need a very good chiropractor.
I really don’t like to be a “Negative Nancy” – but I feel that these issues are easy fixes – a little trip to Ikea could fix it all!
We would rent again – if you get a new mattress! : )

The patio is great and furnished with a table and chairs, 2 umbrellas and recliners. There's a fire pit out there and a grill.
There were beach chairs and 2 boogie boards in the garage. All you need to bring are beach towels and sunscreen.

Very lovely beach house (- or condo). Plenty of room for 6 adults. Cozy little back yard/patio area. Easy access to the beach and town – and Thursday’s Farmer’s Market. Convenient location - lots of nature in the area even shopping if that's on your to-do-list
