Our stay at Lori’s place was wonderful. It was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The lanai space made for a great place to read and eat. It is close to beaches and major highways too. Luckily it was whale season and the weather was warm and dry, we walked to the beach many times and close to food spots too.

Owner provided everything what you need including laundry detergent. Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is so perfect for shopping, beaches and restaurants! Love the place and location!

We really enjoyed this property. It’s in a great location. Very short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Condo was very clean and owner provides pretty much everything you need for your stay. Very up to date. My one and only complaint would be the air conditioning. It really could use a unit in the bedroom. Even with the fans it can be on the warm side at times. It would not keep us from staying again but just want others to know that if they are wanting cold a/c this is not the place. Having an a/c unit in bedroom would make this place perfect. We really did enjoy our stay here. Have already started talking about when we might make a return trip. We would definitely book this property again.

We couldn't be happier with the location of this property. It's a quick walk 3 minute walk from our favorite beach, Kamaole 1. The condo had everything that we needed (umbrellas, beach chairs) and all types of kitchen tools/utensils. The owner is also very friendly and communicative. Would highly recommend.

Wow! We were so impressed with this condo and our host’s exceptional hospitality that we are currently looking to book the place again as I write this. The condo is clean, spacious, has everything you need for beach fun (umbrella, chairs, kids toys, soft cooler bags, etc) and board games too! It is in the perfect location in my opinion with great beaches nearby, a natural foods store and restaurants all within short walking distance. The lanai faces an undeveloped green space with tons of birds singing, and gives a such a nice private feeling. The complex is beautifully maintained. We absolutely loved it! The host was so quick to respond (almost instantly every time) to any questions and concerns we had. Thank you, Lori, for sharing your condo and taking such great care of us!

Beautiful location. Condo was very clean. Communication was excellent. Very comfortable bed. Would have liked T.V. in bedroom to be hooked up rather than only available to watch DVDs. Easy check in /out. Would consider renting again if we are in Maui.

We have stayed in this condo, D-206, several times. The owners have stocked it with most everything you'd need to make your vacation enjoyable. Can't wait until next year.

We are repeat visitors to this lovely condo for good reasons. Well-appointed kitchen, very quiet end unit, large private lanai! Tommy Bahama chairs & sturdy umbrella plus other beach toys, towels and bags/coolers provided for a quick walk to the beach; plus, a nice pool as an option when the mid-day Trade Winds pick up or a hot tub option for a relaxing in the evening. If you are a walker, you hardly need a car -- convenience stores, restaurants, rentals, spa services and even a clinic within blocks of the Ali'i Kai complex. Can't beat the value for this home away from home in paradise.

We visited Maui late March/early April and found a great place to stay in this condo. Lori the owner and Joanne (backup property manager and all around helpful person) were great to work with. They were very responsive to our emails or initiating contact and provided all kinds of good information. Parking was easy and abundant, even when we got back late a couple of evenings. The unit itself was great, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and even some condiments so we didn't have to buy everything (obviously that will vary depending on what each guest leaves at the end). There were more linens than we could use. The bed was comfy and served us well after many adventurous days. As for outdoor supplies, there were chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards and snorkel gear (though we brought our own). Everything we needed but was too big to pack was there for us. The unit was in a quiet area of the complex and the building itself was well situated with an empty lot next door that gave us great views of the water, the volcano and down to Makena State Park. It was also a 5 minute walk to Kam I where we spent a lot of our beach time. We loved sitting on the lanai for breakfast while listening to birds, watching geckos in the shrubs and hearing waves just down the road. This was such a great spot for us, we would definitely come back again. We could feel the hospitality and would recommend this condo to anyone.

First time in this condo but 4th time at this complex. Condo had everything a person needs (which isn't much when your on MAUI). The condo was clean and well stocked with whatever a person needs. Lori (owner) was great to deal with no problems or issues. Hope to be back thank you Lori.... Cheers

Couldn't have chose a better place to stay if we shopped in person. Lori's condo has EVERYTHING one would need to have a magnificent vacation. From cleanliness to all kitchen supplies, including spices and lotsa utensils and storage containers for leftovers. Ample supply of towels, beach towels and bed linen to all the beach toys you'll need, and the beach is a 2 minute walk down the driveway and BOOM, you're on a beautiful beach on west Maui with an incredible spot to see the sunset everyday!! This condo has been in Lori's family for many years and it looks as though it's a modern, newly renovated space. She's done a great job keeping the place current, yet cozy. She was quick to respond to questions or requests and called shortly after our arrival to make sure we were settled in. My wife and I got married while we were there and Lori even recommended the officiant and photographer we actually used. THANKS LORI!! We plan on returning annually and truly hope Lori's condo is available!

This is a very nice condo, that is comfortably appointed and fully stocked. We spent eight days there in July 2018. It is a short walk from the parking area to the unit. Which helps when carrying in suitcases & groceries. The kitchen had everything that we needed during our eight day stay, including grilling, baking, coffee making and even an electric kettle for evening tea! There were tons of regular towels, beach towels and extra linens. The air conditioner is very powerful and sufficient to cool the entire condo. There is a large deck box full of boogie boards, sand toys, snorkeling equipment, as well as Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which came in very handy, since the fantastic Kamaloe beach is only a block away. The sand is amazing, and the steps down are very easy to negotiate. The beach gently drops away and the surf is nice, but not strong. Also, there is lovely shaded grassy area above the beach, with picnic tables and shower to rinse the sand off of you when you're ready to depart. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were very nice and well kept, and there are two grills for barbecue. We used the grills several nights for dinner and they worked great! We also met other residents and travelers while grilling and swimming, thoroughly enjoying their company. The condo is walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee and clothing shops, rental shops and even bakery. There is a large shop just around the corner that has a deli, fuel and a massive amount of very nice t-shirts & momentos. All in all, this is a great condo, in a very vibrant location!

Upgraded unit stocked with everything you'll need to make your home away from home very comfortable. Just a short walk and 5 steps from the parking lot. There's a nice ocean view from the lanai. The owners have stocked all the beach toys, chairs and towels for a fun day in the sand. We were only in the unit for about an hour when we got a call from the owner, Lori, to make sure we in and to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this condo.

From the very minute we arrived, we knew it was going to be an Amazing Stay! Lori was so very helpful and accommodating with every detail. The condo is very nice, clean and has everything you will need to feel right at home during your stay. We came home feeling so relaxed. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the condo, when we were there it was very quiet. The lanai was my favourite part. It has a nice view and was the perfect place to have morning coffee or spend a quiet evening.
