Great location, friendly staff. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need

There are 3 rooms upstairs, which are okay and other 2 are downstairs (semi basement). Those 2 can't be considered as sleeping area: lack of windows and fresh air plus one room next to the bedrooms which is used as technical room and there was a bad smell of petrol (used for the grass cutting machine). So if 3 rooms are enough and no need of those 2 downstairs, it should be okay. Another downside is that both the living room and the backyard yard are not kids friendly: the stairs going to the semi basement are pretty dangerous for toddlers.

The location of the accommodation is great. The view is to the sea, but only from 2 bedrooms and the living area. The garden was well maintained and landscaped. The kitchen and living area were spacious.

It was not clear from the photos and the description that two of the rooms have no sea view and are underground with poor lighting, the presence of moisture and an unpleasant odor, not cozy and not comfortable to sleep. Every day we found several cockroaches in the chicken coop and living areas. The dishwasher was not mounted and secured, and when the baskets were pulled out, it was taken out and fell forward. It was dangerous! The first day there was no hot water on the basement. Poor communication with Stelina. On the phone she tried to explain to us that she had been cleaning the day before and there was hot water. Her words, "You still have two other hot tubs," were out of place. However, the villa is presented with 3 bathrooms and we therefore preferred it, we are still 9 adults. He sent technicians and it turned out that there was another boiler that was locked and was not turned on at all. There was no water pressure in the bathroom upstairs throughout the stay. It was impossible to take a bath and we went down to the kitchen next to the kitchen. Another inconvenience! The siphon of the bathtub had not been cleaned by the previous guests - full of hair and foam. The drawers under the bedroom on the 2nd floor were not cleaned, there was dust and garbage. The chairs in the kitchen were not provided for 10 guests. On departure we wanted to talk to Stelina and clarify details about payment, key, etc. n, she was not found on the phone and did not return the call, and did not answer viber, WhatsApp - We can list more irregularities that have created serious inconvenience and discomfort during our stay.

Amazing location very nice people.

Perfect location, very friendly hosts, spacious and very clean rooms. Wonderful veranda where we spent wonderful evenings with amazing views. The beach is very close. We will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends.
