Centrally located in PCB and a beautiful ocean view. Nicely decorated and well equipped. Nice big balcony overlooking the beach with table and chairs. Gene the owner is nice and very responsive. Highly recommend!

My husband, 13 year old grandson and I stayed in this condo. The owner responded quickly when I called with any questions or needs. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. The location is right on the beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. There is a small market in the building, large inside and outside pools, a game room, and a bar. Grandson slept on foldout couch which he said was fine. The condo had all essential kitchen equipment. Also a beach umbrella and 3 beach chairs. We brought our own beach towels. Had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, any spices and food supplies needed. You can reserve parasailing, jet skiing, banana boats on the beach near the condo. Since it is on the 3rd floor, we walked up or down when elevators were really busy. Loading and unloading is on 3rd floor across the street which is reached by an overhead walkway that is on 3rd floor right by our condo so very convenient. Elevators are right by condo also.

We LOVED this condo location and complex. The owner was nothing but helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. This condo was on the 3rd floor right next to the steps and it was very nice not having to use the elevators. We seen people standing in line to get on the elevators for long periods of time and we were so thankful to be able to take the steps and be at the beach and pools within seconds! The only negative thing I could say about the condo was that the cleaning crew I felt could have done a better job because the floors would turn your feet black if you didn’t wear your shoes. However you are at the beach and that could have just been sand. Either way we had a great vacation and I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit had everything we needed. I would suggest adding a cutting board to the kitchen. Renting the beach set up is pricey. Would be a nice perk to have that included in the price of the condo. This is not a reflection on this condo, but I need to comment that there was a church youth event in the area, and the pool was monopolized by this group every day a prime pool time. The security guards tired to keep control, but there were just too many teens. That being said, I will probably selected a smaller property in the future to try to avoid large groups like this. Otherwise there was plenty of room to spread out.

Beautiful unit, conveniently located on the third floor and parking. The owner was super nice and helpful. We will stay here again next year hopefully.

Location of Majestic Tower 1 unit 315 is perfect being same level as main parking garage level, having great view of the beach, easy to get to a couple bars/restaurants. Decor could use some updating, but it’s exactly as you see in the pictures of it so we knew that beforehand. Perfect size and accommodations for our needs. Kitchen is well equipped, bedding and furniture is comfortable. We would stay there again, no question.

When we arrived, the condo was just as pictured. Easily accessable by stairs and elevator to the parking and beach. There is a snack shop downstairs that is open from 7-2 They have starbucks also! Plenty of great spots you can walk to from property. (Dee's hangout has great fish/shrimp tacos and philly's) Pier Park is a 5 mile venture for shopping/More Food! Only notes were the floors could've been a little cleaner as well as the pullout sofa. During our stay, the owner was very attentive and answered all of our questions especially during our flash flood when water poured in through the door, he was quick to respond and send maintenance to clean up and check on us! Overall the stay was very pleasant. Staff were friendly and the amenities endless! Thanks Gene

We really had a great time. It was the perfect space for this trip. It was very clean, and had everything we needed to start our getaway. Restaurant had good food by the pool. Parking was not a hassle.

We had a wonderful week, the room, pool, and beach were absolutely perfect --- we couldn't have asked for anything more . The gran-baby cried when we had to leave on Sunday and I almost did too ! Love this beach condo! Perfect location just steps from the beach. It's close to the restaurants and shops of Panama City Beach and Pier Park, so anything you could want is mere minutes away. The condo itself is sunny, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. A few things I'll point out- the living room/kitchen area is much larger than the photos show. This was a great surprise as we were initially concerned about being a bit cramped. Super spacious kitchen makes it easy to stay in and cook (easy way to save a bit of money) and the nice tables on the patio is a great way to enjoy an ocean view while having a glass of vine, cup of coffee or a meal. We loved having a Blu Ray player so we could stream our shows on Netflix after spending all day on the beach. This condo was perfect for a soothing, relaxing escape!

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Beautifully decorated and clean. The ocean view was spectacular and it was the easiest access to the parking and outside. The one thing that I didn't like was that there was too many rental chairs on the beach, which made it crowded.

My husband and I had a great time staying at this condo. Locations is great. Like being on the 3rd floor by the parking lot bridge. Bed was comfortable. Took a star away for the street noise. Ceiling fan was too noisy to use. Might have helped with the noise. Owners are very nice. Would come back again.

This condo is a great place right on the water. The beach and amenities are second to none. Enjoyed jogging down the beach as well. The place has everything you need, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, great decor, and a great balcony more like a porch with an excellent view of the ocean. We enjoyed having meals at the condo and going out. A lot of eating choices right out of the door. And all the adventures and amusement parks just a few minutes away. The condo is a quiet and beautiful. The place was spotless when we arrived, it was perfect for our family...

Like brand new and right on the beach. Everything was provided.kitchen had everything from baking pans to wine glasses. Owners are vert pleasant people anxious to please. We've found our vacation destination.

The location of this condo is unbeatable. It is on the same floor and very close to the walkover bridge to parking garage so you don't have to double up on elevator while unloading your groceries and luggage. It is also close to staircase and being on 3rd floor, we like to use it rather than to wait for elevators. Condo has new everything, very clean and well kept. Resort is packed with amenities. Everything from tennis court to free movie theater. Pools, hot tubs, restaurants, bar, market and great beach! We will be back.

The location of our condo was incredible and you can’t beat the sunset views from the Gulf-front living room and huge patio. Owners did a great job in setting up this condo for us. Majestic is a family oriented resort with tons of amenities and great beach. It is conveniently located within the walking distance to Walmart, beach stores, clubs, bars, and restaurants. Our kitchen was very spacious with planty of storage space, large pantry and well equipped. Furniture is new and comfortable. Linens are top notch. Very well located on the third floor close to the walk-over bridge to parking garage and elevators. There are also stairs if you don't want to wait.
