Everything was great and as advertised. The only issue we had was that the pool heater wasn't working properly, so it was too cold to enjoy. However, as soon as the owner found out, she contacted me and offered to refund us $250 without us even asking for anything which was nice.

The house had everything you would would need and then some. Really a great place to stay with family or friends. There was something for every age group to enjoy!

This was the first time we were able to bring all of our kids together for a family vacation. We contacted the owner and host several times to ask questions about the property and they were very helpful in answering our questions and helping us make our choice to stay at this property. The 6 bedrooms, pool, large kitchen, kayaks and beautiful view really made our stay memorable. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. As mentioned in other posts, the kitchen is in desperate need of an update and communication from the property manager were hit and miss. The property itself is nice and the kids had fun. We fit two families totaling 4 adults and 5 kids and had room for probably a third family of similar size. It also appears the owners have read previous reviews because they did have roku in every room, which made streaming for the kids awesome when they were winding down from a day at the beach or pool time. It’s close to main shopping areas as well, which made grocery runs convenient. It was great to be able to use the kayaks and they have a healthy supply of beach towels and toys. It would have been nice if some of the usual hotel amenities like shampoo/conditioner/soap were supplied, but not a big deal. It was nice to have on-site laundry as well, but the dryer took several cycles to actually dry a load of clothes.

There was nothing wrong with the house that kept us from having an good time just some minor repairs needed. The house could use some basic cable. Good thing we subscribed to Hulu live and Netflix already. and some sort of sound system to listen to music whiling enjoying the pool. On the plus side there was an over abundance of towel and linens available for our use and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware glasses and pot and pans. We definitely stay there again in the future.

This property was in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do while on vacation. About 30-45 minute drive to airport, many beaches, downtown Fort Myers, etc. Grocery store and coffee shop within 10 mins. Lots of good restaurants in a 15-30 min drive as well. We appreciated using the kayaks, pool(daily), grill, sand toys and beach chairs. The kitchen has newer appliances, but the rest of it is a little outdated. It did serve the purpose for our cooking needs. Nice neighborhood. If I had to find something to complain about - the house was clean in general, but could have used a deep clean prior to our arrival (dust on surfaces, dead bugs & spider webs in corners and by window & door frames, etc). Also, the black easy chairs sit way too low to the ground and are not comfortable for relaxing at the end of the day. Perhaps a set of recliners would be a better option, especially for the older population who might stay there? If we ever come back to Cape Coral, we would stay at this property again!

The house has plenty of space, with the rooms being spread out amongst the home, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Aside from being quite far from the beach (45 minutes), this home is close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

The house has plenty of space, with the rooms being spread out amongst the home, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. There were plenty of pool toys for the kids, kayaks for the adults, and a kitchen with everything you need for a large family meal.
I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The large kitchen was fully stocked with the appropriate dishes and cookware, and we loved having 2 fridges. The interior is a bit dated, but we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the pool, kayaks and great views! We would come back again.
