My family and I had a great week on Newfound Lake! You can't beat the short walk from the house to the beach. The game room was a nice perk as well. Our 3yr old and 1yr old enjoyed the giant connect 4 game while the adults enjoyed all the others. The shower on the main floor was AMAZING! We didn't realize that there was an upstairs unit with other guests in the house, but they were lovely people. I recommend this house for your next family getaway!

Very attractive and plenty of room.We enjoyed the game room and the large eat in kitchen with space for all the cooks and the appliances that were much better than what is usually found in a rental. We had a great time.

We traveled from Pelham, NH to spend a week here. We brought a pontoon boat and several vehicles. This house makes for a wonderful stay. We would be happy to stay again.

This is the second year that we rented Kevin’s house and we had another great week. It’s perfect for all ages. The adults enjoyed the game room and beautiful views and the kids loved the beach and the room to run inside when the weather didn’t cooperate

We had the most amazing time at Kevin’s beautiful Lake House. One of our favorite vacations on the Lake. It was everything we dreamed and more. Thank you Kevin for opening your home for others to enjoy. Already started the countdown to next year.

This house was perfect for three families, including 2 children and a dog. The bins of toys were a big hit, as well as the board games. We used the little playground in the back and the beach across the street everyday

This was year 5 for us - a two-week 3-generation vacation. The house was once again perfect for our family. The lake views are amazing, the large great room is perfect for both meals and games, and the game room is a wonderful bonus. Thanks for a great vacation!

House was perfect for our large group which included 5 small children. Beach across the street and walking distance to the marina for anyone who rents a boat! View from the deck was amazing!! Thanks for a great week, can’t wait to come back up again!!

We had a great time here! We used the game room and the beach across the street was perfect. We are hoping to be back next year! There was enough space to not be on top of each other but still be together. It worked out great. Thanks again!

The five bedroom accommodated family of nine just fine. The way the bedrooms were set up was nice. Enjoyed large family room. Having the kayaks to use made the lake more enjoyable. The game room kept the family doing fun things together.

We had lots of visitors and the home was a great fit! The game room kept the kids busy at night and the parents! The view from the dining room table was perfect for family dinners and doing puzzles. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch from morning until night. Kevin, the owner, was responsive and helpful with all our questions!

This was year 4 for our two-week multi-generation stay at the lake and we had a lovely time. The house was great and the updates welcomed (new queen beds, landscaping, shuffleboard table). Kevin is responsive and flexible when there are questions or problems. Biggest issue this year was that the dishwasher wasn’t working - but there were plenty of us to sharing the dishwashing duties so it wasn’t really a problem. Thanks for opening up your lovely home!

5 kids, their spouses and kids and our parents used this space for a week. We couldn’t have asked for a better space, very clean, open areas to gather in, and a fantastic deck to watch sunsets on. The house has some toys for the little kids, toys for the big kids, movies and games to break out on a rainy day. The beach across the street is perfect ans provided a little shade for the few people who don’t love baking in the sun as much as some other folks in the family do. Also, it was cool to see the hallway lined with pictures of the old bungalow village- hubby used to go there as a kid so it definitely was cool for him to reminisce. Kevin was super attentive answering any questions we had in a timely manner. I am positive the rest of my family would agree that we would gladly go back and stay at his location should we decide to do it all over again!

This house was truly a "home"! It was obvious the moment we walked in how much this house is loved by the Nolan family. The attention to detail, lake themed decor, roominess, all the amenities and location made our big family vacation so enjoyable. We have friends on the other side of the lake who came over for a game night with plenty of room to entertain. Half of us enjoyed a board game at the big dining room table while the younger crew played pool, ping-pong and foosball! The lake was crystal clear and being directly across the street made it so easy to go back and forth, which we did plenty of with our grandchildren. The house has a great layout giving everyone plenty of room and privacy. We enjoyed every part of this beautiful home with our 3 grown children and each of their friends. There was plenty of space for everyone! We especially enjoyed the game room with pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and especially newly added shuffleboard table. That was a big hit with our kids! We had company one day and the extra full size refrigerator was a blessing for beverages and extra food...decreasing the amount of trips to the store during our vacation. We had mini visitors, (great nephews) and the long hallway playing with the toy bins Kevin had available there was perfect! The Open concept living room/dining room/kitchen was perfect as well with gorgeous windows to enjoy the breeze off the lake. Kevin made the house very inviting and we did not want/need anything. He was also very quick to respond to a few quick questions when we arrived. We recommend this beautiful home to families with children young and old and even groups of friends. It also was a good choice for us as we have a little dog and the fenced in yard was a huge plus. We enjoyed it very much! Thank you for sharing your piece of Newfound with us!!!

The location was perfect with the beach right across the street. We had three children with us and it was very convenient to go back and forth. The only negative was the cars going by at times it was very noisy. There is plenty of room, we had 5 adults and 3 children. The family room open to the kitchen was very spacious and the furniture was very comfortable.

This was our third year vacationing at Newfound Lake with our extended family - and we loved it. The house is perfect for a large group - the great room is delightful with wonderful lake views, the kitchen is functional and pretty well equipped (and the second refrigerator in the back is essential!) and the game room is the icing on the cake for our large group! The kayaks are a great addition and got lots of use. We highly recommend taking kayaks/canoes to Grey Rocks and enjoying the river! Thanks again for a great vacation. See you next year!
