This place has lots of space to spread out! It's very close to the beach and was clean upon arrival!

This beach house was perfect for our large family! It had everything we needed! Loved the short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

It had plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole entire family. Just the swimming pool was alittle small but overall everything was great

excellent location, 2 min walk to the beach, very close all businesses on the main road. we were 16 adults. 2 floors, 2 kitchens, ample place to sleep for all. Heated pool was awesome. Property needs a little TLC but enjoyable overall

The house itself could use some TLC, the pictures need to be updated on VRBO. The pool is very small. The location was perfect for our needs. The rental management company was great, and responded to requests in a timely manner.

The property was really spacious. We had a family trip to SPI and it was able to accommodate 20 persons without being choky. The Air conditioning was fine👍🏻. Great stay

La casa por dentro muy bien, por fuera es un poco extraña cuando quieres rentar todos los cuartos, ya que las escaleras para el segundo piso estan por fuera, un cuarto separado de todo por la alberca, dos cocinas, pero si la intencion es estar separados esta bien, si quieren todos convivir juntos, renten otra casa.

Process was easy. Rental was OK. Not as nice as I expected for the price. Pool was VERY small therefore was extremely warm due to high heat temperatures. Bottom floor rooms were VERY nice and rooms were nicely cooled. (Recently updated. )Top rooms had broken blinds, broken headboard, broken electrical outlet covers, A/C could not keep up in heat of the day in this HOT weather. SPI staff was attentive and helpful.

Overall the house was great the AC in the upstairs unit works but does not keep the unit cool for TX weather but the downstairs stays very cold which is where my parents were sleeping, so that is all that matters. The renovated upstairs unit was beautiful downstairs you can tell they started replacing things but was not completely renovated, and the 7th bedroom is literally like a little bonus room but not somewhere I would put anyone who paid money to spend time at the house....maybe a teenager. The proximity to the beach was close, which is a total plus side. When driving up to the property do not let it put you off, it is much better once inside, we are very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

The 2 can openers that were there did not work. There were only 8 glasses, so most of us drank out of coffee cups. There was only 1 broom. The A/C upstairs could not get below 80 between the hours of 3 -8. There was lots of room for everyone upstairs and it was super close to the beach.

We contacted the maintenance number provided but had no answer and no response to the message left. For the price and location, it was good.

Place was dirty, pool had dirt about 1/4 inch deep, roof in one area leaked, advertised there was plenty of cooking pans and there wasn’t, stairs to upstairs was gross, towels were stained and gross. Overall was really less than we thought we had rented. Wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone.

This appeared to be a 4 plex that was converted to an almost house. The top and bottom units are separated by a covered but unairconditioned patio of sorts. It was likely part of a unit at one time. The bottom unit had two bedrooms and smelled very musty. It had two couch beds both of which are broken. The upstairs is nicely done. Likely just remodeled. It appears in most of the photos. Its is where we hung out mostly but the ac can't keep up during the day and stays around 80. Pool is very small but nice to have. Close to the beach and liquor store is the only reason for the 3 stars. We would not stay here again.

There’s mold in the downstairs house, it was beyond dirty sheets had dirt on them the showers were dirty. There was towels from the previous party left behind so the cleaning services fee that there charging you is just a waste of money. The pool is soooo small and it was dirty as well, there were ants everywhere so we couldn’t enjoy that with everyone. They definitely need a pest control company to service the house because we saw roaches. I will never book this property again or anything with SPI rentals and I wouldn’t refer this house to anyone. If you book it you will be very disappointed

We rented the entire house. Here are good and bad things we experienced. GOOD: - Good proximity to beach and restaurants. - Lots of parking - Safe neighborhood. - Several bedrooms and bathrooms for big families. - Multiple common areas that accommodate multiple family activities. BAD: - Difficult to contact property management on phone. - Management response time to texts during rental is 24+ hours. - Didn't receive check-in instructions until 2 hours before check-in time (I found out you must pick up keys from management company). - Floors and bathrooms upstairs were extremely grungy and gritty. - Clogged tub and sink upstairs. One tub was covered in sand and had standing water when we arrived. The smell was rotten. It took management 24 hours to call back about it. And another 10-12 hours to repair. - No mops or brooms or cleaning supplies. So we immediately purchased these things to clean floors and bathrooms before getting settled in. - Upstairs dining room table was extremely sticky. We tried several methods of scrubbing and never could remove sticky layers from dining table. - The entire house was not cleaned thoroughly and could not have been disinfected. We purchased more cleaning supplies to disinfect all surfaces. - Many of the furnishings are run down and in need of replacement. For example, one couch upstairs is peeling and shedding its material, and the cushion springs are poking hard when sitting. Some of the dressers are overly stained, wobbly and look raggedy. - The internet modem kept shutting off every hour or so. Plus it was so slow, it’s faster to use your own phone service. - There are about 15-20 stairs going to the 2nd floor. And there is no hand rail on the top half of the very steep stairs. My wife fell down 8 stairs while coming down. She’s 55 yrs old and the fall was hard on her. - The AC upstairs stopped blowing cold air the night before our checkout. It was 84 degrees upstairs during our last evening. In summary, the home is rundown, unclean and in very poor condition. The level of uncleanliness made it particularly uncomfortable because of COVID-19 cleanliness and disinfection requirements. But the safety issue put it over the top for me. It was a horrible experience for us, and all our families felt cheated because of how much we paid to stay here. We will never rent from SPI rental properties again.

Very clean One of the upstairs tubs stopped up. Kitchen could use some more quality implements and hand towels we had a problem with the air cond and it was addressed immediately overall good place
