We stayed at this beautiful home for a local family wedding which took place at Historic London Town & Gardens. The home was very close to the venue and to the hotels where extended family resided within Annapolis. The home was spacious and well-appointed. It was perfect for our group; we slept 6 family members here but we could have had 10. We absolutely loved the Great Room. The beds were very comfortable; the double kitchen amenities were many! I loved that the home was peaceful. Also, there is ample parking if needed. We would have loved to spend more time there to enjoy the back yard but we were just too busy with wedding festivities. We would return to this home in a heartbeat; the owners were wonderful at communication and gracious hosts.

We were an extended family of grandparents, parents and two brothers of a graduating midshipman at the Naval Academy, looking for a comfortable, convenient house for graduation week in Annapolis. This house fit the bill. From the initial contact to the final checkout, the members of the owning family with whom we had contact were accommodating and helpful. The house has a large amount of open space and easy access to a deck and enclosed yard in the back that comfortably handled a large number of additional family and friends who attended a gathering following the graduation ceremony. We drove to the graduation at the Stadium and didn’t measure the distance, but the walk would have been a test for many visitors. The owning family lives in the house and gave it up for that special occasion, so the house had everything we needed for the week.

Annapolis is a very short Uber or drive away. All bedrooms are adequate for adults or couples. Nice neighborhood and property with plenty of living room / kitchen space for socializing with friends

Erin’s house was the perfect place for a beautiful little staycation for my friends as we attended a wedding. She was super responsive and helpful through the booking process and was able to accommodate all of our last minute changes! If you ever need a house near Annapolis for the Naval Academy or just to visit Maryland’s beautiful capital, she’s the perfect person to reach out to!

Great place to entertain.
This property was the perfect fit for my needs. I was in town for a function at the Naval Academy. It is about a 10 minute drive to the campus. I hosted a seafood boil in the great room for my family and it was the perfect space for entertaining. We had about 20 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. There is a great wrap around deck that allowed some to enjoy lunch outside. The kids enjoyed the swing on the deck and the basketball court in the back. It was easy to communicate with Erin. Great all around experience.

Convenient & Spacious
We loved our stay in this wonderful Annapolis home. The first floor is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. Our grandsons loved playing in the finished basement and backyard. There was ample room to spread out, and the extension is an ideal setup with a long bar, two undercounter refrigerators, sink, additional dishwasher, and ice maker. It was easy to get to grocery stores and it was a short drive to downtown. We could even walk to the stadium. The owners were very easy to deal with, responding quickly to emails and inquiries. Highly recommend it!

We picked Erin's home for four USNA grads and spouses for our 30-year reunion weekend and parents weekend for our 2/C Midshipman. The house had plenty of room for everyone and was gorgeous & well-maintained. The layout provided great opportunity for our together time, and the kitchen was great for meal prep. The location is very convenient -- just a mile walk to the USNA stadium and convenient to the campus.
Erin was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely consider the home for a future stay.Thanks for helping make our 30th a memorable weekend for these friends!

Family filled entertainment
The home was beautiful and well maintained. The entertaining space was breathless. The only “comment” is that the photos showed a swingset that the 5 kids were excited for but it was torn down in reality which was disappointing, although they had fun with the basketball court! Would definitely recommend and plan on going back.

This home is SO beautiful, clean, and has the perfect layout for some group hang-out time. The bar in the second living room is so luxurious. Everyone slept soundly and with privacy! Erin, the host, is super lovely. highly recommend this home to all.

Wonderful!
This is a lovely home. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. However, there was also plenty of space for us all to gather together for meals, movies, and games. Erin, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The location was also perfect for activities in Annapolis. Everyone from the kids to the adults enjoyed their stay!

Great Stay!
This was a great property! The house was left very clean, and very spacious. It was great for a large group, which ample places to sleep and bathrooms for getting ready (a big plus!) The owner was so friendly and accommodating. The place is very close to down town - just a short drive/uber. I would highly recommend for a group stay in Annapolis!

Amazing house in an amazing location!
My friends and I recently stayed at this great house. It is incredibly spacious, well-kept and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's also conveniently located off of West street and is close to USNA stadium, great for a weekend of Navy football! The owners were incredibly friendly and helped coordinate our stay well ahead of our visit. I highly recommend this house to anyone planning a stay in Annapolis, for any occasion!

Great weekend with friends
It has been a real pleasure and a wonderful experience staying at this lovely home. The house had adequate space for 12, all the rooms and bathrooms were kept clean and tidy. The well appointed kitchen and appliances were functional and up to date. The area is quiet, safe and so close to the Annapolis Main Street, naval academy, shopping mall , harbor and sumptuous seafood places . Ample parking space for 6 cars. Our host are so hospitable and accommodating, they made us feel at home and they responded promptly to our calls. We were so delighted to have the opportunity to share their home with us.
I highly recommend this to others who are considering a relaxing and exciting trip to Maryland.

Fabulous home for entertaining!
We were in Annapolis for our granddaughter's baptism and had family coming in from all over the country. This home was perfect for us- we hosted a crab feast outside on Saturday night (Erin recommended Pit Boys - the crabs, steamed shrimp, and pulled pork were delicious), and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The large deck swing was relaxing. A party on Sunday was held in the kitchen/family room/great room. The kitchen was well appointed, and there was lots of space for our friends and family to socialize and eat. The bar area and extra wine fridge and ice maker were used quite a bit. We had one small maintenance issue, and Quinn got it taken care of right away. Erin and Quinn were terrific hosts. The location is convenient too- a quick drive (or uber) into town. We would stay in this home again in a heartbeat. It would be great for commissioning week or a naval wedding weekend as well. Thank you Harrises!
