We truly enjoyed our stay in this property, as well as Amelia Island! The condo was clean, ON THE OCEAN (my favorite place to be was the patio/deck facing the water), up-to-date appliances and cable/streaming options. Owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the gate key, and we look forward to going back!

Very comfortable and well maintained. Well stocked with necessities as well as extras. We loved to wake up to the ocean view.
We were not able to access the beach. The key provided wouldn’t open gate. Other guests apparently also had a problem opening the gate.
But we hope to be back sometime. Thanks for making us so comfortable.

Lovely 2BR 2BA unit with great ocean view. Very clean, well-stocked. Super responsive host. We love the location, with its proximity to high-quality Harris Teeter supermarket and several restaurants within easy driving distance.

The second bath does not have grab bar or safety strips in tub. Also, you cannot access the patio from the living room. Is this up to code?

The room and view were awesome. We got down an hour earlier than expected and got to check in early. Garrett was always quick to respond. We had no issues while there so we didnt have to reach out. Everything you needed was there. Our only complaint would be the elevator was a little sketchy the license expired in august and it didnt feel the safest but we survived and its no fault to the owner but the property manager needs to update this asap. Otherwise we would definitely stay again our family loved it!

This was an excellent condo. Very well decorated, very modern finishes, all beds were comfortable, excellent building and beach location. Kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was extremely clean. Everything you hope for in a vacation stay. Will definitely be back!

This property was really nice and the pictures were accurate as to the quality and cleanliness of this condo. Great pool/beach access, location to restaurants and downtown. This place has everything you need! The owner was very responsive and communicated often/as needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! Two parents, an 11 y/o and 9 y/o, and the two bathrooms were great to have and the living space was ample.
The unexpected hurricane hit while we were there (we didn’t get the worst of it) and the owner was kind and helpful, checking in on us etc.
The building is not the newest, but the pool and ocean view were great and the unit itself had nice and current upgrades. We will consider staying again for sure!

My husband, three year old son, and I all stayed at Garrett's condo. We could not have asked for a better host. Garrett was very responsive and even called to let me know that we could do an early check in. The condo was well equipped with anything that you needed as to include: extra toilet paper, shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, towels, beach chairs, and surf boards. Literally bring your clothes and food and enjoy the relaxing vacation. We have already recommended this vacation to friends and hope to see you again. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again. This unit was very clean, has one of the best views of the beach and ocean, I have ever stayed. The building looks older from the outside, but the owner of this unit has maintained it well. We would recommend this to anyone that wants a nice relaxed vacation with no hassles.

This review is all positive! The condo was very nice and super clean! It was obvious the property owner has put the effort in to make the stay the best experience possible.
My wife and I have 3 early teenagers, and they all really enjoyed staying here. The view is magnificent, and the pool was great! The property owner was super fast with responses to any questions...thank you Garrett for sharing your wonderful property. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! We stayed for two nights and would definitely come back again! Condo was very clean. Communication was great. I really liked that there were double beds in the spare room instead of twins. The view of the beach is beautiful! Thanks for everything!

We very much enjoyed our trip and our stay at this condo. The property is exactly as listed. It is clean and well maintained. Check in was super easy & convenient. The beach was nice. I wish we could have used the fishing pier but it belongs to the property next door. Parking was great. The owners provided everything you could ask for & some extras to make the trip a success. We would definetely stay here again.

Our stay was all we could have wished for. The island is a very relaxing and no-nonsense place. It was a place that was fairly quiet, with the occasional laughs and giggles of children (I’m a Nana, so it does my heart good to hear!). It seemed to be a fairly family oriented place.
The condo was nicely decorated and well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need! You could actually take nothing but your clothes and have everything required for your stay! The condo includes linens, cookware and dishes, etc, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, flatiron, dish liquid and dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and more. It is located on the beach with the deck overlooking the ocean, so after a day in the sun we were able to still enjoy the sights and sounds we love! Garrett was very helpful and quick to respond with any and all questions he was presented with.
Dining choices were awesome! I highly recommend the Salty Pelican. The steak and shrimp were to die for! The Fernandina Fudge Shop had an awesome selection too! We found all staff we encountered on the island very friendly and accommodating! It’s definitely a place we would revisit!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The host was great at communicating and responsive. He was always available to answer our questions.The condo was very nice and clean, perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and providing beach chairs was a win because we didn't have room to pack ours. We hope to return soon!

The property was kept in great condition and in a great location. It was a 5th floor condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. Some amenities such as a washer/dryer, beach chairs, large umbrella, towels, dishware, fridge, are provided for convenience.
The property owner, Garrett, gave us a call on the day of check-in to let us know it was available a few hours early. We were surprised to find some goodies such as some snacks and a bottle of white wine as a courtesy. Wife, two kids, and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beach getaway with an amazing view from the balcony and master bedroom. Wife and I are now considering this location as a regular vacation spot.

Loved everything about the property & great communication with the owner. The view is spectacular and we were lucky enough to experience beautiful sunrises & moonlit nights. Wonderful hearing the sounds of the waves crashing at night. The unit was spotless, stocked with everything needed, beautifully decorated, & very comfortable. The beds, pillows, & sofa were all so comfortable, which is not always the case in many rentals. And wonderful water pressure in the showers - a rarity these days! What was great were all the extras in the unit - beach chairs, binoculars, sand pail, outlets/charging stations all around, info pamphlets, lots of towels, & even a bottle of wine & snacks to greet us! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and very well thought out with the guest's needs definitely considered a priority. Communication was very thorough and accurate so that the whole trip was relaxed and easy. We would definitely revisit this condo again.

This is a great oceanfront condo on Amelia Island. The unit is owned by a family and Garrett, who lives nearby, is a member of that family and manages the property in a refreshingly personal (as opposed to institutional) way. The unit has a newly remodeled kitchen, smart TV’s, thermostats and Echo, and is very well maintained. And the view is magnificent. The condominium building is being improved in various ways and during our stay, the work created some challenges. But Garret was extremely responsive and proactive in addressing these challenges. We highly recommend this property and Garrett and would welcome staying here again.

My mom, sister, and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was very comfortable and well stocked with everyday items you use but not want to pack. Garrett was a wonderful host and was very transparent about the construction and the impact we may encounter (which wasn’t a problem). Amazing view and located close to activities. Highly recommend.
