Very cute house. Plenty of room. The only downside was all the flowers and trees in the back brought many mosquitos so couldn’t really hang out back on the beautiful deck. The hose had a hole in it so you got wet when u tried to rinse off your feet from the beach. All the beach gear such as chairs umbrella and beach caddy is kept outside and not in the best of shape but we did use the wagon and the umbrella. The umbrella bag was ripped but the umbrella was fine. We had our own chairs. There were ants in the kitchen so had to be very careful about what you put on the counters. I know there are usually ants down the shore so wasn’t disgusted just wished there was a spray or ant traps around to use. Also the grill was extremely dirty and never cleaned maybe from previous renters? My husband took the grill apart and cleaned it very well ( he has ocd) prior to us using it the one time we did. Also the couches were not very comfortable to lay on and watch movies at night. Other wise the location was great and quiet. Although street parking only, was able to park close to house. On the last day we had the cleaning ladies waiting outside to clean around 9am and had to tell them to leave that we had the house until 11. They then came back around 1035 and we were almost done so let them in a little early.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place fit our needs perfectly with three beds and great outdoor space. When we weren’t at the beach we were on the beautiful backyard deck. Beach is a short walk away and the house had plenty of chairs and a useful beach cart that helps with the walk. We brought our dog and the fenced in backyard was great.

Beautiful home with many great outdoor seating areas! The house was comfortable and clean for 6 adults and our 1 year old! Enjoyed our stay, and would recommend for others!

The house is gorgeous as soon as you get out of the car. It is a beautiful oasis with relaxing outdoor seating areas all over the property. It is a super easy walk to the beach for some fun in the sand or to the bay to watch the sunset. The kitchen has everything you could need- pans, knives, etc. which is wonderful. It looks even better than the pictures. Laurence was super responsive and checking in and out were super easy.

This home was exactly what I hoped it would be! Close to the beach and a quiet oasis to relax in after a long day at the beach. The back deck is glorious! We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this property!

My family and I stayed in Laurence’s stylish and clean, comfortable beach house and loved it. We particularly enjoyed the roof deck for morning tea/coffee, all of the beach accoutrements: beach chairs, wagon, umbrella etc., and the keyless entry! The house is two blocks from the beach which was very doable with our girls ranging from ages 7-11. We loved the natural areas on the island, and the fact that we could also do a little jaunt over to AC. We hope to be back! Thanks Laurence!

I’ve been vacationing in Brigantine for 10+ years and this rental is awesome! It offers EVERYTHING you need in a shore rental. The inside is bright and airy with plenty of room for all. The front porch and back patio are a perfect addition to this lovely house. I highly recommend this house for a lovely, comfortable vacation rental. The owner responds immediately to any questions you may have. I plan to only rent this house for my future stays in Brigantine!

My three girlfriends and I just returned from the most enjoyable 4-night getaway in Brigantine. We are all senior citizens that grew up in the same suburban town near Philadelphia. It was a reunion, a reconnection and a total blast! But let me tell you about our little "slice of heaven" that we called home during our long weekend. To say it was nice would be such an understatement. It was simply fabulous! The owners had every amenity that we could possibly need or want. Not only was there a coffee pot for our morning brew but there were two, including a Keurig. The interior was cozy, well decorated, extremely well maintained and had all the charm of a shore beach house plus more. There were an abundance of seating areas, including the living room, dining room, separate sitting room which led out to a wonderful rear porch. Awaiting us was yet another comfy seating area along with a large dining table for eating al fresco. The kitchen was well appointed with every modern convenience and also led out to the back porch. The landscaping and back area was amazing, complete with flowers and greenery in bloom, a hammock, and another table and chair set. Drinking our morning Joe and catching up amidst the gorgeous surroundings put us all in a youthful adventuresome mood. We reminisced, laughed, played games, had cocktails and generally found the camaraderie that we had travelled to the shore to indulge in. I haven't even gotten to the upstairs yet. There were 3 comfortable bedrooms on the 2nd floor with a bigger than average modern bathroom including a large closet with laundry facilities. Great care was taken with attention to every detail. There were attractive and artistic pictures, nice rugs on the hardwood flooring, etc. We never had the opportunity to lounge around on the rooftop deck as planned. It was complete with a round table and four chairs along with Adirondack chairs facing the beach for extra seating. And what roof top deck would be complete without a bar? Yep! They had one! We really hated to leave our secret haven away from it all. This house provided us with ultra relaxation and comfort throughout our stay. Laurence was most communicative, friendly and extremely helpful. I have been renting for many years at the Jersey shore and this owner along with his awesome property outshined all others in comparison. We are already scheming and planning our next adventure to 133 South 5th St. Can't wait!!!

This was our first visit to Brigantine Beach! What a lovely place it is! I met my two grown children there since it's in between NYC and Maryland for a long weekend on the beach. The house was perfect! In addition to three spacious bedrooms, it had a sleep sofa and full bath downstairs if you needed an extra room. The house is quaint and darling and offers everything you need in a house including a gas grill. When we arrived, we immediately felt welcome by the house's appearance! The front porch is complete with rocking chairs and the yard features beautiful flower gardens! Out back is where we spent most of our time. The porch had comfortable furniture and a dining table too. The patio below had four adirondack chairs and the grill that were all surrounding by the most beautiful flowers. A hammock sat amongst the lovely garden! It was like a secret garden. So charming! Since the backyard was fenced in, I felt completely comfortable with my small dog out back. He appreciated being allowed to join us! The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee maker and all needed appliances. The house came with nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs as well and a couple of bikes! The house is a short walk to the beach which may be the prettiest beach I've seen on the east coast. Laurence was great at replying to my questions quickly. He was a most accommodating host when we needed to adjust out check in and check out times. I highly recommend this charming house. While it was only three of us, it is certainly large enough to accommodate more people. The bathroom upstairs is nice and large and complete with a washer and dryer. Thanks Laurence for the great stay!

Both my wife and I are originally from the area (she Brigantine, me Atlantic City) we now live in Salem County. We have rented shore properties for decades and we rate this one as our favorite. I jokingly said, "perhaps we shouldn't comment about how much we loved this place as it'll become more popular and reduce the number of available open dates." An easy walk to both the bay and beach this property is located on a quiet side street. The home offers everything you could ask for in a shore rental.The interior is bright, clean, well equipped and decorated in Cape Cod colors and interesting art. The private back yard and porch are reminiscent of southern charm. The roof deck is an added bonus! We've decided, this is it, no more "shopping for a Brigantine rental" we'll be back year after year. Although the photos are quite accurate you have to see it to really appreciate its charm .

In 35+ years of renting in numerous beach locations, this is the only property we will be renting the following year. From morning coffee on the front porch to cocktails on the rear patio to beautiful views on the roof deck, we loved this place. All of our friends and family who visited loved this house as well. It is 2 blocks from the ocean and a half block from the bay. We visited many fine restaurants in Brigantine, including The Cellar, Laguna Grille, Pirates Den, and St George's Pub, We also went to Obadiahs and Oyster Creek Inn, both about 30 minutes away. The place is immaculate inside, very clean. The landscaping is beautiful. When sitting on the back patio, you feel as if you are in a private garden. When we had questions or concerns during our stay, the owner was quick to respond.

This property has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful, restful and fun vacation in Brigantine. The location couldn’t be more perfect. The proximity to the beach and the bay provided our family with ample opportunities for fun – from fishing on the bay to relaxing in the sun on the beach. The house itself allowed you to sit back and enjoy your time. The three decks (front, back & roof) gave us plenty of places to socialize, feel at home and take it easy. This house is exactly what a vacation house should be! The interior of the house was absolutely spectacular. You could see that the owners take care and pride in the property. It was exactly as it appears in the photographs - clean and well-maintained. The house provides everything you need to have a fantastic vacation – just unpack your personal items, and you are ready to enjoy! I highly recommend this beautiful vacation property in Brigantine and am already planning my next vacation here!

This house is as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures! Every detail in the house was delightful--from the paint colors, to the pictures, the landscaping (when the wind blows, you will love the sound of the rustling leaves!) and kitchen accessories :) The backyard provides plenty of privacy for outdoor entertaining as well as an outdoor shower. Ample space allows you to store your things without feeling "sloppy." There is a nice amount of room within the house for everyone to spread out and and have privacy, but there are plenty of communal spaces for spending time doing puzzles, eating, or just relaxing with cocktails :) I can't reccomend this space enough for a perfect new england style vacation!

My family and I recently enjoyed a week long stay at this property. We were pleasantly surprised that we were greeted with all the comforts of home and more! The house layout and location is ideal. (The bay is less than a block away where you can drop watercraft or sit and watch the amazing sun rise/set.) My family was able to spend time with one another, yet we could relax independently on any of the three beautiful patios. Our Yorkiepoo enjoyed playing in the beautifully landscaped yard. The yard is also perfect for sunbathing if the beach is not on your to-do list. It is just a short 10 minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute drive to Atlantic City, where you can enjoy the magnificient casinos or numerous outlet shops. Brigantine is quiet and safe, with plenty of local shops and cafes or restaurants. We did not have to worry or use a house key the entire week thanks to the awesome keypad entry! We could come and go to the beach and shops without worrying about who had the key or when they'd return. The house was well equipped with kitchen and cleaning supplies, beach tags, chairs and umbrellas, washer and dryer, etc. We simply brought clothing and food, unpacked, and enjoyed the week! I hope your stay in Brigantine will be as enjoyable as ours was. We certainly have memories now that we will share for years to come! (Contact with the owner was always done in a timely manner with all of my questions answered to my satisfaction.)

i was pleasantly surprised by my rental experience in brigantine. the house was just as it was shown on the website. beautifully decorated and very clean. gorgeous garden. you could tell that the owner takes good care and great pride in his property. the details were well thought out. it was a seamless rental. it was a last minute idea to find a beach rental and larry (the owner) was so nice and accomodating. it was perfect for my elderly parents and my 21 month old son. i just needed to keep him away from the stairs but other than that i think it is a perfect family vacation rental. it was nice to sit in on the deck in the back and have coffee and watch my son play with our dog in the garden. my last experience renting a different house in brigantine was not a good one and to be honest i was apprehensive in trusting a website again but decided to take my chances. i'm so glad i did. i will definately be renting this house again in the near future.
