Wife and I were in town for a work trip and the Condo was just perfect for us. Condo was a 5 minute drive to project, lots to do in the area, and the pool was a big plus since the temps were mid-80's and humid. Restaurant onsite was very convenient. Condo has everything needed for comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

The unit was well maintained and exactly what we needed. It was close proximity to everything! There was construction going in and it did not bother us at all! Overall, an excellent stay!

This is the best equipped rental we have ever stayed at! Everything you might need to enjoy the Florida coast. The resort has a lovely courtyard with walkways, waterways, and a large pool. The onsite restaurant has delicious offerings. Unfortunately for us, the lanais were being remodelled, so we did not have access to ours. I know we would have loved sitting out in the open air, and were pretty sad about this unexpected development. The owner did his best to make it up to us with some extra perks. The location is ideal. We were able to bike to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We also enjoyed the opportunity to play pickleball with some other friendly residents on-site. Would definitely recommend this listing!

Our brief mid-week stay was perfect. Unit was cleanest I've stayed in and so well stocked. Little meaningful touches for travelers like tissue boxes in each room, lots of extra paper supplies, beach/pool equipment in great shape! Even post-its and multi plug units, two coffee makers, lots of dishes and glassware available. Private and beautifully landscaped large patio area but downside was the construction on the patio area so we could not use it but this was just timing and next visitors will have a brand new patio to enjoy!

This quiet & comfortable unit comes complete with all sorts of extras that I have at home...like bag clips, sticky notes, candles and matches, and the soothing sounds of a waterfall and creek just outside the lanai. A perfect vacation experience! Warm thanks to you Bill.

We enjoyed our time at Park shore 121. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Great location. We were close to a Clam Pass beach and Loudermilk Beach. Both were amazing. We enjoyed Sun and Fun lagoon water park on Livingston Rd. Great for kids! The lanai was perfect in the mornings and evenings! Hogfish Harry is awesome and we are there twice. We also got take out from Rosati’s and it was delicious! The pool was a huge hit as well. Our family would definitely rent this property again!!!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The instructions from the host were clear which made check in & check out easy. The bikes were a nice bonus, with the beach being just a quick ride down the road. The host provides chairs, towels, coolers, and other beach items. The unit has it's own linai, equipped with table & chairs. It was a great place for breakfast in the mornings. The resort's pool is clean & provides chairs, umbrellas, and towels. There was plenty of parking so we could easily park right by our door. The restaurant in the resort, Hogfish Harry's, was delicious. They provide great service & we were able to enjoy everything from drinks to desserts. We will be back to Naples & plan on staying here again.

Great location and a beautiful hidden gem of a resort. Awesome pool and the restaurant is popular with Naples locals. Great happy hour! The unit was the most well-appointed one we have ever stayed in. And QUIET! Small but clean and tidy and had lots of small details like bikes, beach gear, and handy notes with all the details. Would highly recommend and we will be back! Thanks Bill!

Wonderful location. Easy to get in and out. Hogfish Harry’s is a great spot for dinner or lunch. We did take away. Condo was great. Liked that there were beach chairs for our use. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside, if you can call it that, was the guest laundry that uses a PayByPhone app, not coins or tokens. The app is glitchy and too expensive if one is doing just a single load of laundry.
Would highly recommend this place.

A perfect blend of nature and modern that is next to everything in the Naples area! Everything that our family was looking for in a vacation spot, amazing resort, green areas, pool and restaurant on site. Quick drive or run to several amazing beaches, parks, and marinas. Loved all of the hospitality and the condo!

Condo was as advertised! Just what we needed. It is close to several pristine beaches. Grocery stores within walking distance. Owner has everything you need to feel at home.
A good time was had by all. If back in the area, we will certainly stay again.

We had a lovely experience staying at the Case’s property. The location is perfect….minutes from the beaches and central to amazing shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed. My sons loved the courtyard area and pool area. It was a perfect family vacation….will definitely book again for future stays in Naples!

My husband and I worked until 1pm each day and then enjoyed the Naples sun, pool, my family who lived locally. The BBQ area is great area to visit and grill a meal. Pool is refreshing and the restaurant was a nice place for a nite cap and dessert. Our stay was pleasant and the amenities were good (kitchen had everything, bikes to use etc) thanks!
