Elaine was a wonderful person to work with. She was easy to reach and very timely with responses and had great information to share about the area. The property was great and as advertised. It was very well stocked and very clean. The property is quiet and easy to access. It worked very well for our family and would stay again when in Palmas.

Our stay at Elaine's property was awesome. We stayed there for 9 days. She was a great property owner ,always making sure we had what we needed ,at one point I told her I needed something and the next day she bought it and left it for us at the house. The property is beautiful. I already mentioned to her that I will like to stay at her property next time I go to P.R. Great place to stay and property manager. Too bad we had to leave.

Great place to relax with a beautiful pool and garden view. Stocked with everything one might need including battery operated fans and lamps, in case of a blackout. Communication with Elaine was superb and thorough, she thought of everything! Even though this was a last minute booking it went smoothly from start to finish! Looking forward to next time! Great location. Very nice balcony facing a pool. The hostess always responded promptly and was very friendly. Bedroom was nice as well. Would definitely stay again. It's about a mile from the beach.

Love the fact that is located next to the pool. Quiet place for a relaxing vacation. The owners sent a lot of information for references like things to do, eat, etc. Easy check in/out. I will definitely return and recommend

We so enjoyed our time in the lovely condo at Palmas del Mar although admittedly we spent most of our time on the large patio overlooking what we came to feel was our own private pool. Few people used it. The water was so clear and clean and we especially liked the very comfortable pool lounges. We usually had breakfast and lunch in the condo and in the evening sampled the various restaurants. There are several to choose from within this gated community. Elaine was wonderful! She provided us with so much information in advance re food and activities. And while we were there she was always available to answer questions and give advice when asked. There is shopping nearby and El Yunque, Luquillo Beach,excursions from Fajardo and other adventures are an easy drive away.

It was spacious and clean with a very comfortable King size bed with luxurious sheets. The air conditioning kept the condo cool and the washer and dryer were a bonus. No problems with electricity or internet. We enjoyed sitting at the covered balcony overlooking a small lake watching the turtles, fish and birds. Palmas del Mar is a well maintained complex and in great condition considering it took a direct hit from Hurricane Maria just a year ago. Elaine is a perfect host, lives locally and responsive to any needs. She is thoroughly knowledgeable about the area and can easily direct you to local restaurants and places to see in Palmas and the surrounding area. We really enjoyed the stay

Every comfortable and Elaine was very accommodating, I would come back here me back if we vacation on this side of Island again.

Elaine was so helpful. From the very start she was on top of everything. Making sure we were comfortable and that everything was to our liking. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral. She made our stay worry free. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful. The only thing that I thought could have been better was the maintenance of the pool.After a horrible day we wanted to relax at the pool but ended up leaving because the pool was not very clean.

My husband and two kids (ages 11 and 8) just spent Spring Break at this lovely condo. The location is perfect! It is just 55 minutes from San Juan, 20 minutes to Fajardo to board boats for snorkeling, 40 minutes to El Yunque! The grounds of Palmas Del Mar are gorgeous and the amenities can't be beat: pools, many restaurants, beach, tennis and golf! Elaine is the most gracious and thoughtful host. Her condo has everything you would need including beach chairs, a boogie board and plenty of kitchen items. In addition, she gave us out a very comprehensive list of activities that made day trip planning and selecting restaurants a breeze. We didn't have enough time to go to all the wonderful activities she suggested. I can't say enough good things about this condo and the owner!

From the time I booked my stay, Elaine has been very responsive, answering everything from restaurants suggestions, to golf cart rentals and the best swimming beaches. The pool was great and the condo quiet and inviting.

Spent a week at this property from Feb. 14 to Feb. 21 I would recommend it to any one who is looking for a neat, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment and very accommodating owners. The condo lacked absolutely nothing. My wife and I would definitely go back to this condo. This condo deserves my excellent review.

This villa has a good location in Palmas del Mar right next to the tennis center and just minutes from the beach. Any little issues were immediately addressed. Elaine was extremely helpful with getting us country club passes, helping us get tee times, and providing tourist information. The listing was very accurate, the place looked just like the pictures! I recommend it highly!

Everything about this property is the very best. I would recommend this rental to anyone who wants the best and wants to be feel safe.

Great/well equipped condo overall. Excellent and fast communication and suggestions for activities from the owner. The pool was very nice and easy enough to walk to the beach.

Owner gets high praise for communication. The weather was divine. Condo was immaculate. The pool and grounds nicely kept. Best of all, it was quiet. Loudest noise came from a gorgeous cockatoo that was flying wild in the area.

Elaine was so helpful and communicative before and during our stay. She provided really thorough information about the rental and the surrounding property. It was seamless checking in and out of the gated community. Palmas del Mar is a lovely property with many amenities! The place overlooks the pool which was pretty and convenient. The place itself was super clean and well kept. She was very accommodating and this worked great for 3 adults and 2 kids. If you stay, definitely go to the restaurants in the Anchor Village section of the property - much better than the plaza options. Chez Daniel is very well done - excellent service and food. Best wine options too. Call for a reservation though! The beach on the property is pretty but difficult for swimming due to waves. I'd be extra careful though it is possible. It's hard to find other good beaches nearby - best bet is going to Vieques, Culebra or Luquillo beach. Plan on getting to the ferry landing early (90-120 minutes) to get tickets to Vieques or Culebra but it is so worth it. A great stay with a great owner! Thanks for the welcome champagne too!
