This was a fantastic place to stay, the lake views were outstanding. The location was close to everything. I was definitely impressed, and I would consider this place again the next time I’m in Tampa.

The house was the perfect size for the 6 of us and my kids loved the pool. Great place to stay for our vacation!

We were in town 6/2023 for a family wedding in the Tampa area. This house provided a perfect central location. On our trip, we were also able to do several day trips to visit Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal Studios, Clearwater and Anna Maria Island. This property was clean, maintained, and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed several morning walks and evenings sitting by the pool. The neighbors were also friendly and offered assistance if needed. The backyard lake view provided a peaceful and calm ambiance with the different wildlife. A perfect place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful villa, quiet neighborhood, plenty of shops/restaurants close by. Management easily contactable/provided speedy response to query during our stay and went above and beyond to assist us.

We had a great time visiting there, from out of state. It's a nice house with plenty of space in the kitchen and dining room for sharing meals. The pool was also nice and it was great to have the lake behind us as the "backyard". Our grandkids had a blast spending time together and it was a good space for all of us to be together. Close to Costco and Walmart to grab groceries, too! Thanks so much for a memorable stay!

The house was very clean upon arrival and very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are super nice! Enough room for our family of 4 to spread out! The owners were super fast with responses to any questions we had and very accommodating! Although we didn’t use it because we were too busy, the pool with the view of the lake was lovely! Very quiet neighborhood that is close to shopping and groceries. We come to Florida 4-5 times a year and this will be the property we check availability on first! Lina and Nelson are top notch!!!

Clean 4br home in quiet area, yet close to everything you need ! Shopping, restaurants, and access to interstate. Every room has TV, patio has grill, and pool is amazing!

We came down to Florida for our granddaughter’s graduation. We saw this home with it’s beautiful pool and knew it was perfect for our stay. Our grandchildren loved their 3 separate bedrooms and the pool was great. Very spacious and clean home. Owner responded very quickly to a question I had. Neighbors friendly too. Will book this property again in the future.

This home is as pictured. Nice open layout with space for family and friends. The neighborhood is tucked away and is very quiet and peaceful. We spent a lot of our time in the pool which was lovely. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing property great neighborhood super quiet and kid friendly. Giving it five stars no complaints. Just wish the pool is heated. It was too cold to swim.

This was our second stay at the property and we enjoyed it very much. Quiet community tucked away from the busy roads so we could easily walk, run, bike around the neighborhood. Home is neat and clean and the kids loved the pool.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this home. The positives were that the home was very clean upon arrival, the beds were comfortable and the pool was very nice! We also enjoyed the lake views a lot. The house needs to be better stocked with necessary items like hand soap for the bathrooms, trash bags, paper towels ect. especially for longer stays. Also, it would be nice if the owners provided at least a little propane for the gas grill and better quality cooking utensils for the kitchen. However these aren’t things that affected our vacation so we still very much enjoyed our stay!

Central location, just what we needed.

We were very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. Love the lake side view and wild life. Screened Pool patio was a plus, however the pool water was a little too cold for us to relax in. Still a 5 star stay

The only problem was the trafic to get to Orlando

This house is great for a family or group. Plenty of room for at least 8 or more peopke to sleep and move around in the nice open spaces. The kitchen is pretty well stocked and could just use maybe a couple more larger bowls for mixing things in. The complimentary water bottles, plates, napkins and place settings are such a nice touch. My mom and her siblings (WWII survivors from the Philippines) had a great time meeting here and catching up. I found a couple small geckos using the master shower but we shooed them away. The washer and dryer are a welcomed convenience, as is the garage which is nice for loading bags in and out easily. It's a beautiful residential area with quiet neighbors. As mentioned by the hosts, the house stays nice and cool if you keep the outside doors to the pool closed. I could sit for hours in the screened in pool area! Lina and Nelson are super responsive and thoughtful. We look forward to returning. Thanks to Lina and Nelson for sharing your home.

The place is exactly as advertised. The pool was great for our 6 year old son. The owner was very prompt in communicating with us. The location is centrally located and in a very clean neighborhood and town. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Tampa Bay Area.

Everything was as advertised We had no need to contact the hosts as everything was in order Good location Lovely views over the lake ( didn’t see any gators though!) Pool needed some tlc

The neighbors are wonderful. One neighbor loaned us his blender after the blender at the property had all of our margaritas pouring from the bottom of the blender. There are only 2 wines glasses. A lizard got into my son's bed. I am thinking it came though the gap in the front door. A frog got into the master bathroom. It's time for new weatherstripping at the doors. The property is in a nice location and it is spacious. The property is pass due time for real updates. Both showers have had the shower tiles painted instead of being replaced. It felt cringey steping into a shower with paint cliping off the tiles. The wall is buckling in one showers where the tiles need to be replaced. It's time for new bedroom blankets. The pool and backyard view are wonderful and relaxing. But the pool is not heated. Unfortunately the owner didn't let us that the pool heater was not working until after we paid. I looked back at other reviews and they also say the pool is not heated. Perhaps the owners should just stop advertising a heated pool to stop any disappointments and misunderstandings. The pool furniture cushions are pass needing replacement. Please don't misunderstand my review. The place is not bad. It's just time for the owners to invest some money to bring it up to speed. I didn't bother calling her, because she probably already knows about the issues. After all, it's her property. I would rather spend my time try to enojy my time and making the best of it, rather then complaining to the owner. But no, I would not rent this property again.

Perfect located house, very close to restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment, airport, just everything you need. Nice lake view, good size pool. Big house with open concept. Bathroom and kitchen needs a handyman. Pool heating was not working and we couldn’t find a garage door opener. The Owner were very friendly, helpful and answered quick when we had questions or problems.
