Enclavado en Lower Grand Lagoon, esta encantador condominio por 235 € por noche es una estupendo opción para su próxima viaje. Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para ver nuestro "hogar lejos del hogar". Recientemente hemos completado una renovación completa y actualizando continuamente nuestra propiedad por lo que siempre estamos muy contentos de compartir con nuestros huéspedes. La casa de verano ofrece uno de los alojamientos más relajantes, para toda la familia en Panamá City Beach. No hay seguridad las 24 horas, ascensores rápidos, y siempre de aparcar cerca ... incluso durante la temporada alta!
Nuestra unidad de la planta 4ª tiene capacidad para 7 personas con una cama de matrimonio en el principal con vista al golfo. Hay una reina y dos camas individuales en la habitación de invitados, y un sofá cama en la sala de estar - todas ellas equipadas con nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de la marca y wi-fi. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay una nueva lavadora y secadora en la unidad para su conveniencia.
Nuestro balcón vistas a 2 piscinas de la laguna (1 climatizada en invierno), una bañera de hidromasaje, una piscina para niños, y un gran mirador frente al mar. Otros servicios se enumeran a continuación y todo el equipo está disponible en la recepción.
Todas las unidades de The Summerhouse son para no fumadores y no se permiten mascotas. Los huéspedes deben tener 25 años o más a menos que la unidad está ocupada por un padre o tutor legal o invitados están relacionados por matrimonio. The condo was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. I was able to do laundry and cook meals for my family. We had a great view of the ocean from our room as well. Oh and loved having the beach chairs!

Great condo. Fourth floor in center building at Summerhouse. Great pool area. Easy check-in. Great communication with owners. Mike and Jana are GREAT! Comfy beds, room was clean. We will be back!

My sisters and I take an annual beach trip. There were three of us this time. One wasn't able to make it. We had a fabulous time! We love to stay on Thomas Drive because there aren't as many people as on Front Beach Road. This condo was perfect for us! The beds were extremely comfortable. It's beach front, so the views are magnificent. The kitchen had everything we needed. And Mike and Jana were the best! Great hosts, great family, great location, great home away from home...What more could you need!!!

We had a great time on our family vacation. This was definitely the shortest walk to the beach that we’ve ever had. The convenience of where the condo is located is amazing. Everything was clean and really great for the six of us. The owners were amazing hosts, and we will definitely visit again.

We stayed at Mike and Jana’s condo in Panama City Beach for our March vacation and it was the most perfect place for us. The condo was clean, beautifully furnished, and nicely located on the 4th floor overlooking the pools and perfect view of the ocean and pure white sand! What a bonus to have the beach chairs and umbrella included!
Having so many restaurants and beach stores to walk to is great too.
Mike and Jana were very quick to respond to texts and are so very kind. I would recommend staying at their property, as they really care about their guests.

This property is by far the cleanest, most outstanding property I have rented at Panama City Beach, and I've been vacationing there for 35 years! The condo has everything you need for your "home away from home." Mike and Jana are wonderful at communicating and answered any questions I had immediately! The staff at Summerhouse is very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the proximity of the condo to the pools and beach. It is a very short walk to both, and my arthritic knees were easily able to make it to either. The location is perfect; the condo is located on the quiet, family-friendly end of the beach and there are grocery and convenience stores very close by. We visited Pier Park one day and it is only a short drive. The beach chair service is exceptional and a big reason I chose this property. The condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished. We plan to return to this gem, and very highly recommend it to anyone interested in a fantastic experience! Thank you, Mike and Jana for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach home!

Our family loved our stay! Mike and Jana has a beautiful clean condo and the beach chair set up daily was so nice. Location was perfect with not being in the tourist part of PCB but close enough to all attractions! We will be staying here again.

Our son forgot his backpack with his toys in it, when the cleaners came in to clean they found the backpack and let the owners know. Before we even make it home the owner were I touch with us and offered to mailed us the backpack. They made our son's day. The only down fall was when we got to the Cando there was a funny smell, I think it was from the cleaning supplies that they used. But after a couple of day the smell got better.

Mike and Jana’s condo is beautifully updated and made us feel right at home. Check-in and out was a breeze and communication with Mike and Jana was great. The condo was nice and spacious. Very clean, and nice proximity to the beach. Summerhouse is in a more “quiet” area of PCB and it was just what we wanted, very family friendly. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We like to bounce around and try new places, but if/when we come back to PCB, Mike and Jana’s condo will be our go to place. Thank you for opening up your condo for others to enjoy.

The owners Mike and Jana are fantastic! They communicate thru the entire process which is refreshing. The genuinely care and want you to be happy. The condo has an amazing view, super clean and has all the necessary essentials. The check-in was super easy as they just give you a code and you can walk right into the room. The complex is older but very well kept and the pool area is fantastic! The parking is great as its a lot directly in front of the building. We can't say enough good things about the owners and the complex. We would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mike and Jana for everything!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway!
We absolutely loved Mike and Jana’s condo in PCB! The pools were beautiful and our toddler loved the kiddie pool! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and so comfortable! The master bedroom was perfect! I loved that it had windows looking out at the ocean and the bed was so comfy! We also loved the complementary beach chairs! And Mike and Jana were the best! They were responsive and quick! We will definitely be back!
