Condo was better than expected. The beach view was amazing, owner made sure we had everything we needed in order for us to have a comfortable stay. There were beach toys on the balcony for the kiddos to play in the sand with. I brought dishes for our Thanksgiving dinner to be prepared in but everything that I brought was already there ready for us to use. The pools onsite were awesome. The theater played a Christmas movie on Thanksgiving that didn’t cost a thing. Everyone was nice and the property manager Jan was very helpful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Will recommended to everyone who’s looking for a great place to vacation with family or their mate.

This condo was perfect as a quick birthday getaway for my mom. Although no special accommodations were requested, the space, location, and amenities were suitable for our needs.
Very clean and the property manager provided all the information needed for our stay and was easy to communicate with.

Thank you for allowing us to rent your well appointed condo at Majestic Beach. We were in Florida for a total of 20 days and enjoyed every minute. We highly recommend renting from the owner Jan.

We have been traveling to PCB for 5 years now and the last 3 we have stayed at Majestic. PCB has the beautiful water that we are looking for and is a family friendly area. The pools are large enough to enjoy and are shaded in the mornings. We also enjoy the catwalk from the parking garage to the condo so that we do not have to cross busy traffic with children. This year the beach chairs were provided by Going To The Beach, they were front row ans we had the same chairs every day. This company is significantly less attentive than companies we have used in previous years. In short they pack the chairs up at 3 pm instead of 5 pm and they do not help set up or move the umbrellas. I did try to reach the owner to extend our stay, I was not responded to for a few weeks and when I was responded to the days that I wanted to extend were booked. After we checked in the owner was very responsive to messages and promptly got back to us. We did have issues with cleanliness. The staff was still in the unit at 430 (check in is 4) doing laundry and making the beds. She also left a few pillow cases in the dryer that I later folded and put away. The floor was also very sandy when we arrived through out the unit, when sweeping I found broken glass by the patio door in the livingroom. The bench and living room couch were both broken and in poor condition. The couch is not the pictured couch when booking. The plug in the hall tub does not work and we couldnt use that bathtub to give the kids baths

Floors caked in sand! Bugs and food on floor nothing to properly clean the floors.
Dishwasher was full of dishes
Not enough wrist bands for our family. Kept getting in trouble by security. Had to go down to office monday to get bands after being told they would be brought up to us. Pots n pans was horrible to cook with.
The floors was so bad we had to take sheets off bed every morning to shake off all the sand feom walking to bathroom in the night!
We got our cleaning deposit back but when tou spend that kinda money on a vacation .. its really not enough.
Dryer wouldnt dry towels in one cycle as well.
We travel alot! And this was one of the worst condos we have stayed in. Due to cleanliness

The owner was very responsive & kind. The place was clean. We enjoyed the full size refrigerator, washer and dryer. Unfortunately, housekeeping wasn’t on top of things. We had no extra sheets or pillow cases and when we asked for some, they brought us two pillow cases with one set of sheets the next day. Also, they were there to clean upon exit at 9:06 a.m., and we had it until 10 a.m. there was a stain on the Master bed spread and the sheets were balled up and rough. Other than those housekeeping issues, the place was clean, well organized and stocked. And the view is beautiful.

We all loved the condo. A friend and I went with our spouses for four days. On Wednesday the men left, and four other girlfriends joined us for another four days. We had a great time!

Owner is super nice and great at explaining how to get to the property. The view of the ocean is amazing. Not a long walk from the parking garage. Easy pool and beach access. Room is right next to the elevator but we never really heard a whole bunch of noise. Has all the appliances you could need and a full kitchen, plus there was already beach toys there for my kids. Close to everything in Panama City beach. Overall a great experience from start to finish. Will definitely be staying here again!

We celebrated my daughters birthday and this was a perfect place for that. The location, view from the balcony and a feel of home away from home, made her birthday extra special and bought a million dollar smile on my family’s faces. Loved the place and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

My family and I recently stayed at this beach home. The condo is exactly as pictured in the listing. Very comfortable, great location and equipped with everything a guest would need. The added beach chairs were a bonus.

The 3rd bedroom was a lot smaller than it seemed in the review. Kind of small for 2-14 year old girls and luggage. The TV in the master bedroom apparently is not connected to cable like the other TV's so it couldn't be used. Overall, everything else was great.

We came to PCB for the Ironman race and the condo was a perfect place to stay.
We enjoyed the view and being right on the beach. The beds were comfortable. We loved being able to watch the marathon right out the front entrance.
We would definitely stay again when we return for another getaway!

We have stayed at Majestic (in another condo) before and loved it. For the price of this condo, it is not what you’d expect at a place like Majestic. The owner was very good at communicating and did allow us early access to the unit to store our luggage but we had several issues.
1. All closet doors are broken- off the hinges.
2. The laundry/HVAC room was messy and dust everywhere.
3. The air conditioner did not work. Yes, there was a portable AC unit but it was in 1 bedroom which did not cool the entire unit. We had to use fans but at the peak of the afternoon and some nights it was stuffy.
4. The patio floor was disgusting- could not walk out barefoot.
5. The patio furniture was rusted and one of the chairs was so rusted it was broken.
6. The hall bath looked like it had been flooded- baseboard wood was warped.
7. The overall feel was it needed a deep clean and some remodeling.
8. The gym is not accessible by guests unless you let them know ahead of time- a fee has to be paid and waivers signed.

The rental process was easy and we felt comfortable along the way about directions and instructions. The master area is massive! The kitchen was nice and the laundry room was great. Best washer and dryer I’ve ever had. The view is amazing and the deck is large. In addition to the free chair and umbrella there were plenty ty of other beach chairs and toys. The property was spotless and the pools were so clean and the staff is friendly. Again the owner provided such good detail about how to check in etc. will rent again!

This was our 2nd year staying at this condo. We noticed that several cosmetic issues from last year had been fixed. We also appreciated the new refrigerator and new paint/backsplash in the kitchen.
There were some small cosmetic issues that still need fixing, like closet doors that won't open and shut properly.
The location is fantastic with lots of stuff to do nearby. We were a little disappointed that all pools in tower 1 were closed our last 2 days there, it made the other pools a little crowded. There is a new beach chair company this year and we had some issues with them, however the owner was quick to fix the problem. We also had a building maintenance worker in the condo with no notice while we were not there. Nothing was missing, but he left the door unlocked. Some notice would have been nice.
All in all we will probably stay again.

Location was perfect. Beach front made it easy with two children under 1. Everything was great. Owner was easy to contact. Only issue we had was how dirty the towels and bedsheets looked. Stains on towels and hairs still on pillow cases and sheets. after being washed they did come clean.

We LOVED staying at the majestic resort! Communication with Jan was quick and easy. The condo was exactly what we had expected and although the parking location wasn’t ideal- the elevators were super fast and the bridge walkway made everything much easier!
Getting to the beach was easy and there were plenty of easy things to do outside of being at the beach. We will definitely be back and look forward to rebooking with Jan!

Housekeeping was still in the condo cleaning after our arrival time. Our parking passes were not present. I asked the housekeeper, whom did not speak English. She was unable to assist. I contacted the property manager who promptly answered and got the passes located. By the time we got parked, unloaded and back up to the room, the housekeeper had left. Upon original inspection of the condo, we found several items broken (cabinet doors, towel bar, closet doors, toilet paper holder, etc). I immediately reported these issues to the property manager as I did not want her to think this was caused during our stay. She offered to have these things repaired during our stay, but I told her that they were all cosmetic concerns and I did not want to lose time from our vacation having these things taken care of. We also noticed that housekeeping did a lack luster job, leaving hair in several drawers, filthy baseboards and just not a thorough cleaning. The property manager offered to have housekeeping come out again, but again, I declined because I did not want to lose time from our vacation. The balcony was also extremely filthy and in desperate need of pressure washing. The floor of the balcony was covered in pigeon poop and layers of filth. After getting settled, we noticed that the air was not cooling. We lowered the temperature, but we could not get the condo to get below 74 degrees. I again reached out to the property manager. She promptly answered, stating that was a normal temperature for the season. I knew there was an issue, but did not want to argue the point. We spent several days uncomfortable with the air in the condo not getting lower than 74. Each time I felt of the vent, it was barely blowing. I then reached back out to the property manager, who at this point offered to send someone out to look at it. The ac repair man came out the next day. He found that the unit was froze. He had to cut the air completely off and told us that he would have to come back in a few hours. He did come back only to find that the air filter was filthy and had not been changed as well as something being stopped up. As proud as I was that we had the air repaired. Our morning was wasted with no reimbursement as agreed to. Overall, the condo offered a beautiful view. Even the master suite was everything we hoped for. The size of the condo was perfect for our group of 7. It just is not being routinely maintained. Peak season should not be an excuse.

We had 2 teenagers, 2 small kids and 4 adults and the condo was well suited for us. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the week. There was 2 small issues which the owner quickly addressed and replaced while we were there. Overall it was a great vacation and we would stay there again.

Jan was amazing to work with! She made it very easy to rent the condo and made accommodations for us as needed. The location was great and the view from the balcony was beautiful.
This unit definitely needs some updating. It is very old and parts of it are very worn out. Because of these needs, it made it feel like it was not a very clean condo. For example, the leather couch had several tears and holes in the cushion to where if someone wanted to sit on it- it was very uncomfortable. The front of the microwave door was falling off, and the air vents were extremely dirty to the point that we could not use one vent in the front restroom. We had 6 adults and 3 children and it was very tight in the condo- especially when you had to set up extra beds. I could see a much smaller number of people being a lot more comfortable. We made it work though!
