This is a lovely apartment overlooking Forsyth Park. Very comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen.The property was very clean and the rental property staff are excellent. They provided great communication about checking in and out and easily helped me extend my stay.The property feels very safe with codes to enter external door as well as door to apartment. It does require that you walk upstairs as this is a second floor space.It was a quick walk to the Sentient Bean and the Saturday markets in Forsyth Park. It is an easy walk to the Kroger across from the park and beyond by a block or two. Never had problem finding parking.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The setting is excellent and very convenient. In-unit kitchen/laundry was very convenient. Spotlessly clean, well set up residence. The park had a weekend market (depends on time of year most likely) and walking from here to downtown through the historic squares was wonderful.
Parking was not a challenge at all, just pay attention to the street signs!
Would definitely stay here again!

Views from the room were beautiful! Well stocked apartment, very cozy. They have folding chairs which we used at the park and it was a nice extra. We asked for extra blankets and pillows at the time of the booking and they left plenty of extra pillows and blankets for us. Only cons was Bed was on the firmer side and at night you can hear the cars and people walking by the window, so we did have some trouble sleeping the first night, but got used to it after. And the doors have no lock, or at least we couldn't figure them out. We loved the location because we like enjoying the calmer side of Savannah, the Forsyth and the squares and streets, but if you would like to be at The River it is about a mile and a half walk one way, which wasn't bad, but at night it felt very long and tiring. But the calm of the park in the morning for a walk and the market on Saturday made it the perfect spot for our family. We would recommend it!

Our stay was perfect! I absolutely loved the apartment, it was beautifully decorated, comfortable and the perfect size. It is just across the street from Forsyth Park. We could walk almost every where we wanted to go, anyplace else was short drive.

This was the first of four stops on our Fall Break and after we moved on, I kept finding myself wishing I was back in Savannah. This is an amazing place to stay and it is beautiful. We loved being across from the park. We never had any problem with street parking. Checking in was super easy and all of the directions were very clear. This home is in the perfect location - close to everything and with good parking. We loved the historic feel of the home. I have already been looking at when I can get back to Savannah.

The location was ideal. Easy walking distance to everything and plentiful on street parking. The unit was very clean, a rarity these days. We did have a few hiccups; The bathtub was clogged but quickly fixed by the owner. The wifi was down for an entire day, which negatively impacted our activities. The property management indicated we would be offered some sort of discount for the inconvenience but this never materialized. The hallway light was out inconsistently making the stairway entry a bit spooky. The washer & dryer were noisy & need to be serviced.

We enjoyed everything and found the location to be perfect. If we could make any suggestions, it would be to have black out curtains on the room, since we found it to be quite bright during the mornings. Another suggestion would be to improve the shower water’s pressure, as the tub drain would get clogged easily.

We have stayed at quite a few other places during our visits to see our son & his family who live just South of Forsyth Park. Often I would look at this building and wonder what it would be like to look out the bedroom window & see the park across the street. Well now I know & it did not disappoint. This place is spacious and has a homey comfortable feel, the air conditioning works well, king bed has a good mattress, all amenities are provided. You may want to bring your own paper toweling, a larger size bath soap or a gel, & a box of tissues. The building is currently being renovated, but we were not disturbed by any noise. Parking is free and easy to find on the side streets nearby. We will book again when we visit in November.

The location was great as it steps right out to Forsythe Park. The unit was very clean and provided enough room to spread out. We tend to walk to everything so this worked out great for us as it was perfect to get our steps in at Forsythe and within about 20-25 minutes walk to River Street. Parking was free as you just need to abide by the street sweeper days- no issue parking each day. Overall very nice accommodations and enjoyed our stay. This one will be on our list to return to as we visit Savannah in the future.

We love the location and the property, this is actually the second year in a row we’ve visited Savannah and have stayed in the same building both times. If you are visiting Savannah you really have to look no further for accommodations

We were very pleased with this property. It was easy to find and access. It was clean and comfortable. We loved that it overlooks Forsyth Park! There are 2 grocery/markets nearby. The DOT bus runs along Whitaker, so easy to catch it and get to the river area. We plan to come back!!

A beautiful spot overlooking the park, easy to walk anywhere in town, high ceilings lots of natural light, what else can you ask for? This place was an incredible stay, we woke up to a great farmers market and the ringing of church bells in the distance. Being on the second floor gave the distinct feeling of being in a Victorian treehouse because one look out the windows and you realize you are surrounded by ancient oak trees and Spanish moss.

I do not think I should have to get the property managers app or create an account in order to get check in info or any other info. I asked to communicate through the VRBO app and was told by the property manager I could not. Of course I use the VRBO app and website all the time to communicate with owners and managers. I prefer this type of communicatioin in the event there is something unsuitable, and VRBO can join in to solve the problem. I use VRBO to be protected as a consumer and to not have my personal info out there for everyone. I especially do not like to be texted by the owner or property manager. Every bit of communication should be done through the VRBO app or website.

Apartment was perfect for two people. There was plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was ideal for cooking and enjoying a meal and the bedroom was perfect for relaxing and taking in the view of the park. The only concern was there was a fairly steady flow of traffic on the road outside the apartment late into the night that did subside but did take some time to adjust to. The apartment could also do with some darker shades to keep some of the street light brightness out. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again. Everything is within walking or a free bus ride away and the park was ideal for a walk or relaxing on the grass.

Location was perfect, right across from Forsyth Park and right near trolley stop if needed. Parking on street was within the 2 side streets. Never hard to find a spot. The listing was accurate and as expected. Beautiful place to stay! Loved the keyless entry! The look and feel was true Savannah, felt like we were locals.
Will definitely stay here again for our next trip!

Great location and a spacious rental. The neighbors upstairs could be awfully loud, but other than that it was a good stay. The unit is in good shape and was very clean. The kitchen is not well-stocked in my opinion and the bed pillows could use an upgrade.On the whole we were comfortable and enjoyed Forsythe Park.

Located conveniently across from Forsyth Park and about a 5-10 minute drive from anything you’d want to see in Savannah. Never had trouble finding street parking. Great layout and plenty of room for the two of us. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location next to the park.Convenient to walk to some of area restaurants and attractions if you don't mind a 20 minute walk but you can order delivery from groceries to food. We walked to local Kroger to pick up a few small items.Great shape and well kept condo with everything you need to begin a stay and way better than a hotel. We had a small glitch getting the TV's to work and contacted the rental service and received a quick response that fixed the problem.Description was accurate and the building has historical charm with modern conveniences. I would definitely recommend and stay at this great location and use this service again due to the excellent communication and simple instructions.

I did not expect it to be as nice, comfortable and perfectly located as it was. Step out the front door, go 10 feet, and you're in Forsyth Park! The furniture was very comfortable. The bed linens was great. Everything necessary was there. Oh, the washer/dryer worked great. And iced tea on the little.balcony while reading was an extra delight. Hope to return!
