Was a really amazing place to stay, so much bigger than the pictures made it out to be.

The condo was very nice and close to everything we were planning to do. Lisa was a big help with our son’s medical supply shipment and gave us all the information we needed of what to expect. Due to the large window facing the ocean, the front of the condo was very warm. Our solution was to put a fan in the hallway and blow it towards the front. Made a big difference. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was beautiful, but not well maintained.
The space needed to be vacuumed. Under tables and dressers, we found piles of candy wrappers, crackers, crumbs, and dust bunnies.
The front door would not close or open easily.
One of the dishwashers was leaking, the dryer took at least 3 cycles to dry towels, one of the toilets only flushed every third time, there was a burning smell from the dishwasher that did work, and many of the light fixtures didn't work.
The kitchen sprayer was also broken, there were no filters over the stoverop, the lights in one of the refrigerators didn't work, the icemmaker didn't work on that same fridge, neither did the freezer. We lost all of our ice cream. The fridge with a working light froze all of our food even though we turned it to a low setting.
Maintenance was unresponsive despite several attempts.
The place is beautiful, but it has been neglected.

We loved our week long stay at PCB, this condo was big enough to comfortably accommodate our family of 11. Easy, quick communication with mgr and housekeeper, Lisa. She was prompt with requests and all communication, very nice lady! A few minor things could be corrected in the unit but they did not effect our wonderful stay (ceiling fan in 2 full bedroom didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken in that bathroom, bathroom sinks drained slow, some lightbulbs replaced). The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with and we loved having two refrigerators. The entire complex was not overly crowded and the elevators were fast. Easy parking too! Would recommend! Thanks!

We loved the arrangement of the rooms, the beach was beautiful and the pool areas were very nice.
We did notice that there were some things in need of repair. The sink and bathtub in spare bath, (first to the right as you walk in), drain VERY slow, and the towel rack falls out easily.
The toilet in the bathroom connected to the smaller bedroom leaks out at the base.
Light bulb is out and a piece of tile by the whirlpool tub was loose in the master bath.
There were no hot pads, dish towels or dish cloths.
The comforter in one room was dirty, some sort of stain on it and I found someone else’s contacts in the floor of the master bath-did the floor not get washed?
I know that seems like a lot, but overall we had a wonderful time. Just some things needed fixing and cleaning.

The pictures don't do it justice. These are old pictures the owner has posted and I was hesitant about booking this condo because of the carpet in living/dining area and we have small children traveling with us. BUT Carpet is only in the bedrooms. We hope to return next year.

The condo was nice and had plenty of room for our needs. Loved the rocking chairs on the deck! It was a great place to rock Great Grand Babies! The condo could have used a little more TLC but it was ok. The Manager and the housekeeper were very accommodating taking care of all our requests. The building is very well taken care of and the staff very freindly and accomadating.

We celebrated a 50th birthday with friends and family. Unfortunately, hurricane Ian had other plans. In our 24 hour lockdown I never felt more comfortable and safe. Outstanding work and contact from Lisa. The maintenance crews and on-site guys were outstanding. Will be back. Thankfully, we had a beautiful time after storm passed.

One property that fits 9 people from 4 families is great. Having a view and beach access is perfect.
It’s away from the boardwalk so the kids can play with less supervision.
Inside pools means raining days are not lost.

Great location at Southern End
Great location at the southern end of Myrtle away from most of the madness. Beach wasn’t overly crowded and we had room to spread out. Beach access was also good with no steps. Having two refrigerators and two dishwashers was a definite plus. Check in was a breeze with keypad access. Lisa was very accessible and prompt to respond to calls and texts. Parking was a little tight and only two spaces are included with the unit. We had to pay to keep other vehicles in a parking garage next door.

Great place for groups.
Great place to stay if you have a large group. Plenty of room and bedding. We enjoyed staying here with our family, easy beach access and not too crowded.

The property was very spacious and the location on the beach was Awesome! The parking is terrible! There is plenty of parking space but they only allow two parking space per unit. The condo is five bedrooms and sleeps up to 14 people. There is no way 14 came in 2 cars. And our handicapped visitors could not even use the handicapped parking space that were unused the entire time we were there. If you have more than one guest they had to pay and park next door at another hotel! You only get two parking pass one for you and one other guest. Bring your own bed linen and toiletries!

Overall great!
Overall enjoyed our stay. One thing that we weren’t thrilled about was how maintenance seemed to be present. They were a little overbearing and that made the experience slightly stressful worrying about anyone not having a wristband on in the pool area because even after seeing us come in and handing us the bands we were asked twice if we had bands on while in the hot tub and pool area. The property owner and cleaning lady always responded quickly and let us check in early which was awesome since we drove 15 hours there. My only complaint was the workers were a little over bearing.

My family and I (all 13 - a few missing) spent our Christmas in this exquisite condo. It is spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed to spend six days in comfort (could have used a few more towels). We especially enjoyed the two new beautiful refrigerators and the two dishwashers. The furnishings are elegant and comfortable. Overall we had an enjoyable time.

Overall our family had a great time. However, the condo was less than par in my opinion. 14 people staying and was only supplied with 11 bath towels. Had to do laundry just to be able to take showers. Appliances did not work or did not work correctly. More specifically the Pod coffee pot which I was told by Will was there did not work at all. The right dish washer dies not work properly. Tried washing a load of dishes twice in there finally hadn’t to move it for a third wash to the left dishwasher. Beds were not properly made or not made at all. One of the queen beds didn’t even have a fitted sheet in it so when you laid the flat sheet just moved around. One tv was missing an hdmi cord so we had to move from another tv. Couldn’t get the remote in the master to work for the cable box to relax after a long day and just watch some tv. So many remotes all over we had to figure out which ones worked for which tv. When I messaged for more towels I did get a fast response but was told cleaning lady who came to the house earlier that day to clean between check out and check in was very very sick and that since they send out there linens to a company it would be days before they would be back. 1. How is 11 towels for 14 people acceptable? 2. If she is that sick with all that is happening with corona right now why wasn’t someone else sent to clean? 3. Finally said I’d make do because I didn’t want someone that sick needing to come by to bring something and possibly infect our family. Basic cleaning equipment was not provided. We stayed in a beach condo… normally you sweep up. There was no broom to be found in the entire condo. When we arrived there was sand and dirt still all over the floors. Nothing like taking a shower to walk out and step into sand.

The condo is very spacious. The floor plan allows for privacy and the one level is awesome. The main master bathroom had mold in the shower. We scrubbed it out. There were no kitchen towels. The pools were great. Parking is tight,but very convenient.

Beautiful beach front condo
We loved this condo! It's in a great location, it's very comfortable and well decorated and it was nice and large. The 7 of us had plenty of room to relax in our down times. Our 5 boys, ages 7 to 15, all loved the lazy river, the beach front pool and the beautiful stretch of clean beach the property overlooked. The balcony was roomy and had plenty of seating and a table. We hardly had to leave the condo and property to have a great time.
The property owner was very responsive to a slight issue we had and fixed it quickly. Also, Lisa and her cleaning staff were excellent and nice.
We would definitely stay here again except longer next time.

God's blessings on the Beach
We rented this condo and brought 11 ladies down for a Women of Joy conference. The condo was spacious, clean and stunning in decorations and layout. We had plenty of room to move around and spend time fellowshipping and worshiping. It has been a weekend to remember and I thank Will and Lisa for going over and beyond to make our stay memorable. They are great to work with and we look forward to coming back here again soon! I recommend this condo to everyone. Its is in a perfect location and view of the ocean is breathtaking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. The view of the sunrise every morning from our bedroom was breathtaking. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, and lazy river, while we relaxed in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic view and wonderful condo owner
We absolutely loved the property, the view was fantastic and there was plenty of room for me and my family, there was 9 of us total. We felt the condo was clean, well decorated, and we loved the fact that there was 2 fridges and ovens, made it much easier for me and my mom not to argue over who’s stuff went where 😂. Will, the condo owner was very kind and a pleasure to work with. We did have an issue with a very rude condo owner named John who tried to ruin our stay and waive authority it turns out he never even had. Regardless of his poor actions and hostility toward other guests we still enjoyed our stay and though out of his hands, Will apologized and offered us extra time in his condo at no charge for the rudeness we had to endure at the hands of the other condo owner. We also have nothing but great things to say about the cleaning lady Lisa, she was super sweet and kind to us! I loved the indoor decor and we had everything we needed from pots and pans to all the utensils we needed for our family for 5 nights. I highly recommend this condo and you won’t find a kinder owner than Will, thank you for making our stay great!
