The property is so convenient to all the shops and restaurants in Ogunquit. The owner of the house was as nice as nice can be. The patio on the back of the home is fantastic. House is great for entertaining and feels really large and inviting. If we return to Ogunquit, we are definitely staying at this property.

This was a trip for my sisters and I to celebrate our parents lives, who traveled to Ogunquit every September. From the beginning, June was communicative and available. The house is so convenient to everything- I parked my car and it sat for the time we were there. You can walk everywhere from the house. The home is inviting and comfortable. It was a wonderful stay. We had a really nice experience at this property. It is situated 5-10 min walk from Perkins Cove and a 15-20 min walk to the beach. The property was clean and comfortably slept our family of 5. One note- the bedroom shown with two smaller beds actually had 1 queen bed, not two smaller ones. Very responsive and pleasant home owner.

We had so much fun in Ogunquit! Loved this walkable location. We enjoyed walking to town, the Marginal Way, the little beaches on the Marginal Way, and Perkins Cove. The lovely patio and big yard were great for my boys. Beds were comfy. Central Air was super helpful because we were there for a heat wave. Don't forget to BYO linens, but if you didn't like me, there was literally a sheets and towels outlet up the road in Wells which was handy. Lastly, June was fabulous to communicate with, which I appreciated.

We truly had a wonderful time at June’s place! The location was perfect. A quick walk to the beach with our wagon and snacks packed- made for a great day at the beach. It was also so nice to have time to walk home, shower and then be able to walk down town for dinner. We traveled with our 15month and 3 year old and found the house had great flexibility for kids as well. We look forward to coming back next summer and building more Maine memories!

This was our first trip to Ogunquit, and it was just perfect. The house was great for what we needed (2 adults, 3 children ages 6,9, and 11). We parked our car the whole time and just walked everywhere. Easy access to shops and restaurants, as well as beautiful beach and the Marginal Way. June was lovely to work with and very accommodating. Definitely plan to return. We had a lovely time, and the location was just perfect!

This property is in a prime location for walking to the beach or Perkins Cove. Although it is on a main street we did not notice any noise! The house was pristine upon our arrival and the owner reached out to us to see if we needed anything; very much appreciated. The central air conditioning was a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in Ogunquit at June's property. The house is really lovely, even nicer than the photos. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. The location can't be beat. The house is walkable to downtown, Perkins Cove, and the beach. We loved relaxing on the front porch after the beach and people-watching. We encountered a couple of issues when we arrived (AC not working and shower/tub faucet broken) but June was very responsive and did her best to arrange repairs. She generously called in a gift certificate at a local restaurant for our troubles. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the grill in the backyard on the 4th of July. If you're looking for a nice relaxing Ogunquit vacation, June's place is for you!

We had an awesome time staying at June's wonderful and welcoming home. The home was perfect for us. We have four daughters ages 14-25. Everyone was happy the entire week. Easy access to the marginal way! We walked it everyday! We loved being able to walk to both Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. It was a week of beach-going, shopping, sailing, fishing, walking, food-tasting, exercising (yoga-on-the-beach), and seeing 42nd Street at the Ogunquit Playhouse!! We parked our car in the driveway and never used it except to drive to the theater, but even that can be walked to. Friends visited us for the day and found easy parking just blocks away in Perkins Cove. We all slept fabulously with windows open and feeling the fresh Ogunquit air!! We had one day of rain--we used the trolley that day to get to town for a little while, but enjoyed hanging out at June's home reading and playing board games. The front porch is wonderful! We will be back for sure!!

We spent a week at June's house in ogunquit. It's a great place to stay, very tastefully decorated. You feel right at home at this place! It's about a 10 minute walk to the main beach, and only a few minutes to the marginal way. The road can have somewhat heavy traffic, but there was no excessive noice at night.

This is our second time staying at shore road and it was once again a great time. The house has everything we needed (except for salt :-). We plan on staying there again next summer! Thank you Elizabeth Braccia

This rental is equipped with everything you will need with the exception of linens and a hairdryer. It is walking distance to Perkins Cove, Marginal Way and downtown. The house is charming and very comfortable. June, thank you for sharing.

We recently stayed at June's cottage in Ogunquit with three adults and two children. It's an adorable, quaint little place with enough space for guests, a backyard for quiet reading to get away from Ogunquit crowds, and a fantastic location to walk anywhere in town. The house is well-appointed with pretty furniture, homey touches, and artwork by the owner so it really feels like a home, not just an empty rental box like some others. She even has an electric piano which the kids loved! We cooked meals with plenty of equipment and dishes to enjoy the experience and got great relaxing downtime with supplied games and books. It is an older home, though, so be prepared for older mattresses (Advil in the morning for me) and noise from the street through older windows. But it's small town noise, so really not much and especially not at night. My favorite part of staying at the house was its proximity to local spots. We walked in to Perkin's Cove easily (the Lobster Shack has the best lobster roll and lobster stew in Maine, in my opinion), checked out Marginal Way which is absolutely gorgeous, and spent lots of time at the perfectly East Coast beach with a city of umbrellas, ice cream cones, and steamed hot dogs.

My friends and I had a great time staying at this property over a long weekend. June was so friendly and available to answer all of the questions we had leading up to our time in Ogunquit to make it a flawless stay. As the description mentions, the house is in a great location that is walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, the bars and the beach. Located right in between Perkins Cove to one side and the main town center on the other, we didn't have to drive anywhere once we arrived because it was so convenient. A great surprise was that the house is really close to the entrance to Marginal Way as it is on the way into town. This proved to be a great stroll in the morning and a great way to walk the Oceanside. Having a sanctuary to come home to after a day at the beach and time in the town was so comforting. We made a lot of meals in the house and had everything we needed. The grill proved to be useful as well as we had a full house of 8 and utilized it both nights to make simple yet delicious dinners. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, cozy home with all the amenities that you need.

The house was tastefully decorated and felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed to prepare meals at the house. The location is perfect and close to all the local places. We could walk to everything on Shore Road and the beach. We would definitely return to stay there in the future!

Our two kids and their spouses stayed here for a week and loved the house. Everything you could want. Perfect location and walkable to beach and Perkins Cove. They loved the coffee shop next door - Bug and Brown. June (owner) was delightful to work with and so responsive. You DO Need to bring sheets and towels. (I had read the description wrong - my error.) Good AC and was needed during a rather hot week. Five stars all around. A lovely house. Great backyard and front porch with comfy couches. Our stay was lovely in June's home. It was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be central to everything and this house certainly was it! Set almost halfway between town and Perkins Cove, we were able to walk just about anywhere. It was also ideal for my father-in-law, for *porch sitting* as when he wanted to hang back at the house rather than go somewhere with us, he thoroughly enjoyed watching the people go by from the front porch. We were able to eat many of our meals at the house and saved lots of money, but still able to eat out a few times and enjoy an Ogunquit treat almost nightly! Ice cream options are plentiful, but we LOVE the cakes from Bread and Roses!
