From the reservation being submitted to checkout, this rental sets the bar for VRBO reservations. Jamie, property manager, is the best we’ve come across in renting VRBOs for over a decade. Every detail is considered, and it made our experience that much more enjoyable. That being said, the property itself is fantastic. The saltwater pool is a really nice addition that takes this place up a notch. There are many great beaches nearby with the town just minutes away. The views are fantastic, and the kitchen is stocked enough with virtually everything you may need. L

We arrived between Christmas & New Years to spend a week with our college/just graduated kids. The house was perfect for our family of 4. Jamie, the manager, was VERY easy to work with. She was quick to respond prior to our arrival with details to help make our stay that much better. On our arrival day she met us at the house, gave us a tour, had a nice welcome set out for us with flowers & punch. The house was really well stocked with all our possible needs & then some. The pictures don't do the view justice and the pictures are great! Would absolutely return to the Yellow Coconut should we get back to St. Croix.

Words cannot describe the home of owners of this home. It is absolutely perfect for a small family gathering. The views are amazing, the pool is perfect and the home so comfortable. The property host Jamie was delightful and checked in on us often and provided a ton of information and answered every question. The owners are lucky to have her as she is an asset for sure. We will be back the Yellow Coconut was absolutely perfect for our first family Christmas in St. Croix!!! We highly recommend this home. Thank you!!!

We stayed here with our adult daughters for a week in the beginning of December. The house was everything promised and more! The location is minutes to town, but in a private neighborhood with stunning views. The property manager, Jamie, made us feel welcome before we even touched down in St. Croix. She is a treasure! A stay at the Yellow Coconut is a must for anyone visiting the island!

Everything from booking to check out was impeccable. The gorgeous house, location, and island are truly heavenly. It was hard to leave the property every day and we looked forward to getting back for the evening. We took full advantage of the pool. Brian, Denyse and Jamie are such good people and go to great lengths to make sure everything is perfect. We are so glad you share your slice of heaven. Ohio will never be the same. 😀

We (me, my husband, our teenaged son, his friend, and my mother) stayed for a week in June. Beautiful home in a perfect location. It's close to East End destinations and to Christiansted, and only 35 minutes to Rainbow Beach.
Communication with the hosts was seamless, and the property manager, Jamie, could answer any question we had and made sure our stay was perfect. She really goes above and beyond, and has extensive knowledge of the island.
I was worried that the 2nd bathroom was connected to one of the two other (non-primary) bedrooms, but there is a separate entrance to the main living area. Meaning: nobody has to enter a bedroom to access that bathroom.
The entire property was extremely clean. We didn't see an insect in the house all week, despite keeping the doors open every time we were "home" in order to enjoy the breeze. That's really saying something for this part of the world! The pool is large for a private home and we enjoyed it very much.
We would definitely stay here again as a family. It was our fifth time on St. Croix and Yellow Coconut has been our favorite rental so far. Thanks, Brian, Denyse, and Jamie!

The owners are so wonderful to work with and Jamie is the best!! She kept us informed and made sure all needs were met. We were welcomed with rum punch on our first day. The house was absolutely beautiful and great location for the east end. My granddaughter who is five was able to enjoy the pool and I was able to relax looking at a beautiful view. It made leaving the house hard to head to the beach! They provided beach and pool towels, beach chairs for when you do take those trips to the beach. The process of washing off salt and sand was easy with the garden hose that was easily accessible. This home is VERY well equipped with everything you need for your vacation. If you are looking to relax in a great house this is the place and I can’t wait to come back!!

My partner and I stayed at the Yellow Coconut last year and had the best time. The house is perfect. The location is perfect. Brian and Denise are perfect. And Jamie is perfect. We were itching to get back again this year, and thankfully, we did. And this trip was just as sublime, thanks to the Yellow Coconut and all the care and effort that Brian, Denise, and Jamie clearly put into it. It really is as good as it gets, if not better. Don’t pass up an opportunity to stay in this gem, or we’ll slide in again for a third stay ;)

House was great, location was terrific. Close to Christiansted and far enough away for privacy. Jamie the manager was great and responsive to questions and offered us different tips/ideas through out the week and a lovely parting gift. The view was incredible! Beautiful sunsets nightly. Pool was warm and nice. The house was extremely well equipped. We rent houses on most of our vacations and this one was the best equipped yet! Great stay, will rent again when returning.

This house is awesome. The view and pool are absolutely amazing! Communication with the owners and the manager, Jamie couldn't have been better, very responsive, had great suggestions, helpful when our flight was canceled, allowed late check out since they didn't have anyone coming the next day. Beautiful property, nice touch with the details such as plenty of beach towels and sunscreen and bug spray, Yeti coolers which were great for day trip to buck island and Fredrickstead, very comfortable beds and pillows, fully stocked kitchen Books they've created with nice suggestions and summaries.
Two small things I would suggest, the iguana was a pain swimming in the pool and they stink. I don't know if they can be relocated? I know that's a tough one that's kind of out of your control. Thanks for being cool about us breaking the skimmer trying to get him out. Also, I would get more comfortable furniture for the living room, chairs and couch very stiff, but we really never wanted to be inside with such a fantastic outside.

I have never stayed in a home as perfect as this. The gorgeous photos in the listing do not do this property justice. Everything from the view to the home itself is absolutely immaculate. You could stare at the view for hours and it will never get old. The cross breeze with all the doors opened is just so relaxing and magical. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need...platters, utensils, cookingware, two grills, endless towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers... seriously everything you need for your vacation.
Location is perfect as well. Easy 10 minute drive to Christianstead and 30 minutes to Frederiksted.
The most amazing addition to the home was the house manager, Jamie. She met us at the home and walked us around the property, and made a point to stop by to say goodbye when we left. She checked in on us when a big storm rolled through, and responded right away with any questions we had during our stay. She has created the most informative guides for the beaches, restaurants and activities and all of her recommendations were fabulous! Jamie genuinely loves the Yellow Coconut and St. Croix and it makes the stay so much more enjoyable. You feel so welcomed; it was hard to leave!

This property is a big part, in the most beautiful part of the island and Jamie the property manager made sure we had everything we might want. Always an amazing time! The house is a great place to unwind and relax. We spent several days enjoying the deck and the pool with beautiful views of the lagoon and sea. Jamie, as usual, goes above and beyond to help us and take care of the house. We love staying staying here. Thank you Brian for another wonderful time!

This home is very private and in a serene neighborhood but conveniently located to Christiansted. Beautiful view and lots of comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy it from. Heated pool is awesome! Home is clean and comfortable.

The location is convenient to all of the things we enjoy doing most on the island. The Yellow Coconut has a well equipped kitchen. The layout is outstanding for our family, and the outside space has so many nooks and crannies for reading a book, cuddling up under the stars, and the lighted swimming pool is spectacular in the evening. We so appreciate this house, Jamie the house manager, and the owners. Stellar property!

This property is so charming and comfortable. The view from the deck is just spectacular and we spent many hours relaxing on the loungers admiring it. The furniture was clean and comfortable as was our bed in the master. Everything was in working order and well stocked. We had pool floats, towels, beach chairs etc. The owners were very gracious and worked with us to reschedule our stay when covid threw a wrench in our plans. Jaime, the property manager, was a delight and eager to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It was just wonderful and I wish I was still there!

Property was great for our trip of 2 little families down doing the coral reef swim. Jamie, the property manager was wonderful and the owners were responsive and accommodating. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Beautiful Island Home
We fell in love with this property the minute we walked through the door! Beautiful open concept with extraordinary views , a delightful pool area, a kitchen fully equipped for those that like to cook , and everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and so much fun! Jamie, property manager, was so sweet and welcoming. She went above and beyond! We hope to return to St. Croix and when we do, we plan to stay again at the Yellow Coconut. Jamie met us at the property with rum punch and lots of great info. The decor is tropical and welcoming. Lots of towels, kitchen equipment and supplies plus sunscreen, shampoo and even earth friendly shopping bags.
The pool was wonderful. If we were not off on a snorkeling or scuba adventure my grandson was in the pool.
There is a grocery store nearby and lots of very good restaurants.

Amazing morning coffee - afternoon cocktail views!
The house - pool - property were everything we hoped they would be. We moved the 2 adirondack chairs to the front where the seating benches were and this was our favorite spot at the house. You could put your feet up and enjoy the amazing view while enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon rum punch. Jamie, property manager, met us at the house with rum punch and gave us a tour of the property and gave us local information - where to eat/shop. We had a few questions during our stay and Jamie was great at responding to us right away and so helpful. I don't think there is one bad thing I can say about this rental - except sadly we had to leave it. The privacy of the master bedroom was great. The young adults could stay up in the house and we didn't even hear them. Definitely a 10 - would stay here again without a doubt!

Fantastic Property
Real estate photos in our experience are deceptive as best. Yellow Coconut, however, is even better than it looks. The entire property is beautiful, well cared for and perfectly located. The sunset views are incomparable, for example; and the pool is extremely clean and comfortable. And the property manager, Jamie, constantly goes above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about Yellow Coconut.

Beautiful Hilltop Home
Again, another great stay at the Yellow Coconut. The location is perfect on the East End. It’s about 20 minutes to the Point, 10 minutes to Christiansted, and everywhere in between to beaches. We love relaxing in the morning with a coffee and watching the bay light up with the sun. Pool is great for an evening swim. Jamie is wonderful. She is always looking to make our stay better! Looking forward to visiting again!

This house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The view is stunning. The pool is heated and pool floats are provided. Both the covered and sunny spaces are outfitted with comfortable furniture for lounging, eating, and rocking while enjoying the view. The interior is spotless and well appointed. The location is convenient with easy access roads. Highly recommend!

Perfect house, perfect location!
We recently stayed with friends and loved the layout of this house. We stayed in the main house as my husband is an early riser and this allowed him to be up and have the entire house to himself without worrying about waking our friends who stayed in the primary bedroom which is separate. The layout of the home is perfect. Open concept that opens to the most amazing deck and pool with incredible views. This is a fantastic neighborhood if you are a walker or jogger. Hilly, but, you'll get a good workout and feel safe. Directly across the street is The Buccaneer hotel and Shoy's Beach which is also a great neighborhood to exercise. Everything you could possibly think of is provided in this home including beach chairs, coolers, games for nighttime, shopping bags, you name it! Jamie is a great manager and met us at the home, rum punch in hand! She was always just a phone call or text away and offers fantastic recommendations. The location of this house is perfect, just minutes away from downtown Christiansted. We would definitely stay at this house again and look forward to a return!

Magical vacation.
Thank you so much for our magical vacation. The villa is gorgeous and the view is beautiful. Jamie was fantastic and such a big help to us! Anything you could need is at the villa. We rented a car and really explored. Buck island is a must and we really enjoyed dinner at the Bombay Club and Savant. A cheeseburger in American paradise was great and Mermaid beach at nearby Buccaneer. Book this villa do not think twice. We had truly the best time!!

Jamie was amazing as properly manager....so helpful. We have rented many times from VRBO. She is a gem! We loved our stay.
