Ideal location for a relaxing vacation. Very private, almost secluded but 5 to 20 minutes’ drive to some very nice beach front restaurants. Access to the beach is as easy as described. We would stay again if available. Kudos to the hosts!

5 minute drive to Grace Bay beach. House is in in quiet, more upscale neighborhood. Felt safe there. House was clean, nice king size bed. Nice screened in porch, with more porch wrapped around 3/4 of house. Private parking, with gate, room for 2 cars. Nice bathroom setup. Would absolutely stay in the house again.

We loved our stay at the Hummingbird! Decor was lovely; everything we needed to prepare meals was in the cabinets. The screened in porch & BBQ grill outside were favorites in the evenings. We would absolutely return for another stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We needed more affordable but still comfortable alternative to the very expensive and more fancy places the rest of our group were staying in. This place was perfect and we really appreciate that it was available to us.

We arrived at the property and Mario showed us the house. The property is on the east end which is a 5 minute drive to all the shops. There are restaurants and a casino, nightclub within 2-3 minutes of the house. Very relaxing to go home to this place after a long day. It was perfect, and the a/c is so cold (if you choose) that you will need to get one of the extra blankets out of the closet. I would definitely stay here again.

The CUTEST cottage! The location was excellent - just a block from your own beach with some sights for snorkeling right off the sand. A 5 minute drive into Grace Bay gets you onto the most beautiful beaches in the world. It’s unmatched in ease of getting around and finding a perfect spot, because this is an island full of perfect sights. We will definitely be back to Provo, we are island hoppers and this spot is a must revisit!

My husband and I traveled to Turks & Caicos to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. It was our first (and hopefully not last) time. We LOVED this home! The host's communication before, during, and after our trip was outstanding. The house had everything we needed- all kitchen supplies, bedding, linens, beach chairs, a small cooler, and more. The photos don't do it justice as it is much more spacious than pictured. The king-size bed was comfortable, the closet was huge, and we loved having the bathroom with sink and toilet with a separate room (with connecting door) for the shower and another sink room. The screened-in porch, outdoor porch, and clothesline were a bonus—big footprint and private. The best part was the 5-minute walk from the house to the magnificent Pelican Beach. It felt private, and hardly any people were there when we went. There was a lot of construction on the Island, including in the neighborhood and near the beaches. Going to the beach in the later afternoon avoided the construction noise. The other beach we enjoyed was Leeward Beach, about a 2-minute drive from the house. Such turquoise, warm water!!! Other highlights were eating at Omar's Beach Hut in the Five Cays area. So worth the drive. Omar is the nicest person, and the food and atmosphere (right on the beach) were amazing. We also LOVED Coco Bistro- a 5-minute drive from the house. Service and food were outstanding. We ate in the bar area, which was great and didn't require a reservation.

People say you can't go back but we stayed at this property about 9 years ago and it was even better. A perfect spot with everything you need for a great vacation. We enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch and the upgraded kitchen and appliances. The bed was comfortable and the cottage was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Everything you need for your holiday including beach chairs and umbrella were there. Outside a 5 min. walk down a palm lined street to pelican beach where most of the time we were by ourselves or maybe a couple of other people. The water is crystal clear and the view stunning. A 2 minute drive away is Leeward beach beautiful white sand and crystal clear water that runs all the way to Grace Bay. I recommend that you get a car and explore the island. The location of the property was easy to find using the directions provided. Check in was seamless. Property was clean and very comfortable. Loved the close proximity to the beach!

No issues. Wasn’t right on the beach but close enough to walk to a small beach area. Perfect spot for crashing after a long day at the beach or snorkeling, diving, etc.

I stayed at the hummingbird guesthouse with my husband. It was the perfect space for us and we are so happy we stayed at this location on the island. It is away from the crowded Grace Bay Area but is only a few minutes of drive time to get to Grace Bay. The guesthouse had everything we needed and was clean. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this home on our first Turks and Caicos trip. It's 5 minutes walk from Pelican Beach, which we often went to for the sunsets. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nothing was lacking in the home and in the kitchen. Screened porch was a great plus for meals at home. We liked that the island was small, so much easier to explore than anywhere in Hawaii (our typical beach trips): Sapodilla Beach, Taylor Bay, Smith's Reef snorkeling (North, Central, East parts). Some things were different in the photos - which I think are close to 10 years old - living room furniture, kitchen cabinets and countertops have been updated, but the outdoor dining set is showing its age. The closest beach while being nice for sunsets is separated now by deeper water (and not sand like in the images) from the Leeward Beach/ edge of the Grace Bay Beach, but you can still wade through in low tide. Also Hummingbird Lane is a dead-end street, which made walking to Leeward Beach less convenient (Google maps thinks it's connected to Shearwater Close, but in reality you have to backtrack to Sandpiper Ave; Apple maps has it right). Leeward Beach looked as nice in-person as in the photos, but Pelican Beach seems to have changed as far as how the sand was distributed. Also there were more homes around than in the photos. Cost of staying at Hummingbird Guesthouse; however, was very very reasonable compared to some of these "villas", or crowded "all-inclusives".

Amazing little house in a quiet neighborhood just a very short walk from one of the nicest beaches, and the Grace Bay area with restaurants was just a short drive away. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to be able to cook dinners at home, the screened in deck is secluded and quiet, and the owners were excellent with communication prior to the trip with instructions to get there, and during the trip with questions. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing quiet location!

My husband and I recently stayed here for a week and it was beyond our expectations. This was our first time in TCI and we chose this place because it ticked off almost everything we were looking for. Upon arrival the staff left us a beautiful happy wedding anniversary card with a lovely bottle of wine that was a nice surprise. Also, our communication with the property manager Mario was very efficient and quick to respond. The location is perfectly situated a few steps away from pelican beach and the guesthouse provided everything we needed. Umbrellas, beach chairs,cooler, towels, a fully equipped kitchen and oven, washer, drier, and full size fridge which was stocked with water and drinks. We truly loved this place & we already looked to book another stay in February but it’s all sold out. We hope to stay here again in the future and I highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful romantic getaway to stay here. There isn't a better spot on the island for the adventurous couple. Stay here and rent a car to explore all the island has to offer. Leeward settlement beaches are smaller and much less crowded than the Grace Bay spots crawling with families. A 4-min walk gets you to a beach with incredible snorkeling: we stayed in July and saw sea turtles, lobster, urchins and lemon shark. Sand is so white and soft it feels like powdered sugar. The house is the perfect size for 2, very safe and clean. Definitely recommend renting a car so you can explore - recommend Omar's Beach Hut, Conch Shack, Mr. Grouper and Coco Bistro to eat. Provo Ponies horseback riding and Island Vibes snorkeling were our favorite excursions. Will book here again 10/10.

The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to Pelican Beach and in a nice area in Leeward. It felt like a comfortable and safe neighborhood. Typical for Provo, there's a lot of driving to get around since there's not a lot nearby but I knew that would be the case going in. The house is a typical guesthouse layout, with a living room and a small but well equipped kitchen. Bedroom and a passthrough bathroom. Overall, a comfortable place to end the days after adventures in the sun with friends. Bed is a bit firm for my taste, but comfortable enough and clean. The downsides are that it could use a little attention. The water in the house comes from the cistern which is not a big deal, but the water pressure in the shower is super low. Again, not a big deal especially understanding the limited amount of water. But because of that low flow the on-demand water heater seems to cycle on and off the whole time you're in there so you bounce back and forth between hot and cold. There was a persistent musty smell in the living room, airing the room out only helped for a little while. Not sure where it was coming from, we checked everywhere and we did not have any wet clothing or towels. Overall, with a bit of maintenance I'd stay again. Host was communicative and helpful and accessing the property was a breeze.

The house was equipped with snorkel gear which was great bc even though I had my own I didn’t have the flippers so they came in handy. Bbq grill was a plus and host attentive thanks very much!

My boyfriend and I loved staying at the hummingbird guest house! The property is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler etc. location can’t be beat- 5 min walk to the water. Will absolutely be returning! Thank you so much!

This home is perfect for a Turks and Caicos getaway! The home is larger than it looks in photos and located in a beautiful neighborhood protected by security. There’s a great walk in closet and everything you need. We loved using the grill on the deck and eating in the screened in room. You can jog the neighborhood at night, it’s perfectly safe. The shower water pressure is slightly low but we didn’t mind. We will be back!

This place was great! There are two beaches extremely close by. The place is just like the pictures. It’s very safe area. Communication with the manager is perfect. Beach chairs and things you need for the beach are provided. Bed was comfortable. A few people claimed the hot water didn’t work but it worked fine for us. The hot water comes when the knob is turned to the cold side not the hot side. So maybe that’s why some couldn’t figure that out. For the value this place is great. I would definitely stay again.

This is our fourth time staying at the Hummingbird guest house in the past 6 years. We love it! Amazing location close to the two best beaches on the island. They have even done some updates since our first visit. We will stay here again and again!

Stayed for 5 nights at this lovely bungalow in the Leeward Settlement, quiet and 100 yards from a pristine white sand beach, some of the most beautiful turquoise water we’ve ever seen. Mario was extremely attentive with the checkin and it was all easy and seamless. The house has everything we needed including washer dryer, well equipped kitchen and a gas grill on the back deck which has lots of greenery and privacy. Cant wait to return!
