What an incredible property! It sits just a few steps from Oak Creek and has places to hang out right on the water. The inside of the house is so cozy and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the upper deck and lower patio by the creek and drinking our morning coffee. So peaceful and relaxing. We didn't want to leave when it was time and wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure!

I am hesitant to say how I feel about this property for fear it will get so popular I won’t be able to come back.
I love Sedona but I don’t like crowds of tourists. This house is nestled 10-15 min north of Sedona along Oak Creek, walking distance from the delicious Indian Gardens cafe. The house is stunning - gorgeous open concept, beautifully decorated, with loads of windows overlooking the creek. The owners regularly use the house so not only is it pretty, it has all the comforts and amenities of home: a fully stocked, functional kitchen, games, books, DVD’s, and comfortable chairs set to catch the morning sun and listen to the creek. The patio is a wonderful place to eat outside and there is a great fire pit for hanging out in the evenings.
Finally, the owner is wonderful. She created a fabulously detailed welcome package with great information about the house and the area. She lists her favorite hikes, restaurants, shops, and family friendly activities. We were delayed getting to the house by unusual flooding and the owner communicated regularly was incredibly flexible and generous with problem solving.
We hope to come back!

This home had everything you could ask for--location, scenery, amenities and a great list of Sedona to do's. The sound and view of the creek was amazing. We did have a little hiccup with the heating and the hosts were very kind and very responsive. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a beautiful creekside getaway that feels like you're far from civilization but just a short drive to town or hiking trails. We would love to see this place again in the summer as a getaway from the heat! Absolutely would recommend!

This was a wonderful rental for our family of four. Everyone was very comfortable and thoroughly impressed. It has a unique layout with two living spaces, large kitchen and dining area, back porch and patio overlooking the creek, and front patio with outdoor seating, picnic table, fire pit, gas grill, and string lighting. There were lots of fun decorations and features everywhere. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. It was stocked with just about everything we needed. The instructions from the Owner were very detailed and helpful before arriving, and we had no issues at all during our stay. It is a fantastic location just a few miles outside of town and located right on the creek. If you are planning a stay in Sedona, I highly recommend using this rental property.

This home was perfect for my family of 5. We went hiking each day and mountain bike riding. The house was set in the perfect location and the home had everything we needed. I will come back to Sedona again and I will want to stay in this same home on the river!

We loved this house, it was nice to be out of Sedona, it was hot while we were there and the Creek out back was a favorite. Also the outside space in front with fire pit! Would love to come back here some day!!!

Wonderful stay in Sedona!
We had a great stay in Kelly's home! Only a short drive to Sedona, it offers a true get away, relaxing by the creek is a must. Wonderful hiking nearby and close enough to do day trips to the Grand Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend. Kelly is responsive, thanks for the advice to book dinners in advance. We could have easily stayed longer!

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. We had everything we needed, including a tranquil setting with the soothing sounds of Oak Creek. This property comes with everything that you might need. There was even a Wii to play. The mattresses were very comfortable. The window placement in the bedrooms is a bit odd, but the house is really beautiful. The sun goes down behind the mountain pretty early. We really enjoyed our stay!

The peaceful creekside home is exactly that. After long days hiking in beautiful Sedona, coming back to the house to relax while looking at and listening to the creek or hanging out in the courtyard was perfect. The house had everything we needed for our family of 5. Plenty of room for everyone as well as games for the kids and fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Communication with Kelly was just as awesome. She gave plenty of ideas of things to do for our first trip to the area and when there was a small issue at check in, she responded immediately and corrected the situation. I would definitely recommend and an easy 5 star review.

Great Property beautifully decorated with excellent amenities. Oak Creek is picturesque and very calming. Great deck for lounging and reflecting. Easy drive to Sedona and other attractions. Home location is a bit of a challenge to get to but well worth it once you are there. Don't let the entrance to the neighborhood throw you, a bit rustic and can be a challenge especially at night. Once there you will be glad you decided to stay. We will put this on our must return list. Thanks for the wonderful stay and we will be back!!
