Esta residencia ofrece uno de los mejores planos de planta de condominios en la zona, con vidrios de piso a techo que abarcan todo el ancho de las áreas de estar y comedor (que están abiertas a la cocina) ... disfrute vistas preciosas de agua sin tener que salir de su condominio. Este condominio fue completamente remodelado y bellamente decorado con pisos cerámicos, molduras de techo, y modernos baños y cocinas. La cocina cuenta con encimeras de granito, una hermosa placa para salpicaduras, amplio espacio de almacenamiento y mostrador, y fabulosas vistas de agua. Los baños se han actualizado con encimeras de granito y duchas de azulejos con puertas de vidrio. Listo para disfrutar! Los huéspedes de Seaspray también disfrutan de muchas comodidades excelentes ... tres piscinas (2 Gulfside y 1 Riverside), jacuzzi, gimnasio con hermosas vistas del Golfo y canchas de tenis iluminadas. DISFRUTA DE LO MEJOR DE PLAYA Y DE NAVEGAR ... ¡ESTE ISLAND VACATIONING TAN MEJOR!

The stay was pleasant except the internet didn’t work for the first 24 hrs. due to being unplugged. We finally had a service guy from the condo come and found the problem. Other than that the stay was pleasant enough for a ladies Mother’s Day get away.

This property is clean, well-kept, and has a well-appointed kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the extra homey touches such as legos, books and DVDs. unfortunately, the DVD player was broken, but we had PLENTY else do to in the beautiful location!

While I thought I'd be on the on the beach it worked out fine. Views were beautiful, condo was nice and clean and spacious. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great, and the view was spectacular! We kept our boat at the marina and it was so easy to launch and dock. The beach is close and beach service was great!

Unit itself was very nice , River view from living room was very nice HOWEVER the ad states their is a ocean view from the terrace. THERE IS NO OCEAN VIEW FROM THIS UNIT AT ALL. If you go outside in the elevator hall you can see the horizon Thru some high rises. You have to walk across the main road to get to the parking lot of other buildings on beach side. There is NO directions of how to get to the beach. Once we figured out to go thru the parking garage the codes to pool deck were given to us incorrectly. Overall , do not stay here if you are waiting to be on or see the beach. Sales manager did not seem to care that unit stated beach view and office was closed our entire stay.

Easy booking and check-in, exceptionally clean, spacious, and well stocked condo with great attention to details, and the perfect location! The Sea Spray Riverside building was perfect for my boating/fishing loving boys and was only a very short walk across the street from the beach. (You can be from the condo unit to the sand in 5 minutes!) We can't wait to be able to stay here again.

The Sea Spray Riverside building was perfect for my boating/fishing loving boys and was only a very short walk across the street from the beach. The condo was beautiful with a great view and great location. The beds were comfortable as well as the seating for meals and evening entertainment whether that was game night or movies. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and easy clean up. The washer and dryer was a great benefit to help keep up with towels. We would definitely come back!

Riverside Sea spray
This was a great option to have a water view while not paying the beach price. Just a walk across the street through the other building for the beach.

Great mini vacation
We loved staying here! You won't regret it if you book this property for you vacation. The entire condo was extremely clean and well kept. The furniture is so cute & the huge windows overlooking the river are AMAZING.

Love SeaSpray on Old River
We love staying at Sea Spray on the river side because it’s perfect for bringing our boat with us. Our unit was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The pool was cool and refreshing, and the gazebo out back with the grill and cooking area was very nice! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!!

Perfect
This was perfect for us and our 4 kids! Access to beach was easy, even with all of our cargo 🙄. This was our second stay at sea spray and will be coming back! Condo had everything we needed. Gas grills ran out of propane on night while we were waiting to use grill, but it was fixed by the next night, so no problem. Great stay!

Nice view in a nice location
Stayed at SeaSpray's Riverside building facing the river on the 5th floor over the Thanksgiving Holiday for 4 nights. Unit had plenty of space for our Family of 4 and the two bedrooms provided beds for all of us. Beds were advertised as 3 queens but they looked more like a full-size mattresses. Nevertheless, they met our needs and were comfortable. The master bedroom had the two beds where our adult kids slept while we slept in the guest bedroom. Helpful that the building had two working elevators and ample carts to load our luggage and haul to our floor.
Would have given a 5-star review but there were a few minor inconveniences; first, there wasn't enough toilet tissue and Kleenex. We ran out during our 4-night stay and had to purchase our own supply. Second, the check-out instructions required us to run the dishwasher and washing machine for the towels which wasn't a problem except we couldn't find detergent for the washing machine so had to borrow from our Son's home (he's in the military and stationed at the Naval Base in Pensacola). We cooked several meals during our stay and ran the dishwasher more than once so also had to borrow dish washing tabs because the unit only provided one.
Other than that, the Unit was well-stocked and comfortable. Everything worked. If you want to cook and use the vent fan from the microwave sitting above the stove, be advised the fan sucks the air and blows it back into the room; it doesn't ventilate outside.
Would stay at the Unit again but bring the extra items we found were deficient just in case.
