The suite was well maintained and very nice area. I would recommend this booking to any couple looking for a quaint place to stay. Very charming stay.

Online rental through VRBO was easy. Instructions were great, directions fairly easy to navigate, especially if youve been to Ski Mountain before (we have). Second floor condo, very nicely appointed with a newer sofa and bedding. Its a studio and overlooks the road, no mountain view from the unit, but just go outside!!
The bathroom could use an update, but everything worked great, good hot water, and the shower was tall enough to get my head under!
The very small balcony could use some new chairs and a small table so your coffee doesnt have to sit on the floor or the rail.
There is both a drip coffee maker and a pod style in the unit which is nice, we brought pods from home so that was easy.
The tv is small, i would estimate 32-40 inch without actually measuring it, but its old and NOT a smart tv. You will not be able to stream on this. Quality is kind of poor too, words are cut off each end. But its ok for cable tv after a long day.
There is no dvd player.

Nice enough condo, it is a good 15 min out of town on very steep, narrow, winding roads. Condo is old but nice enough (need new bathroom rugs or at least wash them). Condo was not cleaned when I arrived but they took care of it quickly.

Great stay. Lovely location on top of the mountain.
We saw a bear on the way up and close to the parking area. From other areas in the complex there is a great view onto the surrounding areas.
We absolutely loved the hot tubs in the common area.

The property was perfect for me and my husband any more than that it would’ve been cramped. I love the deck and drinking coffee there every morning, I think it needs a small table to set ur cup on would be nice. We walked around one night and set on the benches overlooking the woods and bear literally walked out and stood 8 yards away just looked at us posed for a picture and walked on. Most exciting experience in my life we just sat real still and let it do it’s think til it wondered away. Couldn’t believe it. Can’t wait to come back and watch for them again.

The property was perfect for my small family. We loved the pool and hot tub and it was very close to the Smokey mountains and Gatlinburg. The property is definitely up a steep mountain as was advertised. Just be prepared for a steep and windy road.

We were there for the Kohl's National Kicking Camp, but the stay provided so much more. The overlooks coming and going, seeing bears on the drive up and down the mountain, and the comfort of a beautiful room made this a weekend to remember. I am big on making memories with my family and this weekend will be remembered for years to come. Thank you for sharing the beautiful home.

The description is a little mis-leading. Stating in the Header a Studio / 1 bedroom. It is just a studio, but does sleep 4 with the queen bed and sleeper sofa. I recommend removing the 1-bedroom statement in the description. The condo was very neat and clean and the bed comfortable. The photos show the bed with 2 different bedspreads, making it look like 2 separate beds. Also the mountain view shown in the photos, is from the parking lot. The view from this unit (on the 2nd floor of Bldg. 1) is of the street below. Buildings 4 and 5 seem to be the best for mountain views. The road going up the mountain was very curvy and steep in some areas along the way. But navigable after a few trips back and forth to downtown.

This was our first attempt at Vrbo, and it won’t be our last. Jennifer was BEYOND amazing and helpful, answering EVERY question.
What a blessing it was to have a small kitchen, with stuff to cook with.
We’ll definitely book with her next time we go to Gatlinburg.

At first the trip up the mountain to the condo was a little scary but in a day, I felt like a pro. The views are totally worth it! The condo was cozy and perfect for my boyfriend and me. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after our day's adventures. Would totally come back

The condo was a beautiful studio. Very clean and perfect for my husband and I. We like to buy groceries and cook some meals while we’re on vacation so we don’t have to eat out for every meal and the kitchen area was perfect for that and had everything we needed. The views were stunning and the hot tub was relaxing after a long day of activities.
We didn’t realize prior to our arrival that the condo is literally on top of a mountain, so be prepared to shift your vehicle into low gear and watch the winding road to the top. And watch for bears! We spotted them 4 separate time ascending and descending the mountain. We also loved the location! Close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but removed enough from them to have a quiet retreat after a long day in town.

Property was very nice and quite. We did find a post it note on the ground between 1201 and 1202 that said quite time starts at 10 pm. Not sure who it was meant for. The bathroom and kitchen floors have a bad squeak. Over all we enjoyed the unit we were in.

This place was exactly what I needed to get away for a weekend with my boyfriend. The location and property is beautiful! I was amazed at how high up in the mountains we were, and I absolutely loved it! I would recommend staying here anytime!! The mountain is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting to get away from a lot of people and wants to just sit back and relax! I would definitely come and stay again!

Perfect mountain hiding spot between Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg. Fully equipped, the only thing you need is your clothes and food.

For a family of 3 that is simply wanting a place to sleep comfortably and has a kitchen with basic wares, this is g good unit to rent. We like to stay busy on our vacations, so overpaying for a hotel room, a cabin, or a chalet is not worth the price. But this unit provides a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom with plenty of hot water (and I mean hot), awesome HVAC, a kitchen stocked with just enough cooking wares, etc.
Keep in mind that you will need to brush up on how to drive down a very steep and curvy road...without riding your brakes and driving in low gear. Getting to the unit at the top is not a problem.
I would definitely stay here again.

This place was beautiful. It's very long drive up a steep mountainside but the view is spectacular. We enjoyed our stay at this very intimate place. We enjoyed it we even got to see a few bears on our way up. I would definitely stay here again because you can't beat the scenery or the peacefulness of the area. We loved it!!

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The condo itself is a little outdated and could use a little tlc but overall there were no major issues. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the view from the large picture windows. It was also cozy on the few rainy days we had. The fireplace was nice.

We had a great stay. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and it was a nice drive up a mountain. It is a quaint place. The decor is not modern but that isn't what we were looking for. Updating may be in order soon. We would stay here again if just the 2 of us but would be tight for 4 people.

Over the course of my stay, our group saw 12 bears on the drives to and from the cabin. This was definitely a highlight of our trip. The room is a little old fashioned, but over all, everything was clean and my group had a nice time. I recommend going to the pool area, the hot tub was an awesome way to end the day.

Great condo up in the mountains, peaceful and quiet, hot tube was nice to use. Condo could use some updates and the carpets/tile not that clean however only there a few hours at night so not a huge deal breaker. Also one tip take your own towels or prepare to do laundry, only have 6 towels.

30th Anniversary Getaway
This property and suite was perfect for a week away for our 30th anniversary. Beautiful views on the way up and down the mountain. Felt like you were alone on the mountain yet it was close to downtown. Kitchenette was perfect. We bought breakfast foods and lunch meat for the condo and then are out once a day. So much to do also. Thank you, I’ve already recommended this property to a friend.

Beautiful property
The property is beautiful. The first time driving up the mountain was scary, being tired from driving all day to get there. After a good night's sleep, I really enjoyed the the drive. We had several bear sightings at the condo and drive to it which was a plus. The condo was clean and comfortable, a nice size for a couple to share. The pool, two hot tubs, gas BBQ were vere clean worked well. Parking area was large and flat. I was hoping to bring a motorcycle but glad that I did not. I would not have been
comfortable driving up the mountain on it and the drives through the national park was a lot of stop and go traffic. I was glad I left the bike home this trip. I would definitely recommend staying here, would like to return some day.

This place was great for us. We attended cal ripken experience and it was about a 25 minute drive.
The place was great and comfy beds. Boys enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. One thing be ware of the bears, we saw 3 of them on our way up to the apartment and one the last day going thru the trees to the complex. Check out chimney picnic park by the apartment and take a refreshing dip in the river. Would recommend this place.

The condo was nice for two ppl and had everything we needed. It was secluded and private. The property itself could use updating but overall nice. We would stay again.

The Spa was loaded with Chlorine and burnt our eyes as well as bleached our clothes.
Other than that, the host was amazing and even gave us a wedding gift!

Nice little getaway. Property was one of the lowest prices I found online. I was fine since we planned to ski the whole time. The property was what I expected. I assumed it would be closer to the slopes (still about a 10 minute drive), but that was an assumption on my part. I would stay again.
