This property was clean and quaint but the pictures were slightly deceiving online in that we were not on the beach and could not see the beach from the deck unless we leaned over to the right as there was a new hotel/structure being built directly in front of the property. If you are seniors please be prepared to walk up 3 sets of stairs and take your time. Aside from that, we made the best of a surprising situation and felt safe while there.

The property was in an excellent location to walk to the beach, the boardwalk and restaurants. The property was very clean and easy to access! Would stay here again!

Small mishap in the beginning due to my error. But Bob was completely understanding and everything was easily and quickly rectified. Inside apartment is beautiful and open area great for little ones to run around. Everything you need for a great time. Piece of advice is when rinsing off outside from beach, let hose run before spraying on yourself as it sits partly in the sun and may be hot at first.. would totally recommend and would go back next time we come down

Went to visit a cousin living in Myrtle. Great cost effective option. Was within walking distance to everything we needed. I plan on returning.

pictures on line obviously old, house was musty, traffic noise was horrible all day all night. no ocean view as a new building is being built right in front of the house, 27 stairs to enter and exit on, not listed it the ad. My husband has MS and found the stairs very difficult .

We had the whole apt. I do beleive. Very nice. No word whatsoever about all the stairs. That was a big let down but the view and having the rest of the place to ourselves kinda made up for it. I would rent again, as long as I could be carried up and down the steps. Or maybe have the whole downstairs apt.

The location was perfect. Three minute walk to the beach. We had some rainy weather too and there was so much to do within walking distance - Ripleys Believe It or Not, shops, the pier. The apartment was super clean and comfy with everything you need. Washer and dryer were a bonus as we traveled with small children so I kept up with the laundry. The only downside was the noise on the weekend/ construction outside but easy to adjust to. The gate outside added a sense of security as there were many people around.

This property was very clean upon entering and it even smelled very clean. It is as pictured. It is spacious. We had 3 adults, 2 children and we highly enjoyed it. The location couldn't be better. It's about a 3 minute walk down to the beach and everything else is within walking distance which is highly convenient. We also did not experience any issues at all during our 6 day stay. I highly recommend this property and would definitely return here.

The unit was perfect for my family, with everything you need included! Bonus - it's in walking distance of the boardwalk, which is where we spent our nights at. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly. I would definitely rent this unit again. A+++

Great location, scenery although lots of construction around, wouldn’t trade it for anything. Far enough away, yet close enough to see everything.

We had a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach thanks to this VRBO! Bob was very responsive and helped answer our questions quickly. The location and proximity to the ocean is unbeatable. We will definitely be back!

Everything was so clean and the beds were comfortable! It was home away from home. I even enjoyed and shopped in the store downstairs everyone was very friendly. The property manager was really nice he checked on us a couple times during our stay and if we had questions he answered promptly. The only thing I wasn’t fond of is all the stairs lol, I’m afraid of heights so it made me a little nervous but once I went up and down a couple times I was more comfortable. I will definitely be looking to book this property again when I visit Myrtle Beach

Me and a group of friends enjoyed this place for just two days but would’ve definitely booked it for the month if possible. Close to everything but in your own little space. One of those gems you just happen to find and we loved it.

We stayed for 5 nights and had a good time. Two couples. The place was clean and well maintained. It was close to the boardwalk and beach. Would stay there again.

Me and my family had so much fun we honestly didn't want to leave! From the flawless check in to the condo accommodations we were more than satisfied! The location is perfect and it is literally it's own little oasis. We were able to enjoy the local restaurants as well as the beach and everything was within walking distance!! Besides going to the grocery store (about 10 mins out) we didn't touch our car until it was time to go! When me and my family return and we most definitely will be returning this summer Bob's place is the only choice for Us! We felt right at home and you will too!! Thank you again Bob, it was a pleasure!!

My daughter and I felt at home here. She could comfortably go to school online and I could work with no problems. My friend even joined us for a few days and enjoyed her stay very much. At the beginning and end of the day we walked a few steps to the beach and just had fun and took pictures to share with our friends.

A little noisy on the weekend....after 12:30 is the time to go to bed on Fri & Sat nite..........stayed 2 weeks quite a lot of room for 2 to 4 adults. Host Bob was the most helpful person you ever want to deal with. The Red Hot Shoppe that the Condo is built over has everything for your beach needs!! The Deck outside the Condo has a great view of the whole area. I have quite a few outstanding pictures from that wonderful Deck!
