Esta espaciosa unidad del primer piso se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad y del remonte, y se encuentra en el centro de Breckenridge. Las comodidades incluyen una lavadora / secadora privada, chimenea de gas con paredes de piedra y balcón privado. Hay dos jacuzzis en el lugar, muy cerca de la puerta principal de esta unidad. La unidad también cuenta con un armario de guardaesquís con cerradura exterior.

Great location! Easy access to ski rentals, bus stops, and town! It's not officially ski in, but just a short walk from the end of the 4 o'clock run, so close enough! Set up and size of the condo is better than several we've stayed in before! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a great day of skiing!
Will consider this condo again if we come to Breckenridge in future. Happy the condo is on the first floor!

Really enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The property is in a great location! It is almost ski in (a very short walk from the end of the 4 o’clock to town run). Also can walk to the Snowflake lift but we found the free shuttle to be a quicker and easier option. Easy to walk to dinner and downtown in the evening. The steam shower was an added bonus. Very close to the hot tubs also.

This condo was lovely and just as pictured. A great space for parents and our three 6 foot tall sons. We enjoyed our short stay. Communication was great. One change that I would suggest is a keyless entry. With 5 of us skiing we came and went at different times and having only 2 keys made that a bit difficult. Also a King in the Master would be great and plenty of room for it!

We had the best time in Breck! The condo was in the best location to walking anywhere. The place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool! The only reason we gave an overall 4 star was because of the master bed. It was VERY uncomfortable (hard) and we had difficulty sleeping on it. This was disappointing after we had some exhausting excursions! Our kids had no problem with the other beds.

This is my second stay for a group ski trip. The space is perfect for 5 or less people. We can cook meals, watch a movie, or soak in the outdoor hot tub after a day of skiing. It’s a Gem!

Loved the location and the quality of this condo. It felt very spacious for our group of four. Tasteful decor, clean, and cozy! Short walk to the shuttle pick-up for the ski mountain. Very close to the 4-o'clock run. And prime location for walking the main street. Love the hot tub setting with two tubs and open top. Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my older kids (17 and 21) stayed here for a week. Having been to Breck last year we were keen to stay somewhere with good lift access and close to town, with separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids. This place fitted the bill perfectly. It is an older style property but that means more spacious with lots of room. The amenities were great, and the steam shower an unexpected bonus! Excellent for sore muscles! The only small suggestion would be a drying rack, as the hooks by the door don't really provide enough room to dry 3 people's gear. Communication with the owners was very straightforward and the check in easy. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for our family of 5, a short walk to the Gondola and all downtown activities. We didn’t use our car once. Owners had great communication and condo was as advertised. Clean and tidy. Only negative was the upstairs neighbors made some noise in the early morning hours. Otherwise, we have nothing but great things to say about this place and would happily stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for our family of 5, a short walk to the Gondola and all downtown activities. We didn’t use our car once. Owners had great communication and condo was as advertised. Clean and tidy. Only negative was the upstairs neighbors made some noise in the early morning hours. Otherwise, we have nothing but great things to say about this place and would happily stay there again!

The location near downtown was wonderful. The steam shower was an extra bonus! We did have cable installers come by one morning and very noisy upstairs neighbors, but the condo itself was great.

There’s a ski rental place directly across the street and a lift less than 500 yards away (uphill so use the free bus - pick up very close). There’s a ski run that ends across the street, aptly named “Four O’Clock Run”. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had everything we needed to prepare some family meals for dinner - plenty of pots and pans and utensils. City Market (Kroger family) is an easy five minute drive away. We didn’t try the hot tub, but is very close to this specific condo. Would happily recommend this property.

Great location and property!
Great and easy communication with owners. Breckenridge is family friendly and the downtown shopping district is minutes away by foot from the property. There’s a ski rental place directly across the street and a lift less than 500 yards away (uphill so use the free bus - pick up very close). There’s a ski run that ends across the street, aptly named “Four O’Clock Run”. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had everything we needed to prepare some family meals for dinner - plenty of pots and pans and utensils. City Market (Kroger family) is an easy five minute drive away. This was a our 2nd time staying at the property. Once again, we were very happy. The condo was very clean and is still well equipped. The condo has everything - board games, fully stocked kitchen, great showers, and you can’t beat the location.

Our only complaint was that the ceiling is very thin and you can hear the upstairs neighbors every sound - I mean EVERY sound.. Although awkward at times it didn’t detract from our stay. I would recommend.

The perfect spot
Stayed here with a small group and it was the perfect location for accessing Breck! 2 blocks to the lift drop off and you can ski home. Then walk across the street to shop!

Our family stayed here for a ski trip and the place couldn’t have been more perfect. Great location for renting equipment right across the street, short walk to free shuttle with stops at several different lifts, and practically ski-in at the end of the day from the very end of 4 o’clock run. Not to mention a nice cleared pathway that takes you to the heart of Main St. Condo had everything we needed and that fireplace cranks out the heat to keep you nice and warm. Actually thought the main area was even bigger than it looked in the pictures. Great place to stay and would gladly stay here again for a future trip!
