Enjoyed the location, views, bathroom towels, kitchen supplies, and good communication, but this home has some ancient bed linens, a VERY saggy bed in the primary bedroom, and old, old carpet in both bathrooms that makes me cringe. Another review that mentioned the saggy bed received a reply from the owner saying bed standards are “personal preference.” However, when 2 people in the bed constantly roll down into the middle valley of the bed, that is substandard. The comforter in the primary bedroom is rather crunchy, not something you want to snuggle with. An extra blanket we pulled down from the primary bedroom has ragged edges and multiple holes. But this place could be FANTASTIC if they spent a little money on it. The neighborhood is very quiet; the deck looking out at the slopes is AWESOME; the seating in the common area is nice; and the primary bathroom is very large (but, unfortunately, has the cringey carpet). We have stayed in 3 different Breckenridge VRBOs over

The house was stocked with all needed items and while we only utilized the kitchen for breakfast it was more than adequate for preparing meals. The views of Breck from the back deck = awesome. Great place to crash and prepare for lots of mountain time.

Good location, clean, had everthing we needed, including plenty of clean towels.

Our family of four stayed here in 2020 and returned this year to recreate and build new memories. We love this house especially sitting out back listening to the creek, looking at the mountains and having coffee, sharing a meal, playing games and stargazing.
The neighborhood is relaxed and gets us away from the bustle of Main Street but still so close to be there in minutes. Within walking distance of the Breck bike path and the free bus.
We can’t wait to return again!

The house is not big, but it has a very efficient and functional layout. It was very clean and well equipped. It has a convenient location and a very nice view. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We are a group of friends that have been skiing together for 51 years and make annual visits to Summit County. The property was as expected, older, but a value. No complaints. Close proximity to Breck. Facility had comfortable beds, two bathrooms and a serviceable kitchen. All the things we needed were there. We were granted "quiet enjoyment" of the property during our stay. Thank you.

The house was just as advertised. Extremely clean inside with everything needed for our family of 5(2 adults, 3 kids). The gondola lot was only a mile or so up the road and also very close to everything in town. The view was amazing and grill worked great as well. I

The property was exactly as advertised. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and we loved that there was an in unit washer and dryer. We would love to stay there again and I agree its the best value in town

We came to ski and visit with family. It was ideal for 6 of us over the weekend, with plenty of towels and space for socialising. The two bathrooms were a godsend, and there were a lot of extras provided. Rick was readily available for communication which was helpful when we needed directions to the Rec Centre. We really enjoyed our stay and think it is great value for money. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

The house is great value and the location is on the bus route close to town. It does get hot during sunny days in the summer, but with the windows open the house cools down at night.
The furniture isn’t new and the panelled walls make it a bit dreary. But what can you expect at this price?
We’ve stayed before and will probably do so again.

Despite the fluctuating weather we were blessed with wonderful ski conditions and were able to ski Breck, Vail, and Keystone. Had we been just a bit more adventurous Beaver Creek would have made the list, but being that Breck was right there, we spent more time skiing those wonderful slopes. The house is written up exactly as it is and the pictures are also exactly what you get. The view off the deck it perfect as well. Rick was super communicative when necessary. We would have no issues renting this place again if we are fortunate enough to come back to Breckenridge in the future. Many thanks for sharing your home Rick.

Cozy with super easy access to Breckenridge ski slopes
Decor might be outdated but home is incredibly cozy; heats up and maintains warmth in the cold. Pots, pans, utensils made it easy for making breakfast and lunch. Bus stop is only a five minute walk and one of the route stops is right in front of the Breckenridge Gondola.
Love the carpeted bathrooms. Great value on the stay.

Love this little house!!
This our second year staying at the house. It’s convenient to get to to the slopes (city bus to the gondola) and love the wood stove. It’s a great house, very simple and clean, and I’d recommend it to others who value the same thing.

Wonderful relaxing stay
Had a great time at this property. Check in was very easy. Plenty of space and all the amenities and comforts of home to make you feel relaxed and stress free. Our bed was super comfortable and the travel into downtown and surrounding attractions a breeze. Make sure to check out the Axe throwing and Mtn Top Escape room it'll be totally worth your time.

It is indeed as described in the descriptions. We were two families staying there but had enough privacy and at the same time had the place to sit together to have fun, be in for cooking, eating or sitting outside in the deck!
