Great location, lovely floor plan. The condition was dusty, some items broken like the pulls for the blinds, and the hot water never got hot, but was lukewarm+. There was food left in the master bed, under the covers. Felt like it had not been properly cleaned in a while. Property owner was responsive, we had some issues contacting the property management company, ironically contacting their “text us with any request,” line, which was never replied to, then we had to leave two vms, and wait for a call back. The check in instructions were helpful, but may have been with a different rental company, we were marooned for about 27mins trying to figure out if the owner was who we follow with the video, or the property management company. We did get in, it was frustrating. The owner was responsive, and helpful, it seemed the property management company just dropped the ball on cleaning then added confusion to the check in process, and added frustration with a useless number to text with any issues.

Loved the property overall! Plenty of space for multiple generations and quite a bit to do at the resort. Super bright with all the windows (could use blinds) and some noise challenges with the construction but over a great vacation!

I have stayed at River Run before and is right outside the lifts....HOWEVER,there is no mention that there is construction of a brand new condominium complex going up right in front of River Run condos. Construction started around 6 or 6:30am and sometimes went later than 10pm with bright construction lights shining in the master bedroom. The unit needs a deep clean. Comforters and blankets aeem very dirty. Lighting inside unit horrible. One of the tubs does not drain. Soneone needs to get in there and clean hair out of all the drains. All toilet seats loose. No hooks in bathrooms for towels or wet swimsuits.
I do have some good things to say. First, the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were fairly comfortable. In spite of construction site,still close to lift. Just have to walk around some fencing. Plenty of seating at kitchen table. Always had parking available in garage.
Would i rent this place again? Probably not...mostly because it really needs a deep clean,replace pillows, and do not want to walk down a muddy road and around construction to get to lift.
Ive had a beach rental unit for 15+ years and cleanliness in my unit for guests is of great importance. We provide clean white sheets and comforters after each guest. I wish that River Run would provide that as well. I do feel, as an owner, that it is our responsibility to keep up with maintenance of the unit. I do feel this unit has been somewhat neglected. Again, still close to the lifts though.

The condo is in a great location to walk to the village and gondola but we did have to take the longer routes due to construction. It’s probably a 5 minute detour so nothing too dramatic. Also construction would start pretty early and could hear the truck backing up as early as 6:30am. There were a couple of times the condo fire alarm system went off which we all had to evacuate for 10-30 minutes.
The actual condo had great space for 3 families. It contained several space heaters and humidifiers if needed. One room had an issue with the unit smoke alarm to be triggered if the showers steam reached it. Overall we had a great vacation.

The condo needs some TLC. It was tired looking. One of the bathrooms had a shower that was all black at bottom. We scouted this location last year while skiing and appreciated how close the unit was to the gondola and kids ski school. Unfortunately, Keystone is building a new condo structure right in front of the Springs so our anticipated short walk did not exist. Also the 5th floor elevator was not working correctly, had to walk stairs for two days.

I could not ask for a better trip with my older kids and their spouses. Great location to ski lifts, wonderful views, and easy walk to the Keystone Village, etc. Also, Cody the Owner was great and communicative throughout the pre-rental process. Easy 4.5 stars!

This is the second time we have rented thuis space. It is perfect for our family and waking distance to everywhere you want to go.

Condo had everything we needed. Great location, pool was very nice!
Elevator didn’t always work but there was always people there trying to work on it. Struggled receiving the code to get and they were quick to answer and help us. Parking is horrible for more than one car.

The only negative about our stay was the noise from construction. It started very early. The amenities were great!
(Also, the bifold door to the washer/dryer impeded access )

We enjoyed everything about the River Run Condo. It’s spacious and perfect for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the massage chair and the arcade game. The location is great too! We looked forward to going to the pool and jacuzzi every night. We loved everything about this condo because we were able to relax and enjoy our time together.

We enjoyed everything about the River Run Condo. It’s spacious and perfect for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the massage chair and the arcade game. The location is great too! We looked forward to going to the pool and jacuzzi every night. We loved everything about this condo because we were able to relax and enjoy our time together.

Beautiful View
The listing is accurate and it’s a great amount of space for a lot of people. The views from the balcony are amazing. The owner of the property did a great job with decorating and the beds are so comfortable. The massage chair was honestly incredible. I could have slept in it :) We did have a few issues but they were all with the building/ building management company.

Property was in the best location of all of Keystone. We had plenty of amenities and kids loved the pool, spa etc.
We felt the house really needed a de-clutter. Lots of extra kitchen items and random things that took up too much room. Closets were pretty crammed with stuff, so we were not able to use them effectively. Otherwise everything was amazing!

The Springs building is great. The hot tub, heated pool, proximity to the gondola, tv room and kid play room. This would be great for a large crowd. Plenty of dining room seats (10) and 4 bedrooms. My young kids loved the arcade games and floor puzzles. I was glad we brought our own stool for them in the bathroom. They also loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was very well stocked (the Keuring is not working). The beds were very comfortable but the shower grout needs replaced. We eventually got the massage chair to work after unplugging from the back. The main TV streaming wasn’t working properly so you may want to bring your own Roku. My main issue was with the management company. I asked for early check-in and the owner said he would ask the management company to approve if possible. We received a standard notification that no early check-in was available due to covid, and if I used the provided code early I would be fined. There was no communication about when the room was actually ready, so we waited until 4 and held our napping child in the lobby even though our rooms was probably ready early. There was also a discrepancy between the listing and check-in documents (11am) and the texts the management company was sending me about check-out times (10am) including threats of additional charges if I wasn’t out by 10am.

Property was in the best location of all of Keystone. We had plenty of amenities and kids loved the pool, spa etc.

We appreciated that the host provided multiple pack-n-plays, a high chair and humidifiers. We also made use of the grill, variety of coffee makers, and waffle iron! Great location walking distance to shops, playgrounds & restaurants . Beautiful views from the balconies. The pool was wonderful for our kids. Location is perfect for skiing and lessons (extremely short walk to lift and gondolas and to River run village) which is great for kids walking in ski boots. Loved the ski locker and the heated garage. Will plan to stay here again. Kitchen is well-stocked, and all bedrooms were very nice.

Excellent Property
This place is exactly as listed and a great place to stay. We took our family, 6 adults and 2 kids, and it was perfect for everyone to have their own bedroom and private bathroom. They had pack and play, tower fans for each room, the view was amazing and the walk to the slopes was a short distance away. Everything you need is right in the little village. They have a small grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The room had everything you need to cook meals and plenty of dishes as well. I highly recommend this for a large group.

Our family just returned from the most amazing ski vacation in Keystone, and I can't rave enough about this beautiful condo!! The location is ideal, just a walk across the parking lot to the River Run gondola and a short drive to ski Breckenridge as well. The condo was spacious and comfortable and more than lived up to the pictures & other reviews! Much of the property was shut down due to Covid (fitness center, etc.), but we were able to make reservations to use the hot tub, which was fantastic! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need (yay, crock pot!!) and we enjoyed every meal in. The rest of the condo was beautifully decorated and we especially LOVED the massage chair after full days out on the slopes (life saver!!). I would HIGHLY recommend this property and our family is already looking forward to a return visit!

First off let me say the location and the massage chair are amazing. For the money you need to be aware you are paying for the location. Code didn’t work to check in. Clothes washer didn’t work for several days until they sent someone out. No grill on porch as pictures Illustrated. Floor in need of repair in kitchen. Blinds missing turning rods in multiple spots. Walls in need of painting. Personal items and trash from previous renters found. Multiple lights not working. Lack of storage for food.

Pluses;Fabulous location! Nice big bed rooms and bathrooms. Balconies facing two directions afforded great views. Especially liked the covered balcony for drinking coffee on a sunny morning. Underground parking is great and ski lockers are conveniently located. Minuses;Pak n plays and high chair needed to be scrubbed before we used them. Common bathroom tub plug didn’t work. We had trouble getting the right lock combination. There wasn’t much usable cupboard space for our five days worth of groceries. Three shelves held food leftovers from other visitors, and four held way too many cups. Entryway closet needs to be cleaned out as storage space is limited.
