We had a wonderful time as always! The weather turned cold so the lazy river and the outdoor pool was too cold! The condo had some issues with the master bedroom toilet but we took care of that after the first day. Overall the condo was very nice and spacious.

Our family loved our stay here. The rooms were spacious and the view from the large balcony was great. We loved being able to see the pool and the bay. We were disappointed to learn that the slide had been permanently taken down. Everything was very clean with the exception of the floors. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This condo had plenty of room for my family of six. We enjoyed the lazy river pool and at night sitting on the balcony and looking over the bay.

Nice property and unit. Standard amenities throughout. Appreciated the pool toys, ample amount of towels for a family of 9. More food prep/storage and board games would have been great but wasn't a deal breaker at all. It was great to have a wonderful pool and lazy river when the kids were tired of the beach. Would definitely rent again. Check in and out was a breeze.

Our family really liked that the parking garage and elevator were just a few steps from our room. The condo is very spacious. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the refrigerator, but maintenance was super quick and friendly, taking care of our issue in a timely manner. The scenery from the balcony was amazing! We loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the others swim and float in the lazy river. (Bring your own floats as they are not provided) The only complaint is that the floors were dirty, leaving a “sticky” feeling. We tried to mop ourselves, but it didn’t help. Overall, we would recommend the condo and would love to stay again.

Great garage parking and access to unit. Beautiful facility and the security guard was a comfort in the lobby. Pool and lazy river were great, but a little chilly.

We love Phoenix on the Bay II. My in-laws are owners and we have rented many units for family get togethers. This was a nice unit and located very close to my in-laws unit. The unit was kept up well with a few exceptions. The dishwasher did not work well as the dishes were still dirty after washing. There was an issue with the toilets flushing which may be a building issue as my in-laws are having similar issues. Also several of the lamps did not work because the bulbs were burned out. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is one of the nicest places we've rented. The panoramic views of the waterfront and pools were awesome. The condo itself was spacious and comfortable. The indoor activities (pool, hot tub, exercise room) were a plus. Also had an amusement park near by that had activities suited for everyone from the youngest to adults. Would definitely return here in the future.

Overall we had a good experience, the condo could have definitely been cleaner (floors were filthy) however. Check in was a breeze, great communication. The property was really nice we had a good time in the pool. The condo was a great size, we traveled with twelve family members and we had plenty of room! Would definitely stay here again or at another one of their properties.

3 bedroom and could only get 2 parking passes. 25.00 each online for each pass was advertised. When we arrived it was 45.00 ea. Because we booked through this units company and not the company most are booked with at this resort we could not get alternate parking that everyone else was provided. Told we had to go through services of the city. Room was not cleaned very well from previous guest. Floors were sticky and food splattered on walls. Picked this room so I could see the kids on the slide while on my balcony. Well no slide when we got there. Disappointed we could not do anything after 10:00. Had to go to our rooms like we were at camp. This is a nice place but needs to be advertised as a retirement vacation resort and not a family vacation. Mold coming out of air conditioner vents also. Mold in master shower as well.

Great place and location. Quiet, our boys loved the pools and lazy river. We were kinda bummed about that slide being taken down but other wise, everything was clean and tidy! We had a great time.

Wonderful time
Check in and check out we’re super easy. Condo was very large and clean, the family was impressed! My only negative comment was that the slide for the lazy river was closed and did not open the entire time we were there. We would definitely stay there again!

Family vacation with extended family
We decided we wanted to to get out towards the beach before the summer crowd started up. This condo was settled in a great area just minutes from the beach. It’s was also nicely located right next to the pool where we could help watch the kids from the balcony if needed. And the condo was nice and spacious for the 10 of us. We didn’t feel on top of each other. We would definitely recommend this place and would rent again for sure. Thank you so much!

Easy, perfect location. Only complaint is the parking pass you pay for separately. It was probably listed in the fine print details, but I was unaware until checking into location. Other than that, our vacation was perfect!

Amazing!
Left yesterday and already booking for the summer! A must have destination! Also make sure to stop at the pomp stomp Aka sams bait and tackle down the street from the condo, the best hats and shirts in the whole town
