We chose this property because we have family that lives in the area. The property was clean and had plenty of room. The host was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. The heated pool in December was a hit with the kids.

We stayed at this house in mid December with family. The pool was heated and very comfortable. Having a representative meet us for check in was great. Very close to Publix and many restaurants. Only negative is house needs some updating and more towels.

My family has stayed in many VRBO places before but we have never had someone greet us as we were checking in. How nice it was to have a person show us the house and where things were located. It made the start of our vacation much more relaxing. The location was perfect for all of our planned activities whether it was shopping, eating out, or visiting a theme park. I would recommend this property for families!

This house was in a very quiet neighbor with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The house was roomy, and the pool and patio were a great place to hang out. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

We had a great family vacation! I would absolutely recommend this VRBO! We had 8 people and a baby and all of us were very comfortable. The pool was the highlight for all of us. Great size pool for the kids to have fun and adults to relax in. We ate on the patio by the pool every night. Neighborhood felt safe with sidewalks throughout for walks. Publix, Walmart, and restaurants were all 5 minutes away. We would stay here again!

Great House in a nice quiet neighborhood!. The house was very clean and spacious. Three night stay for me, my brothers and nephew to attend 2 Yankee spring training games. Everything about the house worked very well for us. When we had a slight problem with one of the bathrooms, a plumber was at the door within an hour of my contacting the owner!! Now that's service!! Having the pool to cool off in after sitting through 2 ball games with temps in the high 80's was really nice!
The location was a little far from the ballpark, 40 minutes or so, but the price was so much better than those closer that it made it worth the drive.
I'd highly recommend the house for anyone needing a large 4 bedroom house in the Tampa Bay area.

CLEAN and comfortable! This home provided everyone the space they needed. Very large heated pool was a hit with the kids. Owners were very accommodating when we asked for a pool skimmer . (Much appreciated). Home needs some updating and we knew this ahead of time. Great value for the money and would definitely recommend this rental. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

My family and I stopped in for a 3 day stay for a wedding in a near by town. The house was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool. Everything we needed was within a short distance. We recommend stopping into Toppers. We were very impressed with the neighborhood and surrounding area. The property manager and pool maintenance were very kind and welcoming. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

The house is very cozy and welcoming, and was very clean upon our arrival. I highly recommend staying here while you’re in Bloomingdale! The pool was a plus on hot days. Five star rating!

Our friends arrived before we did and upon arrival they were very impressed. We loved the space in the kitchen. The pool was perfect. We used it everyday. The neighborhood felt safe, except for the two small dogs that greeted us in the street with barks. Lol!
We would definitely stay again if in Tampa.

We had a lovely stay! The house definitely has some quirks, but they had all of the things we really needed and being able to get into a clean pool at the end of long days of talking, standing, and walking for our work was AMAZING. Check-in was super easy, everything was very clean, and we all had enough space to get some alone time as we needed it, and the neighborhood was close to plenty of eating and grocery options.
We would absolutely stay here again next year!

We had a lovely stay! The house definitely has some quirks, but they had all of the things we really needed and being able to get into a clean pool at the end of long days of talking, standing, and walking for our work was AMAZING. Fantastic beautiful stay!
Booked a golf trip to Tampa with some buddies and this house was perfect for us. House was very clean, pool was perfect temperature and everyone enjoyed their stay! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Tampa area to stay here!

Me and a group of friends from all over the country flew for a golf trip, it was perfectly located about 30 minutes from TPC Tampa Bay and Innisbrook Resort call Joe 42 minutes away from Steamsong golf resort was great, unless you want to pay thousands to stay at tha resort, we were able to afford the golf rates because the lodging costs saved so much money, went in the pool every night, and up the street to three bulls pub for food and drinks

Overall very good experience.. property was a little further than expected like 30 min from Tampa bay airport. Beside that it was nice 4 bedrooms one with two twin size beds (we didn’t use that room ) the pool area was pretty awesome.. the pool does go to like 6ft at the half way mark just a heads up i found out walking in it but i can doggy paddle.. house also had a few pots and pans so we cooked breakfast ..

Very clean
We had a very good stay. We were amazed with the cleanliness. Well done. The pool was very nice and the owners were good to work with. I do prefer when a property has more than one towel and wash cloth per person (and enough hand towels for each bathroom) so I don't have to do laundry most nights while on vacation. There are pool towels which helped with this a bit. If that's the worst problem you come across at a house, I'd call that a win.

Yolanda’s home was beautiful the pictures of the bedrooms didn’t do them justice. The decor was very stylish and mostly updated. The house was clean and more than enough room for my family. Yolanda was good about quickly responding to any questions. If this house had a hot tub and game room it would have been perfect! Will book with them in the future.

Vacation away from the snow and cold!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very responsive when we had additional questions. The house was very nice and we enjoyed the heated pool. It had everything we needed. The only things we found lacking that would have been nice to have would be lounge chairs that could be used to lay in the sun. It was also nice to be able to have groceries and food (door dash) delivered right to the house so we didn't have to go out and about too much.

My family and I enjoyed this property. The location is in a nice subdivision but minutes to local shopping and restaurants.
My granddaughter fully enjoyed the heated pool during our stay.
