Al entrar encontrará un cómodo sofá, sillas mullidas y un plano de planta abierto con una amplia sala de estar y comedor y una cocina bien equipada que incluye electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y todos los extras que un chef puede pedir. Disfrute de una gran cantidad de luz solar natural y una decoración costera moderna, junto con techos altos, pisos de concreto manchados y muchos pequeños extras que el propietario se tomó el tiempo de agregar.
Pasando por la cocina encontrará la lavadora / secadora y el amplio baño completo con una combinación de ducha / bañera. Continuando por el pasillo encontrará el dormitorio de invitados que es único ya que es uno de los pocos dormitorios de huéspedes que ofrecen dos camas queen. La mayoría de las unidades en Village by the Beach vienen con una cama tamaño queen y dos literas en la habitación de invitados, por lo que esta unidad es una excelente opción para quienes deseen evitar las literas. El dormitorio principal está al final del pasillo y tiene una cama king size y baño en suite. This unit, however, was by far the most unkempt of all the units we've stayed in. The concrete flooring is dirty and needs to be resurfaced. This is our third time staying at this complex (first time at this particular condo). We love the location, close to the beach and the pool is always fun. BUT this rental needs some updates. The springs in the sofa make some serious noises, it’s very worn out and uncomfortable to sit on. The white armchair needs a new slipcover as there are some very obvious stains everywhere and overall looks filthy. The living room rug was also visibly stained; we tried to vacuum it and during our attempt to clean it we saw the underside and I wish we hadn’t. It was just so disgusting. I wish I could attach pictures. We eventually rolled the rug out of the way since we have a crawling baby that we didn’t want touching it and called management for sheets and blankets to cover both couches. It’s just so disappointing to pay so much money for those conditions as it left a really bad initial impression. The rest of the condo was clean and we had a great time.

We really enjoyed our condo! It was just the right size for our family and the kids were in the pool daily. Nice and close to the beach, you could walk if you didn’t have to lug a bunch of beach stuff with you. It was mainly clean, the only reason I gave a 3 on cleanliness was that the floors were dirty still. They looked clean, but my feet got dirty walking on it. That’s to be expected I guess with a constant flow of beach sand in there though. The kitchen was decently stocked, but I thought they should have some basics on hand (salt/pepper/cooking oil or spray) maybe I’m just used to Airbnb whos kitchens are usually stocked with seasonings. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The property was well taken care of and the kid splash areas all were functioning. I would definitely stay again and bring friends to stay too.

Nice location right next to the pool. We enjoyed being that close to the pool, but the trade off was having to walk a distance from parking to front door of condo. For us, this wasn’t a bad trade off. We were also surprised at how quiet it was being so close to the pool. Security made sure the pool closed down at night and soundproofing in the condo was great. Even when the pool was busy during the day we couldn’t hear anything inside. Check-in and out was super easy. We only needed basic communication, as we didn’t have any issues. Beach was only a short drive away. Really appreciated the outdoor hose to rinse off sand after a day at the beach. Pillows sucked- very flat, but beds were comfy. Fold out couch was miserable, could be a torture device. But honestly, I’ve never known a fold out couch that was comfortable. We have come to this area for several years and stayed many different places. This was one of the good ones.

There were roaches and spiders and I literally got rushed out of my unit i felt like I didn't get enough time to check out even though I was supposed to have complimentary 12 check out I had to change kids and feed a 3 month old outside of the unit and do my make up outside im hardly a morning person so this was the worse waking up and rushing around ever I hate rushing around in the morning I got 7 kids 10 and younger but the 3 youngest 1,2, and 3 months so its hard getting up and getting them going

everything was very good. The only problem was the area above the icemaker needs to be cleaned. Something was spilled there(looked like a soda) which caused some of the ice to look dirty. Otherwise everything was great!

Had a place we rented months in advance to make sure we got our stay.. a week before our stay they called saying it was not available and they could price match our stay with two other rooms or give a full refund. Well with it being a week before vacation we knew no one else would have a place available. So we agreed to the two places they chose, sucks because the Day before our checkout day we had to move rooms, but we were satisfied... until we realized after I agreed to the rooms they had sent a correction email because they’d given us a better room than they had wanted to I suppose but they just put the links at the bottom of the email and in the email they said nothing but no they could not give a discount and why. I just assumed they were the same links as the ones before that I agreed too. Now I will say they did give me a partial refund for their mistakes but as far as I’m concerned I’m still very unhappy and will not be staying with them again. It sucked having to move rooms the day before we left and they wouldn’t allow us yo checkout any later than 11am when our other room wouldn’t be available till 4pm!! All and all it was super ******. And the poor people in the room next to us in our first room had their KITCHEN UPSTAIRS!! All and all a nice place but not very great customer service.

Lots of kids at pool, so great place for families not so much for all adults. Don't bother with the insurance it does not cover cancellation for inclement weather unless the road to get there is closed for 6 hours or more! lol

It’s definitely the most well equipped unit we’ve been in so far. We prefer the single level units without stairs. This kitchen had everything I needed to cook for 2-8 people. Dressers in both bedrooms had nice storage. Decor was done well without being to much. There are two wood tables pushed together in the dining area with 8 matching benches for seating larger groups. All appliances worked well for us, too. Upon arrival, the painted cement floors were a difficult surprise to deal with. After contacting Padre Escapes, the owner approved the purchase of a new area rug for the living room. Then I purchased a large entry rug and brought our used bathroom rugs from home. There were a couple of small throw rugs in a closet. I requested a new mop for the floors and new toilet bowl brushes and shower curtain liners. I received all requests the next day. After mopping the floors and washing the smaller rugs, I placed all them on the cement floor throughout the condo with much better results for a home-away-from-home feel.

This was our third unit in the Village By The Beach complex. It’s definitely the most well equipped unit we’ve been in so far. We prefer the single level units without stairs. This kitchen had everything I needed to cook for 2-8 people. Dressers in both bedrooms had nice storage. Decor was done well without being to much. There are two wood tables pushed together in the dining area with 8 matching benches for seating larger groups. All appliances worked well for us, too. It was great stay and Amber was awesome and she was great help. Every company needs an Amber! Location was great and beautiful and most of all super clean. I will vacation again there. Pool was clean and beautiful.

Get new cleaning crew
This is my favorite resort to stay we rent a different condo every year and have been so happy with our stay. This condo ruined it. I feel sorry for the owners of this unit I had to clean the floors before we brought our stuff in. Porch was dirty I would have cleaned but no water hose and pillows were horrible. Padre Escapes get a new cleaning crew

Clean, great pool

Great little place. Close to everything and cozy beds!
Cozy little condo with cozy beds located close to everything.
Only thing I would suggest would be to check behind your cleaning crew! Upon arrival there was several things missed (cleaned) and some property damage. We immediately called management as to not get charged for these things. (Took pics)
Another suggestion a couple rugs would help with the dirt coming in from the beach. Of course we swept the whole visit just to keep the grit off our feet.
We love the beach and realize that is part of the experience.
We would love to stay here again.

Quarantine vacation
We had a great stay in a relaxing condo. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was great and located right outside our patio. The only downside is there is no entry way to the condo from the parking lot to unload everything. We ended up bringing in everything through a window then having to make 20 trips around the complex. Other than that minor set back we walked to the beach and enjoy led our walk. Would stay again but will carry a lighter load next time.
