Very nice hotel in a very nice town.

Liked the eclectic mix of antiques and industrial chic, although the design was a bit hit or miss. Loved the aubergine wall, and wish the whole room had been the same (the bright mint was a bit much). It was very clean, and the woman at the desk was friendly and helpful.
The Inn is a little hard to find, on the second floor of an antique mill. Signage outside could be better. Breakfast was pretty minimal, even for "continental." And one "bedside table" was the refrigerator. Three walls and the bathroom were a bright mint ... in the bath, it gave skin a sickly cast. Some design touches were hits, but there were some misses.

We really enjoyed our stay in this historic building in the historic district in Little Falls. The rooms, all on the third floor were very quiet and comfortable with a congenial homey atmosphere. We were riding the Erie canal trail and this was a great stopover place.

The Stone Mill was amazing on our bike tour down the Erie Canal. They allowed us to bring our bikes into a secure location and had a bike pump ready as well. The location is beautiful, with a view of the glacial potholes. Room was spacious and the bathroom was clean.
Not the Mill's fault - but the area lacked dinner options on a Monday night. We only had the option of pizza.

I loved the historic nature of this Inn. Having breakfast included was very nice. My room was large. The public areas were very nice and it was great to know this building was saved from destruction. Location is GREAT! It is right on the bike/walking Eric Canal trail. There is a cafe and ice cream shop as well as pizzeria downstairs but their hours are not too long as they close early in the evening. Staying at this Inn was MUCH better than staying at a chain motel. Employees at the Inn were amazing and very helpful and friendly!
I know this is an old building but the floor in my room sloped a bit and was a bit weird. Also the large wall that had the windows with a view onto the Canal needed a bit of touching up. It just looked lumpy and shabby. I know this was an old building conversion but with the general lovely nature of the Inn, I think some room wall touch up and floor horizontal straightening should be done.

Have been attending family reunions in little falls for over 25 years. staff in the Inn as well as Cafe, Manga and Canal Side were excellent. from Chef John, to check in and the daily interactions with inn personal was excellent.
Used confrence room for family tribute to my dad friday night which was awesome. enjoyed variety of breakfast items and never empty coffee.
Please thank all your staff for their always pleasant and helpfullness.
Room small...better suited for short stay or 1 person . we were there 5 days so a bit cramped and bathroom could use additional towel racks and use space behind door next to shower for area traveler can store..unpack luggage. AC directly over the bed was a bit disconcerting...

Color scheme of walls - drab mint green!
Bad signage to find building but they are fixing that this week!

We were welcomed in such a genuine way and felt cocooned and comfortable as we would at a dear aunt’s home. Open door policy to the office for phone, and kitchen for generous snacks at all times made this boutique, but not expensive, hotel a total winner for us. Did we mention the historic building that houses the inn….. superb, as is the close walking access to the Mohawk river and Erie Canal lock 17. We would never stay anywhere else if in the area again.
Couldn’t find a fault at all

These folks have really done a great job with a great old space. If you like cookie cutter chain hotels, you might not appreciate this place, but big rooms, lots of amenities and very pleasant and professional staff. I was happy to take advantage of the free laundry, and their restaurant is wonderful- an exuberant and creative chef, impeccable servers and great food!
I actually like everything about this place. Well, ok- no free outlets for chargers! I just unplugged a light to free one up.

Quirky inn located in a artsy fartsy up and coming small town. New, modern with a view. Enough to keep you busy for a day or two.
They should tell you that restaurants in town are mostly closed on Mondays except for one that is good but is crowded and only takes cash.

The location was great - we got to walk around the area and some trails - views were awesome.
The signage there is not obvious, I received a text giving me more information earlier on the day I arrived, but as I was driving a long distance, I did not see it. We did find someone to help us find and enter - but again it was not obvious. Otherwise, everything else was great.
