¡Bienvenido a Islander 317! ¡Salga a la playa, relájese en el balcón y disfrute de los hermosos amaneceres y puestas de sol sobre el Golfo, o disfrute de los parques acuáticos, restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna locales!
Tenemos acceso a la playa privada, que se encuentra a pocos pasos del lobby isleño. Servicio de playa gratuito de 2 sillas y una sombrilla disponible de marzo a octubre. También puede alquilar tablas de remo y kayaks en la playa.
Nuestra unidad está ubicada en el 3er piso y fue completamente renovada en 2015. Cuenta con pisos de azulejos frescos y limpios, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos, ropa de cama nueva y muebles nuevos en el comedor y el dormitorio principal. Es un condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños que duerme 6. El sofá de la sala de estar se despliega en un sofá cama doble. Hay 3 televisores: una pantalla plana de 55 "(con reproductor de Blu-Ray) en la sala de estar y una pantalla plana de 32" en cada habitación. Hay una sala de ejercicios completa con una máquina para correr, una máquina elíptica y dos máquinas de resistencia de la parte superior del cuerpo al lado de la recepción en el vestíbulo. También tenemos dos piscinas (una de ellas climatizada), varias parrillas al aire libre, tejo, canchas de tenis y una cancha de básquetbol.
Nuestra unidad forma parte del programa de alquiler The Islander, lo que significa que usted recibe todos los servicios que ofrece el resort, incluido el servicio de recepción las 24 horas durante los meses de verano. Las actividades para niños están disponibles durante la temporada alta de verano, como pintar en la playa, espectáculos de animales exóticos y mucho más.

The condo was very nice and clean. The listing says there is a washer and dryer in the unit. That is not true. They have a laundry service on tuesdays and thursdays. The bed in the master was not comfortable at all. My husband and i hardly slept the whole trip. Other than that, everything worked and the front desk was very accommodating.

Better than advertised. The condo is beautifully designed and furnished. Well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, tasteful design, and comfortable. Just steps from the best beach in Destin. We recommend 100%

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The condo was clean, up to date appliance and decor. We felt at home for the week my family stayed. Short walk to the beach and with the chair and umbrella included it was a plus. Loved that there was two pool options and how close the condo was to attractions and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when in Destin.

No Keurig machine in the room, had to get coffee elsewhere. Loved Capriccios Café down the street. The walk to the beach is short and very nice. The view isn't terrible but would have loved a beach view, its blocked by other buildings. The condo was clean, beds and couch were comfortable for a 5 day stay, parking was good. Location was in the middle of everything. Would definitely stay here again but request to have a room closer to the elevator.

We have stayed at the Islander 5 times now. We love the condo's and the location. We usually go Mid-May & Mid-October and it's perfect no crowds on the beach or restaurants. Our daughter is in a wheelchair and she has no problems getting on the beach.

Family Vacation
This property was clean and very well stocked. The location is great with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. The pools and the beach are just a short walk from the condo. The beach was pretty crowded and the rental chairs take up most of the beach. Of course that is no fault of the property owner I would just recommend to future renters to go down to the beach extra early to get a good spot during the summer rush. This is a great location for families, they have family friendly activities most nights.

Awesome stay!!
We drove all the from Texas and stayed at the Islander and it was amazing…The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable…the view from the balcony was something out of a magazine…you could see the ocean and boats out from the balcony and could see our kids swimming in the pool!! Perfect location and would definitely stay again!!

Overall good
The check-in process could have been faster. Only having two elevators only sucked when arriving and departing. We took the stairs any other time. The property was also older than we anticipated but it worked out. The furniture was kind of dingy looking so we sat on towels but other than that it was good!

Me and my husband spent a week here with our toddler. The unit was very kid friendly and the smart TVs were nice when we needed a break from the beach. The unit also had the complimentary beach chair service so we always had 2 chairs and an umbrella when we went out to the beach(such a must because Destin sun is so hot!!) We did feel like the king bed was slightly creaky. Other than that everything worked great in the unit and it was just as it was pictured.

My husband and I are both retired and we travel with our best friends of over 30 years. Our annual trip is almost always a week in Florida in early May before the kids are out of school. We stayed at Inlet Reef in 2021 and were planning to stay there. Prices were high. Then we found The Islander!! Our first time be it will not be the last time! We all four loved it! Your employees were the best. From the front desk to the grounds keeper to the guy on the beach. We hoping to be in 517 in 2023. We have already checked it out. Just waiting on the prices! Thank you for a fabulous week!

Nice property. Family feel. Well maintained property. Broken toilet was fixed within minutes. Check in was a bit slow. No one at the front desk when we arrived at check in time. Still ,overall a nice location and beautiful beach!
