Great location 10 minutes from the beach. Safe quiet neighborhood for running and kids biking in the street. Thanks to the outdoor screening, patio and house were clean and completely bug free. Hot tub and heated pool were a win and main reason we booked. House was spacious and had all the things you need from condiments to trash bags to pool toys, towels and life jackets. Beds were comfy and the closet converted to an extra bunk was perfect for our 2 yr old! Due to cold temps, manatees weren’t in the bay but according to locals, they normally are which is a short walk from the house. Communication with James was great and he even gave some local recommendations for us. We are coming back next year and would very likely stay again if we come to the same town.

Me and my family rented this property for the week of Thanksgiving 2023 and had a fantastic time. We loved the Spanish forward vibe of the house / courtyard and the pool / hot tub were outstanding. It says saltwater pool and hot tub but you do not taste salt at all or feel that on your skin. I was a bit worried about that when booking but it was not an issue at all. The location of this property is located in the middle of everything with shopping / groceries / dining all within a stones throw of the house. The area / subdivision is very well kept and safe to walk or ride bikes around the area. Everything in the house was labeled very well and the kitchen was stocked with most of the things you will need to make any kind of meal. We had a multi course Thanksgiving meal for 8 to give you an idea of what we had to work with so there is no shortage of kitchen items. Anna Maria island is only a few minutes away which has some very nice beaches and great island viby stores and restaurants. Lastly, the communication between the host and us was great. They answer their phone every time we had a question (even on Thanksgiving) and called back to make sure we got what we needed. Me and my family highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of booking in the Bradenton area. I am sure we will book again the next time we are staying in this area.

Our family of 8 had such an amazing week together in this super spacious yet cozy home. Honestly felt like home and it had an awesome screened in (no critters!) private heated pool and hot tub. Absolutely convenient to everything. Plenty of beaches to choose from just a short drive away. I could go on and on!

Outstanding time with family, we spent a week and it was like home… the home was beautiful, the amenities were incredible. James and Regan thank you for everything, the property had everything you could want for a beach vacation. This will be on the return list.
Highly recommend staying at this property, we saw manatees right at the end of block, we did some fishing and bike riding (fishing poles and bikes all part of the property)

This was our second time staying here and everything was perfect as usual! Check-in was simple, house had everything you needed, close to beaches & shopping, the pool area was awesome, and the owners are very accommodating. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

We had such a wonderful stay. The hosts were so kind and acommodating. The property was very well equipped with anything you might need. The location was amazing, close to Anna Maria Island and some beautiful beaches. A fun surprise was that the property was also a short walk to a little outlet with great manatee viewing. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful enclosed pool. Would absolutely stay again.

This property more than exceeded our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. It is very toddler/preschool friendly with lots of little extras that just enhance the experience. My 4-year old granddaughter fell in love with the book nook/daybed and all of its Disney books. If there was a way to give this property a “6” I would do it! We have already booked for next year… that decision was made on the first day we were there!!

The house was in a perfect location just 10 minutes from the beaches. Nice neighborhood, pool and hot tub. Very roomy with plenty of kitchen supplies, etc. Even had a Christmas tree! We definitely plan to return.

This house was exactly as it’s listed. Full of necessities like spices, dishes, pots, pans, toilet paper, towels etc. great location. Nice neighborhood close to beautiful beaches. We lived in the beautiful pool and hot tub. The owners were always available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this house. We loved it.

We had a fantastic stay and vacation in Bradenton, the accommodation is exactly as pictured, well equipped and in perfect working order, and is in a fantastic location, close to perfect beaches, water sports, and exploring everything that this great location had to offer.

Great family retreat
This was a great spot for a wonderful vacation. It was clean, well appointed with all the things you need to have fun, no matter the age. We met grandparents for a family vacation and all three generations were comfortable. The pool with the large covered seating area was a perfect place for everyone to talk while the kids were swimming. There was plenty of room to sit at the many dining tables. And all the beds were really comfortable. And Anna Maria island was a really short drive away for beautiful beaches. (though we had trouble finding parking at the public beaches on the weekend. There was plenty available when we went otherwise). And we loved being 2 blocks from the inlet where we could see the manatee each morning. We would definitely stay again.

Great location!
This rental had everything you need for your beach vacation. The little ones enjoyed the pool and Grammy enjoyed the hot tub! Beaches were an easy 15-20 minutes away! Although we weren’t fortunate to see them there is a Manatee viewing area at the end of the street.

Beautiful home, well maintained plenary of room. After long days being active in the sun the pool and hot tub were wonders to come home too. Kitchen has all you need for cooking meals.

Great stay over Xmas!!
We had a great time staying at the property over Christmas break! The property was clean and as described and our hosts were easy to communicate with. Shopping, restaurants and entertainment were all within a short drive and we even saw some manatees at the park down the road which was a thrill for the kiddos in our group. This rental was great! The house was very clean and accommodating. There were lots of convenient amenities (towels, dishes, even kids life jackets for the pool). The pool and spa area were so nice.
