Very nice staff and place

Room wasn't as clean and not good isolated. You could hear everything.

Clean, comfortable stay in a nice location very near to restaurants and the sea.

In the city centre, large room and bed, good breakfast.

I contacted the facility before arrival to book treatments. I received an e-mail reply that there would be no problem with the availability of treatments. It was only after my arrival that I found out that the physiotherapist was not working during the long weekend. I understand that she does not have to work on holidays, but the hotel staff informed me of this when I could no longer cancel my booking. I suspect that in the earlier e-mail conversation this information was held back from me so that I would not cancel my booking. It was very disappointing because I chose this hotel only because of the treatments.

The hotel is situated close to the beach, and in walking distance to the city.

The room was not cleaned properly. The sheets had several stains on them, and there were empty beer and liquor bottles under the bed. The minibar (which was broken) had mould in it. It was difficult to communicate with the staff in English, we had better luck in German. The time for checkout was a bit on the early side (10:00).

Friendly Staff, tasty breakfast, good location

Two major minuses: 1. The breakfast room is much too small. I spent 3 nights there and whenever I showed up for breakfast, all the tables were occupied. You always have to wait for a few minutes until someone leaves. Very annoying, especially if you have daytime plans. 2. Very bad noise insulation. You can even listen to youe neighbors coughing or talking to each other. Other than that, it would be a good value for the price, but for me these two things are major disadvantages.
