We feel fortunate to have stayed in this upscale, modern luxury apartment with nice artwork, clean and simple furnishings, custom kitchen. It was situated in downtown Asheville for exploring on foot. Mike was very responsive in responding to a technical issue with the television. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous “New York” style brick loft. Great windows and lovely atrium with floor to ceiling windows. Modern but soft beautiful furniture. Highly recommend.

This condo is awesome - great layout, great decor in the best location. We had an awesome time. We loved the outdoor patio, speakers throughout the place and airy feel. It is located right downtown - we walked everywhere. Also, very quiet considering the downtown location. Thanks for having us!!

We had an amazing time at The Sinclair! It was so uniquely decorated and situated. It felt like home away from home, even though its design was modern and totally different from what we’re used to. Located in the perfect downtown Asheville spot - walking distance to everything we would want! We would absolutely return.

Stepping off the private elevator into 301 Sinclair is stepping into spacious, light-bathed luxury and comfort. The design is stunning—absolutely captivating. The detail! The kitchen wall is a master’s project in Scandinavian design, with all the thoughtfulness that suggests. The design details just do not stop—for example, the symmetry between the cushioned bench that runs beneath the row of windows at one end of the apartment is parallel by its twin running beneath the row of windows in the second bedroom on the far side of this retreat. Wonderful original artwork throughout! Glorious, re-claimed wood floors bathed in light blanket the space with character, warmth, and charm. The inner courtyard, walled in retractable glass, is a remarkably special retreat within this retreat. A skylight welcomes yet more outside light into the primary bath, and transom windows throughout allow the light to flow. Pocket doors do not get in the way—of the light and you. Privacy is welcomed in this oasis of light with the push of buttons that lower hidden retractable blinds. The space is simply spectacular. What a space—what a find!

I had a lovely time with my mom and sisters at The Sinclair. It is well situated to walk to nearby shops, museums and restaurants. I kept my car in The Sinclair garage and only needed to use it to travel to the Biltmore property. My sister kept her car at the AC hotel garage which was a quick walk down the street and $15/day. This unit had a dedicated elevator which my mom's knees were especially grateful. The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. We stayed in one night and cooked and had all we needed. This was a special place and the hosts were wonderful.

The Sinclair is our favorite place to stay when visiting Asheville. This was our 4th time staying at the Sinclair and each time we are impressed with the attention to detail the owner has. The location is perfect and allows us to park the car for the whole stay and easily walk anywhere downtown. We are looking forward to our next stay!!

This property is conveniently located in walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. It is highly upscale and tastefully modern with everything you need for a great vacation. The rooms are large and comfortable and the owners were very accommodating. Almost hate to leave this review because the cat will be out of the bag. Will certainly be returning . Wonderful.

The Sinclair is in the heart of it all, and does not disappoint with its spectacular interior design details and personal touches for the guests. This place is a 10. We’ve stayed in the building 3x now and will be back.

There's not much to add that others haven't covered. However, I feel compelled to offer yet another glowing review. The Sinclair is top notch in every aspect. I've been to many vacation rentals over the years and have found that there are a lot of nice places. I've also found that most of these places are missing something or things are broken or even that the place isn't really clean. None of this applies to The Sinclair; quite the opposite, actually. Everything was there and in working order and it was very clean. There were detailed instructions everywhere so I never found myself trying to figure out how to get the bluetooth speakers to work, for instance. I really can't say enough about the effort that went into making sure all the details were addressed. We actually spent more time in than out because we didn't want to leave.
As long as The Sinclair is available we will be staying there anytime we are in Asheville.

My wife and I went to Asheville for her birthday. I wanted to make it a special one, so I spent a lot of time looking at Asheville properties to find the right location. I kept coming back to this listing for it’s perceived quality and location. I am very glad to tell you that when we arrived the location and property was even more amazing than it looked in the pictures! We had an awesome 3 nights/4 days of shopping, dining, and taking in the entertainment all within easy walking distance of this amazing property. Also the owner Peter was fantastic about checking on us to make sure things were going smoothly. My wife and I will definitely go back here and can’t wait to do so!! I hope you have the same fantastic experience!

Very clean and spacious. So well maintained and loved the modern feel. Very convenient and we were walking distance to restaurants and shopping. ( only thing we couldn’t get to by foot was a grocery store) We enjoyed our stay!!

The layout lends itself to privacy from the main living area and the two bedrooms from each other. Also, the on-site parking with private elevator was phenomenal! We were able to easily unload our car and walk a few feet to the elevator, and just like that, you’re in!
Location was perfect! Easy to walk to all sights and restaurants downtown. And really easy access to the highways.

The layout lends itself to privacy from the main living area and the two bedrooms from each other. Also, the on-site parking with private elevator was phenomenal!
