Our stay was great! The owner was very quick to respond to our questions. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was nicely remodeled and the deck had amazing views. We had everything we needed for a great stay!

The condo unit was perfect for me! It was so easy to get all around the island for a week. The view of the sunrise, sound of the waves, and walk along the beach was the absolute highlight of my day. I appreciated having a washer/dryer so my laundry was done and packed for my return trip home. I would definitely stay here again. Anyone worried about only having an AC in the bedroom need not worry. When in the living and dining room, an AC is not needed with the tradewinds. I slept sound with the AC in the bedroom.

The place was perfectly located just south of the center of Kapaa. The apartment was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The only downside is if you are on the lenai, there is a old broken down building to your right which is a bit of an eye sore. The building is also off a main road, so it can be a little loud at night time and early in the morning.

My husband and I stayed in one unit and our daughter and boyfriend stayed in the other. They got engaged while we were here! The views were breathtaking and the units clean and very comfortable. We saw seals and a turtle swimming right below us and watched a fisherman catch and release a shark during one of our morning coffees on the lanai. Shayne was so responsive to all our maneuvering when we thought we’d be unable to spend our 2nd week in Maui because of the fires and so gracious when we found out we could. Not only do I highly recommend this unit, but I know we will be back soon.

The condo was nice and comfortable, felt like home. Shayne was great and very responsive and hospitable. The view was lovely and the air conditioner worked great in the bedroom.

The place is as advertised. The view is fantastic and the A/C in the bedroom is a must. The location is great for being centralized in Kauai. Close to restraunts, the beach and fun activities. The only small downside is the large amount of road noise. Great place overall though

We enjoyed our stay in Kauai very much. Overall the condo was good bargain and location. However a few things were not as perceived on the website photos and information. The view as shown was great of the beach and water from in the living room until you stepped onto the balcony your view was of a burned out abandoned building just below balcony level. OK that's not horrible and yet it was not as shown. A bigger deal for us was the lack of A/C in the entire condo? There was only a large noisy A/C stand alone unit in the bedroom which didn't come close to providing us with the cool temps we would have liked in the living room, kitchen, bathroom. We were told to open the balcony doors and enjoy the trade winds??? Hmmm, trade winds gave us alot of warm/hot humidity in the condo vs a comfortable temp. They did provide multiple fans which did help alittle. Condo was very comfortable as rental for 10 days and we liked the location alot since it is mid island and gave us easy access north or south. Next trip we will look for a different place mostly because of the A/C. I suppose if we were locals we would get used to it as was mentioned to us by a person from housekeeping. We chose to enjoy our good fortune to be in Kauai and not s literally sweat the small stuff. I think the owner could do better on the website info based on my past experience as rental owner of condos in Florida for many years.

No air conditioning other than bedroom. Listing says sea breezes for rest of unit. Not so much! Bathroom gets no air at all.
View from inside condo is good, but from lanai there is a big eyesore of a rusted out restaurant and beach used by many homeless who do not follow the quiet time policies required at the condo complex.

Came to unwind.
We have been rejuvenated ,refreshed and reenergized. The place was awesome and we can not say enough about location. We spent a lot of time on the lanai over looking the beach and listening to the crashing waves. 🍷💖🌅

The condo was super clean and had pretty everything you need for a vacation. It did get quite warm in the living room which does not have air conditioner. We got use to it after a few days. I would definitely book this condo again!

Good stay, great location. The place was stocked with everything we needed. Agree with the other reviews regarding the A/C, but at least it was in the bedroom where having one was most crucial. Property manager was nice, responsive and accommodating.

Perfectly located in the middle of the island for easy driving to all points of interest. Perfect for 2 people with the a/c in the bedroom. Nice and cool at night. Good breeze through the condo during the day with the windows and back door open. Nice decor and plenty of towels, beach accessories etc. Easy access to the beach and a little bistro across the street. Coconut marketplace is within a short walk also. We had breakfast on the lanai watching wind surfers and played cards there at night listening to the ocean. Great stay, We definitely recommend and will stay there again.

This location is great because wherever your day takes you, everything is easy to get to. Road traffic is a bit noisy at night but the sounds of the waves are a reminder of why you go to paradise. Enjoy!

My partner and I had a wonderful, romantic getaway. We loved staying in this beautiful condo by the water. The host was gracious and accommodating. The lodging were clean, comfortable great location and everything and we loved listening to the waves each night. The hose provides AC we didn’t need it, but we enjoyed the trade winds blowing through the house every night. A wonderfully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine anymore and a great location.

Located RIGHT ON the ocean! We listened to the waves all day, every day. It was absolutely gorgeous! This condo is centrally located on the island, allowing you to easily travel north to Princeville and Hanalei Bay as well as south to Poipu for sunsets and turtles. Would come back tomorrow if I could!
Host was wonderful to work with. Condo is stocked with everything you need. This place lacks nothing!

The host provided a lot of information before check in which made planning super easy. The room was clean and cool upon arrival. Everything was provided by the host. Parking was easy and always available. The only issue we had were a few flying cockroaches in the room one night, but we didn’t see them after that. Overall, a good place to stay.

I stayed here with my friend and we had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and has so much more than expected, which was great since we ate most meals there. The property manager is very sweet and helpful. We also used the pool on the days we needed a little downtime, and it has warm water and was quiet and relaxing. We both really appreciated the quiet environment of the whole complex, aside from the street noise behind us. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery across the street, as well as Coconut Marketplace. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shayne!

We stayed a week, accomodations were nice and the washer dryer was a huge plus. Our view was great and the breeze and sounds coming from the ocean were lovely. The only downfall we had was construction happened on the road directly in front of our window all night. Thankfully it was only one night. I do request that next time we would like to cancel the 4am rooster alarms. :)

Perfect for our needs. Visiting friends staying near Coconut Marketplace. Great lanai, comfortable, clean living areas. Property manager was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
Drawback is the bedroom overlooks a gas station and highway 56.

Arrived late in the evening to find music playing softly, lights on in the apartment, and a very welcoming atmosphere. In the morning, the ocean stretched before me.
Exactly what I had hoped for!
Because there is nearby highway construction, there is some traffic noise at night. The sound of the surf usually drowns it out.
Parking is easy. There’s a gas station across the street. Staying on the east side of the island made it convenient to drive to attractions on both the north shore and the south shore.
If you are lucky enough to meet the housekeeper, Marvis, she will enlighten you with wonderful island stories.

The view was great and it was easy to walk to the beach. The vacant building was fenced off so no one was living there. Although it wasn’t nice to look at, it would not stop us from staying again and recommending to others. It did get a little warm in the living area on some days without the a/c but we were usually busy most of the day. The kitchen was well stocked, it would be nice to have an extra bath towel or two when staying a week or longer and more toilet paper. The negative for us was the traffic noise, there were times it was quite excessive. It was nice you are in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall we would recommend and would stay again.

This condo is central to both north and south shores not to mention its own beautiful beaches . It is an older condo but clean and you can’t outdo the view in the morning !

The property location is good. Unit was comfortable and clean though dated, could use some minor upgrades. Not all basic paper products were stocked which was disappointing. Good thing there was an A/C unit in bedroom for sleeping, as condo is very warm during the day. Would be nice to have a couple boogie boards for the beach. Traffic noise is very loud when sitting outside on lanai as Condo bldg is right along the road. Overall our stay was good, loved Kauai!!

Easy rental to recommend. Super clean, great location as far as proximity to the entire island. Beautiful oceanfront view. Very well stocked kitchen for a vacation rental. It’s a bit noisy at night, but we ran the bedroom ac and slept fine.

The view is amazing…. My only concern about the unit itself, was that it’s listed as air conditioned… which is only the bedroom.
It worked great in there, but in the living area it was quite warm.
Overall tho, fabulous place, and a great week on Kauai!

We arrived at the condo and the building and grounds are immaculate, so clean. The pool area is so clean and well taken care of by the on site Manager and he is very friendly and welcoming as was the cleaning lady, very friendly:)
Entry to the condo we rented was very easy to access and has everything you will need except your groceries! We went to Walmart, Safeway and Coscto.
The bed was very comfortable with air conditioning in the bedroom and all linens were available and clean including all your bathroom linens as well including beach towels! In suite laundry makes the stay easier as you can dry and wash the beach towels or whatever else you may to wash.
This is not the owner or building manager’s issue but there is a vacant building next to this condo building and unfortunately this suite’s patio looks out onto the building which is being occupied by homeless people. It’s very unpleasant so we were unable to enjoy time on the patio as they were right below looking up and the smell travels in the heat which is unpleasant. Again the condo owner has acted on this when I addressed the issue and hopefully they can be evicted to make things better. The view otherwise is absolutely stunning and being able to watch the sunrise and sunset was spectacular.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to this building in hopes that the homeless shelter will be gone by next time. It is centrally located and easy access to everything:).

The good: the place was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen utensils to cooler, chairs and mats for the beach.
The bad: the neighborhood is a little sketchy. It is basically right across from the old Cocoa Palms that was destroyed in a hurricane 1992.
The ugly: We rented this particular unit based on the view and the “just steps to the beach”. When I walked out on the balcony you immediately notice that you are overlooking the old beach bar from the Cocoa Palms that was destroyed in 1992. There were several homeless men living there which made us very uncomfortable going to the beach adjacent to the property. It’s very unfortunate for the owner because it isn’t his fault that they haven’t taken care of this eyesore in 30 years.
Elvis may have stayed at the Cocoa Palms and part of Blue Hawaii was filmed in that beach but he has left the building and it needs to go!

Great central location. The cafe/bakery across the street had great breakfast. The unit was clean and nice. I was very thankful there was air conditioning in the bedroom.

Overall, an excellent stay with good communication with the owner. Easy coded (i.e., keyless and secure) entry to the apartment, with a lanai overlooking the beach with a southeast exposure. The bed is comfortable, and the A/C is adequate for the bedroom only. There is a good breeze through the apartment, although the living room / sofa bed can be a bit warm for sleeping. The kitchen is well equipped, especially as we prepared just about every meal in the kitchen during our six day stay. We loved the sounds of the pounding surf!

This condo was perfect for our 2 week stay in Kauai. Close to the airport, easy drive to visit both the north and south end of the island. Love that there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Condo is stocked with all necessary items. We did miss the tradewind breeze this visit, but appreciated the a/c in the bedroom. Fans made the rest of the condo more comfortable, as during the day it could get pretty warm in the condo. Usually, we were out exploring the beautiful island anyway. Check in was simple. We would definitely recommend, thanks Shayne!
