This was a fabulous little getaway. I had everything I needed and more. If I needed anything, it would show up! Ann was above and beyond helpful and accommodating in every way. The bed and linens were very cozy. I slept like a baby. Plenty of towels, coffee, etc…if there was anything else I needed, I asked, and it would show up! It was very centrally located. 10 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes away from a great shopping plaza. Small hot plate, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and a Keurig coffee maker. Everything I needed.

This property is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting the Wilmington NC area. Has everything you need and is comfortable. The owner is super friendly and will direct you to anything you need.

The apartment was provided with all the essentials, such as plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer...and Anne offered beach chairs and a sunshade.
We'll repeat for sure if available next time we want to spend the night near the beach :)

10 star communication with host…Anne did everything to ensure a wonderful stay for us! The place is a very cute efficiency in a quiet and safe neighborhood within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfortable!! Will definitely return the next time we visit our daughter!!

Was in town for the weekend for a wedding and this property was in a great location. Very close to downtown and close to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

My boyfriend and I and our fur babies had a nice relaxing stay here during memorial day weekend. Although it rained the whole time we were there the host gave us some tips on what to do since we couldn't enjoy the beach. It was definitely the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and it was hard to readjust to our bed at home haha! Would definitely stay again, hopefully with better weather next time!

Anne’s place is clean, stylish and had everything we needed. We were in town for a soccer tournament and brought along an extra kid (teen). Anne graciously proved us with an inflated air mattress for us to use and made it up with cozy blankets. She was a great communicator from beginning to end, always with immediate responses. And the location was situated 10-15 min from the beach and a bit further to the soccer field but that was less important to the kids than the beach :). Dinner at Brixx in the shopping area close by after a physical day of soccer games was perfect. Would stay there again!

Everything was great and an easy check in! Only thing that I will say is that there is no longer a couch. There are two chairs in its place. That didn’t effect our stay at all though and we had a fabulous weekend trip!

Not enough words to describe this “first time” process. Great communication from beginning to our departure today. Extra clean, extremely comfortable bed, easy access to our docking location, and shopping right around the corner!! Definitely another trip here in our future!! Thanks so much!!

This property was clean and quiet with many amenities on site. The neighborhood was very safe and neighbors were friendly. The proximity to Mayfaire center shopping was a bonus! We enjoyed being in a neighborhood close to nice restaurants. We would not change anything about our stay. It is a memorable place in which to stay again. :) Eric

This rental fit all of our needs. Pet friendly, residential neighborhood, felt safe walking my pups at night, comfortable bed, very clean and cozy. Our host provided a coffee station, linens and towels and a sweet welcome note. She was quick to answer any questions, was kind and welcoming during our phone chat. 5 Stars for sure.

This was a great choice of a place to stay when travelling with a pup as it is a room over a garage in an otherwise one story house so you are not sharing any walls which gives you less of a chance of bothering anyone if the dog barks. We enjoyed the room and liked that we could watch Netflix to wind down the day.

Quiet and Convenient.
The neighborhood was quiet and I enjoy how convenient the distance was to other places. The bed mattress wasn’t that comfortable. Perhaps a platform with a memory foam mattress will do the trick. Annie communication was excellent and I love how she decorated the room. The small dogs enjoyed the room and the walk in the neighborhood. Thanks 🙂.

Excellent location, clean room
The location was fabulous. The room was clean it was the right size for just two of us. I should have read the amenities more closely, because we had to purchase an iron, umbrella, and beach towels.
As it turned out, we did not need to cook meals, but the hot plate and counter space are very small, so not sure how large of a meal we would’ve been able to prepare anyway.
