80 Buttercup was the perfect house for our family of 5 to spend the week In Watercolor! The location was great and the owner was wonderful! Lisa was so easy to communicate with and so helpful with whatever we needed. This is definitely a house I would recommend for your next trip to 30A!

This house is two blocks from the WaterColor Beach Club. So convenient to everything. We only used the house and didn't add the garage apartment, and it worked great for my wife, two sons and two nieces. I'm sure we will book this unit again.

This was a beautiful house with the perfect location. We were able to walk or ride our bikes to any place we wanted to checkout. The hosts answered any of our questions right away, and the house had everything anyone could need. We would definitely rent this house again.

The home has a really nice layout and we really enjoyed the location and resort amenities. The bikes were wonderful to have. The owner was pleasant to work with and prompt in addressing our questions. As much as we liked the location and amenities, the home wasn’t clean. It was “picked up” in the sense that the cleaning crew did their job, but, many areas of the home were dirty. - Upholstered furniture is very worn (lots of stains) and is due for replacing. - Rugs throughout the home are dirty and due for replacing, especially the one in the kitchen. - Carpet is worn/stained. - Master bath shower has black mold and needs a really good deep clean. - Master shower basin is grimy and needs a deep clean. - Master bedroom mattress is uncomfortable (mattress sinks in and also has no cushion to it). - Found dog food on the floor in the kitchen and there’s also a large yellow carpet stain in the master. I understood the property to be no-pets. Disappointed to see that’s not the case. - The house could really use a one sheet/how-to-guide for the specifics of watercolor and the house. These type of things would include the Wi-Fi code, the beach access information, the bike code, where to leave wristbands, etc. If all this detail was outlined clearly in one spot that would eliminate confusion and questions that I had for the owner. Some of this information was provided in various emails, but, it’s helpful to have everything listed out and not interrupt your normal day-to-day. Again, we enjoyed the location and amenities, and the owner was kind and prompt. This home would be a 5-star home with a deep clean and replacing upholstered furniture, worn rugs and replacing carpet.

We had a wonderful tiime in Watercolor. This home has everything you need. The location was great and an easy walk to everything. We spend most of our time at the pool and beach.

The photos don’t do it justice…even better in person! And the location is IDEAL to experience everything the area has to offer.

We had a wonderful time at 80 Buttercup. The location is wonderful. We were a few minutes walk to the beach, and a block from the shops in watercolor. Loved the pools in watercolor as well as the Boat house. Lisa was a wonderful host, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

We had a great time at 80 Buttercup. The location is fantastic: walking distance to boathouse, beach club, FOOW, and the Watercolor shops, but the house has bikes when you want to ride over to Seaside. House was comfortable and easy. Owners were accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Definitely recommend!

This house is super close to the Watercolor Beach Club and 30A, so an easy walk or bike ride to Seaside and Grayton Beach areas. It's a very comfortable house with a well appointed kitchen and lots of room for everyone!

The house was very nice and in a great location. Lisa was very nice. She reached out to make sure everything was going well. I could easily call her if I needed. Our family had a wonderful time.

The house was exactly like the pictures and fit 8 of us very comfortably. Lisa and Alan were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The access to all of the WaterColor amenities was impressive and we will definitely be coming back.

The location of this house could not be better. Having little children, we could easily walk to the beach/club pools without it being a big to-do. Easy bike ride to Camp Watercolor, too. We loved our stay here!

We had a great experience renting this home. The home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The house has a very nice small pocket park across the street, and a very nice park just a half block to the south. Very easy walk to the beach club, and an easy bike ride to downtown seaside. We loved it. Lisa was a wonderful owner. She called me a week ahead of our rental to coordinate with me and fill me in on everything we needed to know about the rental. In our conversation I mentioned that we liked pickelball. She told me she had two racquets, but were needed four. When we got to the rental she had gone and bought two more for us. That was just one examples of Lisa going out of her way to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend this rental.

We checked in on March 15 when Covid 19 was just starting to cause some closures in the US. Lisa and I stayed in touch as she received info from the HOA about the status of Watercolor amenities. We were able to enjoy the pools and the beaches but were prepared for closures. Luckily we were able to plan and made the most out of the situation. The house is amazing, we cooked a lot and enjoyed the gorgeous weather. The location was also ideal, the kids walked or road bikes everywhere. Even in the middle of a pandemic it was a great trip and Lisa was very accommodating to our needs. We will most definitely return!

We had a great experience! We love Watercolor. This house was perfect...comfortably slept 7 plus a baby in the large master closet! Great location easy to bike to anywhere and close enough to walk to beach! Great front porch on quiet street and green space across the street for the kids! We grilled out one night and had plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area for our Thanksgiving feast! Will definitely return!

Our family spent a week in Watercolor for the first time at this home and it could not have been better. The location was prime for access to the pools and beach. The house worked very well for our family. The three grandkids had the upstairs bedroom, the parents had the bedrooms and Grandma made herself at home in the carriage house. We loved the bikes for getting around and were just a short walk up to the bike shop to rent a bike for one of the grandkids. We love Watercolor for the family atmosphere and quiet nights. The owner was responsive to an issue with the A/C in the carriage house our first day and while it was an inconvenience, she made the situation right by us. The service company stayed until 9pm to make sure the A/C was working and came back the next day to follow up. Overall, we hope to return to Watercolor soon and would certainly look to stay at 80 Buttercup again. Thank you Lisa!

This property is in a great location, but the house is not up to standards of other houses in Watercolor. I've vacationed in Watercolor / Seaside annually for the last 20+ years and the development itself is excellent. The owner kept over half my refundable damage deposit (this has NEVER happened to me in 20+ years of staying in various houses in the area). The owner does not use the standard property mgmt companies the other house owners use, such as 360 Blue, or Exclusive 30A, and it clearly shows. The money was kept due to "extra cleaning" for a small carpet stain and a drop on the couch.. which I don't even believe we caused. She was also upset that we moved a small end-table and 1 chair about 15 feet into the kitchen area for sitting (there is not a breakfast table). We were also initially accused of bending a heavy metal door on the dryer, which was completely untrue! Further, on the day of checkout the "cleaners" woke my son up at 7:15am demanding to know who he was and only gave him until 8:00am to be completely gone. This was rude, not according to contract, and unacceptable practice. His flight wasn't until 6:30 that night, so he and his girlfriend had to go find a place to stay with their luggage for most of the day. Things were fine until the day of checkout, as the owner responded to emails with a few questions we had during our stay. But the way the trip ended and the way we were treated was awful, and we will never stay here again.

We just got back from our vacation at Watercolor. This house is such a delight! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants and yet tucked away on a quiet side street away from the crowds. We were there for Spring Break and really enjoyed being able to walk or bike wherever we needed to go but still escape the craziness when needed. The front porch is a delight and all the rooms have en suite bathrooms. We will be back!
