Very clean and quiet

The property was outstanding. A few blocks away from Bunker Hill memorial. The location was great! Would definitely go back again and stay there.

My son (10) and I had a great stay in this Charlestown gem. Cindy and Arthur are fabulous hosts. The apartment is clean, quiet, and super accessible to everything Boston has to offer. We hope to be back again!

We loved our stay. Great location to walk to restaurants and neighborhood pubs, and T Stop not far. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect location, and very walkable to most of Boston’s frequently visited sites. Cindy and Arthur were great hosts; if I’m in town again I’m staying here!

If this place is a available the next time you are heading towards Boston, book it! Cindy and Arthur’s place is gorgeous and Charlestown couldn’t be a more perfect sightseeing base. The apartment lives like a house, is very roomy with a good sized kitchen and large bedroom. The pullout bed was super comfortable too.. Arthur and Cindy were such gracious wonderful hosts. Don’t hesitate to reserve this clean beautiful place if you are lucky enough for it to be open.

The place is very attractive and has everything one might need. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, and bedding. The neighborhood is very attractive to walk around and convenient to stores, cafes, etc. Convenient communication. Highly recommended for a visit to Boston.

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Close to USS Constitution ,Freedom Trail ,and Bunker Hill . Had great restuarant walking distance. We use the subway and ferry to get around Boston. The couch is not comfortable for sitting or sleeping. Cindy has everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen. Would stay there again and recommend to anyone going to Boston.

We loved our stay here. Charlestowne is a very nice area, and we moved that we could walk to food and groceries. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants within a few blocks of the apartment. The hosts were great, and staying in a historic property was exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is just a described and pictured! VERY clean and well-appointed. The drink & dinnerware were just right for us. Linens are high quality. Plenty of hangers and a very decent iron/board. Brief instructions in the kitchen and bathroom help. Cindy gave helpful info when we arrived - the map she & Arthur created with local stores/etc. was very helpful. She outlined the process for the subway, too. The apartment is just right for a few days or weeks.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with all of the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Hosts on site are very helpful. The historical neighborhood is a delight to walk through and well located with easy access to restaurants and Bostons major attractions. Highly recommended!

Cindy and her husband opened their Charlestown apartment to my family of four (adults or very near adults) and I could not be more appreciative or complimentary. Discovering Charlestown as a unique, historic district and staying in a historic home set a wonderful tone for our Boston trip. The apartment is spacious and the four of us had room for privacy and to relax after a day on the town. The decor is welcoming, beds are plentiful and comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, bathroom was clean and had useful amenities (tons of toilet paper, soap, towels). The patio is a nice respite and watching locals going about their business while eating a meal or enjoying a cup of coffee gives a nice homey feel. Cindy helped with food recommendations which were great-don’t miss the historic Warren Tavern just a block or so away. We really loved that we could retreat from the busy hustle of Boston and stay in a clean, safe part of town that had all the colonial charm you travel to see. Bonus-this apartment allows for easy, walkable access to the city. Downtown and the North End are 15 min by foot and the T is only 7-10 minutes up the street for access to the whole city. 100% recommend.

We so enjoyed having our morning coffee in the courtyard. Arthur met us at the door when we arrived and explained everything. We highly recommend this property.

This was an incredible experience! Our hosts were considerate and helpful in recommending local places. We walked to most places and the weather was incredible.

The space is lovely and in a great place, so close to everything. Our hosts thought of everything. Every detail was perfect. I would highly recommend this space to friends and family.

The property is in an excellent location in Charlestown and both Cindy and Arthur made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, especially with information about the area, shops etc. The property is very clean and well equipped, we could happily have stayed longer.

Perfect location to visit Boston. Arturo and Cindy are very welcoming hosts. The appartment is well equipped. Nice little terrasse. We found the sofa-bed highly uncomfortable but the owners have ordered a new one so that problem should be solved soon. A place we would recommand for sure

Very clean and roomy with a nice back patio. The neighborhood was great, good restaurants just blocks away. Parking was very easy and so close. We parked and left our car in the garage until we left Boston. The owner was nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED staying at this rental. Very comfortable, great location, and excellent amenities. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the patio. Will definitely return next time we're in Boston!

We had a perfect spring weekend in the city. Easy check in, friendly host, all the amenities, and comfortable sleeping. Perfect location! Would definitely stay again.

I had an extended stay at this property (2 weeks) and it was wonderful every day. From the moment I got dropped off at the door, Cindy and Arthur made me feel welcome in their home and the neighborhood. All living areas are well stocked with whatever you could think of. The patio is an added bonus space and great for meals. This property is in a great spot to easily explore other areas of Boston, including East Boston, Cambridge, and the North End. Overall I highly recommend this property and hope to be back myself!

The location was perfect, a quiet and pleasant neighborhood but near to the North End of Boston and all the great sights. Our host was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The house was the perfect setting for the area, being a beautiful, well equipped historic house. The kitchen was well arranged and stocked. An easy walk to a few good restaurants, and an easy Uber or taxi ride to all the sights in Boston.

The host was wonderful, friendly, and accommodating. They have thought of every detail! The place is extremely comfortable for two people. We brought our 18 year-old son (so we were 3) and it also worked well. We loved having a real kitchen! I agree with others that it is a bit nicer than it looks in the photos.
