Beautiful view. Great condo - very homey and comfortable for our family of 5. We used the couch pull out bed, and everyone slept great. The communication with the owner was extremely easy, and she was a great host. We appreciated the extra beach toys/chairs in storage closet. The walk to the pier was short, and the coffee shop near by was terrific.

I have zero complaints. This is the second time we have spent a week here, and loved every second of it.

This property was the best spot in Navarre and I have stayed several times on the island. Very clean and safe property. Gym is smaller than expected but the walk outside was spectacular and side walks are provided to get your daily steps in with great views.

My family and I enjoyed our time here. The condo was super clean and well maintained. It was also very accommodating for a family of 5. The beach was beautiful! The kids had a great time at the pool, too. Hope to come back one day!

The condo was exactly as advertised and had everything a family would need for a relaxing beach trip. Alene was easy to reach with questions and replied promptly. The overall property was excellent and had great amenities. No loud neighbors or wild parties. We had a great time. :)

The unit was nice and clean. Everything was where we were told it would be. Only hiccup was getting the access code for the door. It wasn't emailed to me as indicated, but I called the owner and she was super nice and fixed the issue immediately. The location is great. It's in easy walking distance of a few restaurants. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect!

My husband and I stayed here in mid May with our 10 month old. It was our sons first trip to the beach, first time in a pool, etc. We had a BLAST! The condo looks even better in person than it does on the pictures. It’s well maintained and clean. We arrived a little early but Alene told us we could check in early as the condo had already been cleaned. The kitchen is well stocked, the couch and chairs are comfortable, as is the bed in the Master, but our favorite part by far was the balcony. The view was incredible and the balcony was spacious enough that we were able to put our sons play mat out there so we could still be outside when we weren’t at the beach or pool. When he slept, we played cards on the balcony while listening to the waves. It was a perfect first introduction to the beach and we can’t wait to go back! Thank you Alene!

The condo was nice and clean the ease of getting luggage unloaded was not convenient and the path to the beach was not a straight shot. Nothing against the owner(s), just wasn’t an easy way around.

We had a wonderful experience in Navarre Beach! The condo was just as described, very clean and we had a beautiful view of the beach!

I think a highlight is the condo owner’s quick and super helpful responsiveness. As to the condo itself, great view, very clean and in good working order. The resort itself is also in great shape and nice and close to the heart of the island and the state park. We had a great stay.

Renting was easy, check in easy. Counters in kitchen had sticky, dried substance on them but otherwise clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed a week at Alene's condo. It was quiet and convenient to the beach and fishing pier & Navarre Beach restaurants. Clean and well maintained.

This was our 3rd time to stay at Beach Colony West (our favorite place in Navarre) and our 1st time in this unit. I'm very picky about cleanliness, and this condo was very clean, and you can tell the owner goes out of her way to keep it nice. There are some places on the walls that need some new paint, but I understand that renters in general just don't take care of other people's property. We LOVE the large balconies in this building, and this one had a nice table/chairs, which we enjoyed meals on, and some nice lounge chairs for reading and relaxing on the balcony. We so enjoyed our fall break here and hope to return one day!

Condo was very clean and well appointed. Alene was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any concerns we had. When returning to Navarre Beach we will definitely rent this condo if available.

We are a group of college friends meeting up for our yearly beach trip (now in our 40’s). The condo is spacious, very clean, and has a perfect balcony. It’s on the corner so you have both an ocean view and the inter coastal area. The condo building itself is really nice, as well. It’s gated and has a beautiful pool. When I had any questions, Alene was quick to respond. We also loved that we could easily walk to all the restaurants. I would love to bring my family here!

the condo was really nice and very clean i will say better than the pictures shown. and my wife and i are picky about cleaniness. i will definately try to book this same condo in the future if its available.alene is very nice to communicate with.

Condo is beautiful, very clean. It is very close to the pier and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place for a beach getaway!

It was very nice and clean. The pool was so large it didn’t matter how many people were there. The chairs and umbrella for the beach were very convenient! Also loved all the sand toys and float for our 6 year old. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The only drawback was that we only had 2 parking passes. So if we had friends over we had to go get them due to no parking. But everything else was awesome!

Great time

Very nice and clean condo. Had everything you could need. Host was great to communicate with. Great view of both the gulf and the sound!

This is a nice, comfortable condo. I liked that it has a full size dining table on the balcony. We enjoyed our meals while listening to the surf. Will definitely try to book it again!

This Condo had all the necessary amenities including extras, especially kitchen/cooking items. Spacious and comfortable living area and bedrooms. Nice view from the balcony. The owner offers use of beach chairs and an umbrella which was a nice bonus.

We always stay at beach colony. This unit was nice and very well stocked. Being able to use the chairs in the storage room was an added bonus. The owner was very easy to reach prior to our stay and answered all questions. Thanks again!
