While there we did not communicate with the manager. When looking to rent the manager was cooperative.
The house is beautiful and well supplied. The kitchen had more than ample supplies for cooking but no spices.
We particularly enjoyed the view and the fireplace in the living room. The porch is a plus.

Close to all Maggie Valley has to offer. We were a family of 14 and had plenty of room at Maple Leaf for all to enjoy together and private time. Favorite location was the large porch with beautiful Mountain View’s. Perfect for morning coffee or an evening with a glass of wine. We will definitely return.

Second time in this neighborhood and first in this house, which was everything our two-household family group hoped it would be. Comfortable rooms, plenty of space, and a view that changed through the day. The kitchen was better-appointed than other rentals - I’ve stayed in many - and we were able to enjoy cooking all week. Hope to return.

We had several family members come from all different directions to meet at this central location in beautiful home with beautiful scenery. The pictures honestly don’t even do it justice. The house is much nicer than the photos show and the views are absolutely breathtaking. I cannot stress enough how much this stay exceeded my expectations. You will love this cabin if you book it!

What ever you think you're in 's better. The view is better than pictured. the house is better than picture. It's super easy to find. Check-in and check-out was great. Wifi was way better than expected. We've vacationed in NC almost every year and this is the first house we'll rent again. Other were very good. This one was great.

This was our 10th or 11th stay at Maple Leaf Lodge. We keep coming back year after year and have always enjoyed our time in the mountains. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Our cycling group will undoubtably be back again next spring.

We came for a spring celebration and were met with a snowy wonderland! Maple leaf lodge was the perfect spot for our group of 11 to relax and stay in. Wonderful views, a beautiful home and cozy fireplaces. We will definitely be back!

Property clean and kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils though the refrigerator has no ice maker or ice trays to make ice. Also pay attention to quantity of other products supplied such as only one packet of dishwasher soap. Obviously a large family staying several days needs more than one! The location is close to town and skiing. We enjoyed our stay

Sitting on the outside deck was just beautiful a very quiet location. We had a great family vacation, plenty of room and bedrooms. There were a few broken things that we told management about so we hope that they were fixed when we left.

Beautiful house, great views, great location. Our third visit and we would return. The not so great part was the evident decline in the property condition compared to previous visits. A list of items was provided in writing to management including defective microwave, rotten porch railing, burned out light bulbs, broken TV and more.

One of the BEST homes we have ever stayed at from beach to city to mountains. Very clean, fantastic view, large enough for our big family, Jessica at the office was wonderful to work with and very informative. Hope to rent this property again in the near future.

Location and view were spectacular. Facility was great outside of a few opportunities:
1) internet service exceptionally slow, using old DSL connection. Internet bill needed to be paid in order to access internet as well. Management contacted owners and it was cleared up quickly, but a bit of a nuisance
2) master bath on main had lots of black mildew and mold on tile and walls
3) smoke detectors did not have batteries
4) power went out last night we were there, was only our house as all neighbors had power. Not sure what the issue was, contacted management around midnight, power was restored at 5:30am. When we arrived all the clocks in the house were blinking, so this may be a recurring issue
5) small thing, but coffee maker was not working very well, would not brew more than 1/4 pot.

Maple Leaf Lodge was absolutely perfect for our large group of friends! Not only was it everything we needed, but it was the most beautiful property with a breathtaking view! It is definitly on our list for every year to come for our annual ski trip! The neighborhood also had a great play area for our kids and great backdrop for family pictures. Located within minutes of Cataloochee & Tube World was a huge plus! Hope we get to visit Ghost Town if it is opened up by next year! The management staff at the rental company was more than pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. Covid precautions with check in and out were amazing! We seriously could not have asked for a better stay! We are working on our date for next year and want to book Maple Leaf again! Thanks Maggie for a great trip! #valleytakesthemaggie2021

Our family so enjoyed Maple Leaf Lodge! It's rare to find a rental property that can comfortably accommodate all 15 of us without breaking the bank. Our oldest grandsons enjoyed the skiing at Cataloochee while the rest of us had a blast at Tube World. Kids loved the bowling alley and kid's arcade at Harrah's (Cherokee). It was definitely worth the 30 minute drive. When we returned to MLL it started snowing and continued off and on all night! So we woke up to a winter wonderland!!! Snow ball fights and our first family "Snow Woman"! Great memories were made at Maple Leaf! Highly recommend.

The house was spacious. Everything was clean. The kitchen cabinets could use some organizing. The freezer does not have an ice maker. Furniture could use some updating. The house is about 2 miles up the mountain and has a great view but a little nervous driving up. It was a great weekend.
