This was a great location for the lacrosse tournament. The house was clean and very comfortable. I agree with other comments that it was one of the nicer VRBO homes we have rented. There was a long wait at the gate the first night (20 minutes or more), but it was probably due to all the lacrosse travelers. It would be nice to have this a little earlier but this has nothing to do with the property owner. Great stay and would definitely stay again if we do tourney again.

It was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely book this property again. Beautiful Master suite far enough away from Kids and Grandparents’s rooms to enjoy some quiet down time.
We enjoyed spending mornings drinking coffee and evenings with wine enjoying the view of the mountains and golf course.
note: unrelated to this specific property, getting through The Indian Palms security check point can result in quite a traffic backup during peak times. For some reason they haven’t implemented an efficient process, so you will need to sit and wait it out.

5 Stars- Myself and 5 friends stayed at this house to attend a concert at the Empire Polo Grounds. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful. It was a very relaxing spot. Definitely would recommend.
Our one issue was with the gate house to enter the community. They need a better system as it took over an hour to get in as they were moving so slow and the line to get in was over 50 cars. This was on a Friday at 3pm. We made sure to go out early if we needed anything after that.

This was our second time here, but the first with our adult kids and 18month grandson. Kim's home is spacious, very well taken care of and had everything we could possibly need. We spent our days in the pool and appreciated the many sitting areas with umbrellas! Loved the open feeling backing onto the golf course and facing west meant we had the sun all day:)

The property was great for us four gents who came on a short golf trip. The area was safe and the golf courses were all close by. The communication was excellent and the owners were very responsive. The main bedroom and ensuite is wonderful and the other bedrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen was very well appointed.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the pool where we could not get it to heat up. The owners tried to assist but on a short stay the timing worked against us.

We had a great stay at Kim's place in Indio. The house was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. When I had questions our hosts were easily available and very helpful. The best review I can give is to say I would definitely stay there again.

This home was perfect for our family vacation at Thanksgiving. We had a slight change in plans where my parents joined us and Kim was so kind in accommodating them. The home was spacious and our family/party of 8 stayed and slept comfortably. We look forward to returning and using their home in the future!

We had 6 adults & 3 kids. There was plenty of room inside and out. The bunk beds were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and all very clean. We spent most of the time in the pool. The pool shelf was a main attraction for young & old. Kim was easy to reach. Yes, I highly recommend this house !

We came here for Coachella weekend one and we couldn’t have imagined a better home. Very close to the festival (across the street) and the home itself was beautiful. Would stay again!

The rooms and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to cook, bake and bbq. The pool is our favorite! The location is ideal. There are restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies within a couple minutes drive. It is a gated community which provides a sense of security. We plan to return every year. Kim is a fantastic host.

Great house with open floor plan to see everyone from the kitchen. Quite area, wasn’t bother by anyone. Didn’t see a single golfer, probably cause it was 110-115. Nice view of golf course. Pool was a great addition. However the lights and fountain feature wasn’t working. Kitchen was well stock with everything. First time I didn’t need to run to store. Would stay again

Very well equipped house with a great, open floor plan. Most rentals you can tell get their supplies and furniture on the cheap, but this house was definitely an exception in that it was stocked with quality items. Lovely tasteful decor. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend.

The house was gorgeous and the rooms were all done very tastefully. My issues were with lights not working. The pool lights didn’t work and no lights around the pool either, swimming when the sun went down wasn’t an option. There is little shade over the pool so swimming later was more ideal (112 degree weather). Bathroom light in the shower was burnt out. Cable/ internet kept going out and not working at all. Light in the garage was out as well. Smoke detectors randomly went off when no one was cooking, we were just sitting. They had a great double oven stove, but the top oven didn’t work. They also had a small ant problem when we got there, but I took care of that.
The added sanitation costs were not worth it considering the bathroom doors were all gross around the knobs and you could tell no one had cleaned that in awhile, as well as all the ceiling vents being very dirty. One of the toilets kept running all the time because the inside flap was broken and fixed with a safety pin. (Very annoying when sleeping).

The house was nice and the beds were comfy. Loved the open layout of the house. The pool was perfect for our little ones who just turned 2 yrs old. They had a blast.
